Wildflower Christmas by Grace Greene is the 3rd book in the Wildflower House Series. Ms. Greene wrote a wonderful story which drew me right in, making me forget everything else and did not let me go until I turned the last page. I really enjoyed coming back to Wildflower House and catching up with Kara. I am enjoying Kara letting go of the past and starting to live in the present. Even though this is the third book n the series this novella can be read as a standalone. I do suggest you read the other two books so you can thoroughly enjoy this book. This is a perfect read for the holidays. It focuses on family and friends which is what the holidays are all about. I highly recommend reading this series.
This is the third in the series. You could read this as a stand alone, but would get much more enjoyment out of reading all 3 great books!
Grace Greene manages to capture the true meaning of Christmas in this touching story! So very well written and I adore all the wonderful characters. Such a grand touching story..4 stars!
WILDFLOWER CHRISTMAS by Grace Greene
This was the perfect ending for the Wildflower series. If it’s the ending. So many answers and so many people coming back into each other’s lives with this series. I was so hoping the one person who was missing would be found. It was just the perfect Christmas book and I’m not huge on Christmas books. Christmas has many heartaches for me and this book sure made this story magical in many ways. Proves that sometimes a lonely Christmas is not the thing you need.
Kara found that having a big family around for Christmas was the best thing. The best way to celebrate the holiday. With friends and family around and maybe the spirit of her father she had a happy Christmas. A lot happens in this novella and it’s all good. From a scare to new found family this book keeps you in a very upbeat state of mind. I honestly loved this book very much. Gave me a bit of hope for the upcoming holiday.
Family is always very important and if you have a good family don’t take them for granted. To find the one you love is an added bonus too. This book gives a lot for a short story. Lots of love, hope, tears and laughter. Many friends who are there for each other no matter what. The descriptions are so well done you feel like you are right there. The bridge over Cub Creek has become a place I love to visit. I can hear the water streaming by and the sounds that go along with it. From the smells of winter flowers to the sounds of wildlife. From the people who have welcomed Kara with open arms and made her feel a part of their lives. This is one wonderful story of love, loss and found again.
Thank you Grace Green for this beautiful story of a Christmas that may have been lonely….
It’s a 5 star and highly recommended book from me. I loved it from start to finish.
Grace Greene’s latest book in the Wildflower House series is a great addition to this series. As with the other two stories, Wildflower Christmas is filled with heart, friendship, reconciliation and a wonderful sense of family. This is a perfect novella for Christmas – or any time really.
Readers will again visit Kara, her friends and family as she plans for her first Christmas without her father. The small town spirit of being there for each other shines through in every page.
If you want a heartwarming Christmas novella, look no further. Grace Greene writes characters filled with heart and kindness that make you want to befriend them. I look forward to another addition to this series soon.
Thank you to the author and publisher for an ARC at my request. Thoughts in this review are my own and happily given.
This is Kara’s first Christmas in the new house and unfortunately without her father. She started counting the days until then, filling her time preparing for a quiet celebration. What she didn’t expect was being reunited with long-lost family she didn’t hope she’ll ever know.
There’s nothing better than a Christmas novella in time for the season. We even get a glimpse of other (loved) characters from Grace Greene’s books.
Such a sweet emotional and feel-good-and-happy story.
In this beautifully written heartfelt Christmas novella Kara finds herself coming full circle in her dreams of making The Wildflower house exactly what she dreamed it would become. She finds a family connection and new friends and this is what Christmas is all about! I loved this book so much I read it in a sitting! It could be read as a stand-alone with no trouble but I recommend reading Karas full story In the other 2 books! I’m so in love with this heartwarming series I really hope we will have more!! A must read beautiful and touching book! Grace Greene always hits my heart!!
I am loving this series. We again get to see Kara growing as a person. There is some great advice given in this story that we can all probably use at one time or another. It’s wonderful to get caught up in a Christmas story that shows us that we benefit as much or more when we offer willingly to help someone in need. No matter how big or small the help is. We also see from the wonderful characters that you don’t have to be blood related to be family. We can’t pick our family, but isn’t it awesome that we can choose those that we love like family. Kara’s family has had to deal with a lot of heartache. I can’t even imagine going through a similar circumstance. This is well written and I enjoy being with these characters and seeing the story play out. I can’t wait to see where they go from here. I received an ARC of this book, but my opinion is my own and given freely.
I’ve loved this series from book 1. I’m so grateful I got the chance to continue reading Kara’s story of her journey in Wildflower House. I’m especially grateful to Grace Greene to be given the chance to read these exceptional books with Advanced Readers Copies in exchange for my honest reviews. This is a lovely novella in the third installment and leaves you feeling perfectly in the hopeful, holiday spirit!
