I am wildly successful in my career. Everyone knows Graham Frazier, soccer club owner, is a winner. In my love life? Decidedly less so. But just because I’m divorced doesn’t mean I can’t throw my best friend the wedding party of the year. Even if marriage is a mistake.I hadn’t expected the long hours with Lori to make me wonder.Wedding planning is Lori Connor’s favorite thing, a vicarious escape … a vicarious escape from her life as a single mom. I doubt she’s ever had a client fluster her like I seem to. She says she’s supposed to keep my sarcasm in check, but I keep finding her eyes on my abs more than my best man’s speech.
Maybe that’s how her guard got lowered enough to end up spending the night with me.
I was already pursuing her relentlessly before I met her son, but damned if that kid doesn’t have me wrapped around his finger even faster than his mother did.
Lori seems charmed by the bond forming between her little guy and myself. They’re rapidly consuming my every waking thought—but can I truly rekindle a belief in forever?

Sweet sexy goodness! I loved Wild With You! It’s got heart, it’s got heat, it’s got the perfect touch of drama to keep things interesting and it’s wonderfully written. What more could a girl ask for? I love me some single parent romance, and I love it even more when there’s a couple with an immediate connection and that’s exactly what I got in this book.
Lori and Graham have the kind of chemistry that keeps you glued to the pages wanting more. They’re sweet, they’re hot, and they will steal your heart! Lori is a single mom who is busy making the best life possible for her son and running a business she loves. Despite how her past relationships went, she’s still in love with the magic of love and runs a wedding planning business. When that business brings her into Graham’s world things start heating up immediately!
A divorced bachelor with a jaded outlook on marriage, Graham’s still got a huge heart. The walls he has around his heart don’t stand a chance against the intense pull he feels towards Lori. I adored these two together! They were so sweet, and with Lori’s son in the mix occasionally down right adorable. But that sweet and cute doesn’t take away from the seriously sexy heat between them either! A perfect blend of feel good, family, and swoony romance.
I was so excited that our author, Layla Hagen has not stopped writing and giving us books from this amazing and wonderful family. Yes we ran out of brothers and sisters with the original bunch so we have moved on to the cousins. No worries at all these are just as hot as the first bunch and we even get to catch up with the Bennetts. In this book we have a wedding and event planner named Lori who happens to be a single mother of an adorable son Milo. The dad is out of the picture like WAY out. Lori meets Graham when she is hired to take plan the wedding of his best friends. Graham is paying for the event and as best man he decided to handle the the decisions too. If you have read any of Layla Hagen’s books you know she can give us a great book that leaves you with a smile on your face and a feeling are standing and watching it all play out yourself. I am so ready for the next book. So i guess I will have to re-read all the Bennetts until then.
Wow what a story this second book of the Connor family. I’m sure I cried through a lot ot the scenes.
Could Lori Connor ever find a man that she could share her life (and her son) with? Since she had told Milo’s bio father she was expecting she had been alone except for her family which were the best support group anyone could ask for. When she met the best man of a wedding she was planning she felt things she hadn’t felt in years or ever at all for that matter.
When Graham Frazier met the wedding planner for his best friends’ wedding he felt things he had not felt since his divorce but after getting to know her realized he had never felt the things she made him feel. Then he discovered she had a son and immediately wanted to meet Milo and let’s say when they did meet it was a father/son bonding from the first day but things would take some time.
Lori and Graham hit some rocky places in the beginning and the big one was when he wrote a BIG check to Milo’s bio dad without consulting her first although he thought he was protecting the two people he loved dearly from a leech who had no business breathing the same air as they did.
This is a love story that takes you through all the stages of romance to the realization of love then beyond to the place where she is happy just to be with him but he wants all the rights and privilege to love and take care of her an her son.
Little Milo is such a sweet little boy and the parts where he has to come face to face with the the fact that he has no father in his life is heartbreaking. So when he asked the big question of Graham when he was being asked permission to marry his mom, I literally ugly cried.
This book takes your heart on a journey of two people finding new love and then falling deeper for basically the same reason and that is MILO.
Grab yourself a copy of this fantastic book written by one fabulous author, you won’t be sorry.
I have been a big fan of Layla Hagen’s books ever since I read the books in the Bennett Family series. I couldn’t wait to read about the Connor family. I read Anything For You (Book 1) and it was great so I couldn’t wait for Wild With You. And let me just say that it did not disappoint, I read it in 2 days. I hated to put it down but one must go to work. It is sweet and sexy. Absolutely swoon worthy, the characters are down to earth and have great chemistry. I also love how you feel part of the family when you are reading because she gives you little glimpses of the other Connors and even updates on their cousins the Bennetts. But don’t worry they can all be read as a stand alone. Can’t wait now for the next book.
I can honestly say, that there is absolutely nothing that this author could write, that I would not read. Her stories give my heart the fuzzy feeling. The chemistry coming off of the pages is explosive. It literally gives me goosies. Everything I have read from this author is simply amazing. BUT I must say Wild With You is the official owner of my heart. To date, I think this is the authors best book to date. What’s best about it, you ask? For starters, it is written in dual POV. Not only that, even though this book can be read as a complete standalone, we get to see previous characters from the past Bennett Series, and also get to see characters from the Connor Family as well.
Lori Connor is a woman who loves her job as a Wedding Planner. She loves everything that comes with being a wedding planner, including watching love prevail. Being a single mom, she doesn’t have time for anything but her job, her son, and her family. She is one bada** momma, who does what she has to, with a smile on her face. She is the woman I strive to be. Lori still hopes to be the one on the other side of her job. She wants it all, her son, a husband, and a white picket fence.
Graham Frazier is the owner of a soccer team called the LA Lords. He has no siblings and has two best friends named Amber and Matt, that he would do anything for. He has been divorced nearly two years, and is still reeling from the fact that his marriage failed. He never wants to go through that again, so he steers clear of women. Graham is all around wholesome. He is an amazing leader, and an amazing friend. Graham is very protective of those he loves, would do anything to help those around him. He also doesn’t shy away from his feelings even if they scare him. He is simply amazing.
When Grahams best friends decide to tie the knot, he is the chosen best man. The first time Graham sets his eyes on the wedding planner, sparks fly. He can not and will not deny the attraction he has to Lori. As the days pass, and the more wedding plans are made, he starts to feel things he hasn’t felt in a long time. Will Graham allow himself the opportunity to see if true love prevails or will he keep the shackles around his heart?
*I recommend this book to people who think true love prevails.
Once again Layla Hagen takes the reader on a wonderful heart warming journey with the next installment of the Connor Family saga. Lori, a single mother and event planner thinks that the wedding she is going to be planning will be a special event. What makes it even more special is the feelings she feels for the Best Man, Graham. But will Lori give herself time to enjoy the relationship with Graham, or will she shut herself off and concentrate on her son? What happen when the boy’s father comes back and needs her help? I absolutely love the Connor family!! The siblings display strength and determination to help one another get through every obstacle. The romance between Lori and Graham is one that the reader can’t help but fall in love with. Layla Hagen never disappoints!!
I just love reading this author’s series. They pull you in from the first book, and we become so invested in the characters that they feel like our family.
This book is no different. I love the Connor family as much as the Bennett family, and we are only on book two.
I can’t wait for the rest of the siblings’ stories.
There is no possible way to go wrong with a Layla Hagen romance. This second book in the Connor is just as fantastic as I have come to expect. Lori is a single mom that gave up on medical school when she became pregnant. Her boyfriend walked away two months into the pregnancy and has never been a part of her and Milo’s life since. Milo is now seven years old but Lori has dedicated those 7 years to him, not dating or looking for anything for herself. Along comes Graham and the attraction is instant and explosive. The fears they are both facing are palatable. The emotion rich and pouring off of the pages. I especially loved the sweet build of the relationship between Lori’s son Milo and Graham. I highly recommend this one. It is worth your money, time and heart.
I received an ARC from the author for my honest review and loved it so much that I wanted to support the authors effort and bought it.
I received a free copy of this book from the author.
The Connor Family at it’s finest right here! They meddle. They support. They definitely have each other’s backs. So much so that Lori’s brother recommends her to be the wedding planner for his team’s PR manager who also happens to be the BFF of the team owner.
Well long story short there – the team owner, Graham, and Lori end up spending a lot of time together. He’s the Best Man. She’s the wedding planner. They have some struggles though. Lori is a single mom and she owns her own successful business. Graham has some issues from growing up with absent parents. So depending on someone else isn’t really his thing.
The attraction is just too great though. Not only that but as you can see from the blurb Graham can’t resist Lori’s son either. It might not be enough to keep them all together, however.
I enjoyed reading this installment of The Connor Family. I’m looking forward to reading the next book to see how the author spins the next tale and catching up with all of them. Layla Hagan’s stories have big family’s in them and I’m sure it’s hard to keep up with them all plus what’s going on with the newly added character and their own family. I’d need a huge family tree or some kind of chart to keep up with them all. She does a great job at keeping it all straight and mapping it out for you again in each book. Check this one out. It’ll be a good one to read anytime.
So we saw a little of Lori in Landon’s story and boy she is one tough cookie. Becoming a single mom is hard but one thing I love about Lori is how strong she is. The attraction she has with Graham not only excites, makes her happy but scares her in how much he is becoming important to her. I loved that at first he seems cynical about love and marriage but when it comes to the O’Connor family there is no escaping it. Once again Layla Hagen has me falling for her family sagas and this one not only entertaining but filled of joy. Loved it.
“I received an eBook copy from the publisher for the purpose of an honest review. I was not compensated for this review: all conclusions are my own.”
Lori Connor loves her life. She has an amazing son and is busy running her wedding/event planning company. She doesn’t have time for dating. Graham has his own issues. Being the owner of the LA Lords and his baggage, he doesn’t think he is cut out for anything serious. But for some reason, he can’t help but be drawn to Lori when they meet while planning his best friends’ wedding. Do they have what it takes to make it?
What an amazing book! Lori and Graham’s story is full of love, passion, and understanding. You can’t help but be drawn into this story. Graham and Lori will keep you on your toes for sure. I loved every word! An absolute MUST READ!
Sweet and sensual, this romance is to be savoured as delicatessen.
A lovely couple like Lori and Graham is the perfect antidote for boredom or restlessness. The author has a lively writing style full of wit, and each of her (blessedly numerous) stories hit a ten in my go-to list.
In this one, there is a hard-working woman whom I admire for her tireless commitment. And I loved every aspect of her wedding-planning business. I envisioned every little detail thanks to her professional expertise. She’s also a mum, so her approach to relationships is somewhat cautious. That’s something that I always appreciate about this author’s stories, they’re drenched in optimism and sensuality, yet also deal with realistic obstacles and emotional issues.
Graham, on the other hand, is still reeling from his failed attempts at love that have coloured his view on it the wrong way. However, he shows true care for the woman, and child, who has stolen his heart. I loved the picnic scene. So lovely.
The family gatherings are as fun as ever, and the few troubles headed this couple’s way just reinforced their relationship in the end. Lori and Graham have a really hot and romantic life together, her son is also portrayed in a very sweet way. These characters’ strengths and weaknesses are beautifully matched, which makes the story truly enjoyable.
Favourite quote: Every dangerous idea seems like a good one when you’re eating cheesecake.
Wow!!! I loved this book from beginning to end. I was feeling in a rut when it came to reading romances, feeling like so many of them were the same. But when I read Wild With You I was pulled right out of that rut and absolutely adored Graham and Lori (and Milo!). How can you not fall in love with a man who loves you and your little boy as much as Graham did? Even in his unsurety of his ability to be a good husband and father, he was a good man. Lori, being a single mom, was strong and sassy and I want to be her friend! A perfect couple in the Connor family tree.
Sexy Sweet passionate love story! I loved Wild With You! ~ Ashley
Sometimes when life gives you lemons you have to make lemonade and that is what Lori Connor has done. An unexpected pregnancy makes Lori have to change her plans and is building a business that supports her and her son. Graham has his own issues with family and love. Can these two find love while planning his best friend’s wedding? Will the father of Lori’s son cause issues? This is a must read by Layla Hagen! A great story for the second of the Connor family!
Layla Hagen has done it again. She has wedged another family into our hearts where we can’t keep from adopting them as family. The stories are real with humor, emotion, chemistry, a bit of conflict and of course the meddling family. Everything that makes this romance a page turner.
Looking forward to seeing which Connor is next.
I love Layla Hagen books!! Wild with You is just about as perfect as you can get! Great characters, perfect moments and very little drama!! I am so in love!!!
“I want you so much Lori. I don’t know what not wanting you feels like anymore.”
Layla Hagen did it again with Wild With You. I am seriously loving the Connor Family stories they only get better with each installment! This book had me feeling all the feels, and and my heart warm and fuzzy! It was the perfect mix of sweet, with a side of romantic. My inner hopeless romantic needed Lori and Graham. As well as Milo! I swear that little boy played me just as he did everyone else. Milo definitely stole the show for me more than once. I loved the drama the author squeezed in. Spiked the angst up, and tested the characters. Overall this was the most tamed love story by this author, but its simplicity was what owned me the most. It has chemistry for days, loveable characters, and a hopeless romantic storyline. I was rooting for these characters from the first encounter. I knew they were going to be perfect together! I could have read about these characters for many more books! I wasn’t ready for their story to end! I can’t wait to get little updates in future Connor Family books! I definitely need more of Lori, Milo, and Graham.
“I want to tell you many things, Lori, but I’ll start with the most important one. I love you. I’m crazy in love with you. Occasionally that might make me do crazy things.”
Lori has always been one of my favorite Connor sister’s. I could not wait for her story, and it did not disappoint me. Her character was just as sweet, and vulnerable as I thought she would be. You couldn’t help but admire her strength. She faced every obstacle life gave her head on and with unwavering determination. Lori was the perfect Mom you knew she would be. The heartache of her past tugged at your heart strings. I was definitely pulling for Lori to get her happily ever after.
“He was bossing me into accepting this dress, just as he’d bossed me into spending the night here… There were no two ways about it. I had the hots for this bossy man.”
Graham is seriously the perfect man! He had me under his spell in no time. His sweet charming nature had you falling all over with the *swoons*. Every word out of his mouth was vulnerable yet sweet. And don’t even get me started on his romantic nature. Graham is definitely the perfect package. My heart ached for him when insecurities from his past surfaced. A vulnerable Graham definitely had you in the feels.
*5 STARS*
Well earned for this romantic light refreshing read. I am definitely excited for the next Connor Family installment.
* A review copy was provided by the author in exchange for an honest review *
Wild With You is a fun and entertaining read without a lot of excess drama. It is a single parent love story about two people who don’t trust love very much.
I think this is another great addition to this new series of Layla’s. This is the second book in her Connor Family Series. Each of these books can be read as standalones, but to get the full effect of the family saga dynamic I would suggest reading them in order.
I knew going into this book, I was going to love this story because Layla Hagen wrote it!! I have been a huge fan of hers since the beginning and I will read anything she writes. I love her writing style and her family saga series are the best. I thought the flow and pace of this story was perfect. I loved watching the friendship build between Lori and Graham and Milo. This story is told in Dual POV and that is always a favorite of mine. I also liked that she added just enough outside drama to shake things up a bit but the story didn’t revolve around it and it didn’t drag on too long in the story. This truly does focus on Graham and Lori as a couple. As will all of her books in her family sagas, you will read this book with a smile on your face.
In this story we follow Lori Connor (she is the middle girl in the siblings) and Graham. Lori is an event planner and as a favor to her brother Jace, she is planning the wedding of one of his team mates. This is where she meets Graham. Graham is the best man in Amber and Matt’s wedding but is also the owner of Jace’s team. The attraction is instant but Lori is determined to keep things professional. She has a son to think about and doesn’t want to confuse him. But she also knows she needs to let loose a little. Little did she know Graham doesn’t take no for an answer very well. Graham is drawn to Lori, but is gun shy because he is a divorced man and his first marriage didn’t end so well…actually it didn’t start so well either. So he has given up on marriage. Can Lori and Graham work past their issues and find their HEA?? What happens when the past resurfaces and makes some waves?? Can they work together to solve their problems?? Read this book to find out.
I enjoyed seeing all the Connor clan in this story as well. I liked we got to see more of Landon and Maddie but also got to know the other siblings better in this book as well. The cameo of the Bennett’s also brought a smile to my face. I miss that family 🙂
If you are a fan of family saga’s then jump into the mix with The Connor’s. These stories will entertain you and leave you smiling. Oh…and the Heroes will melt your kindle 😉 Dont’ miss Layla’s newest romance novel….it’s worth the read!!!!
When life doesn’t go quite how we planned, it’s the bumps in the road that point us in the right direction. Graham and Lori hit a few walls before they found themselves where they needed to be. Wild with You takes a look at the road less traveled. Lori had big dreams, but her dreams veered off course when she was given her greatest blessing. Her little boy. In that instant she found the courage to begin again and create a secure life for herself and her child. When Graham comes into her life, his bruises are a lot less visible, but no less traumatic. Somehow they find the strength to take a risk on an emotion that was not kind the first time around, but could be the start of something beautiful this time. Hagen firmly ensconces a place within the heart of her readers with heartwarming tales and hard to forget characters.
I love this series! Turns out Book 1 was no fluke because Book 2 took me on a romantic, sweet, sexy and emotional journey that I simply couldn’t get enough of. Lori Connor, is an event planner and has recently started doing a lot of weddings. She is a single mom to the adorable Milo who is a scene stealer in the best of ways. Lori meets Graham Frazier because he is the best man in the wedding she is planning. They have an instant attraction and chemistry for days! Graham is so generous and selfless with all he is doing for his best friends’ wedding even though because of his past relationship his feelings on marriage are a bit jaded. He falls hard and fast for both Lori and Milo and the scenes with him and Milo are priceless! That little boy knows how to work it!! Of course no relationship is easy all the time and someone from Layla’s past makes some serious waves in their otherwise calm sea but Graham is there to protect and disable the figurative bomb. Such a beautiful HEA!! This story made me smile and swoon so much!
