It’s all fun and games to them–especially when someone gets hurt. One god of mischief and mayhem. One god of fur and fang. And the god of death himself. They’ve all been out to get me since the school year began, but this semester, the Rabbit’s got some tricks up her sleeve. It’s time to take these three vicious gods down a peg, or ten, and there’s no better route to revenge than directly … to revenge than directly through the heart.
I just have to make sure I don’t get caught up in the twisted game myself.
This is the second book in the Academy of the Gods series, a Paranormal Bully Academy Romance. Slow burn, all characters are 18+.

Oh goodness gracious I need the next book like yesterday!!! This picked up where the first book ended and it didn’t let go right till the end. I didn’t see what was coming and just loved it. Great follow on to the first book.
My review is based on the three books, since I already read all of them. I really liked this trilogy. When I started reading the first I thought that it was another teen book all of the same but midways of the book my opinion changed. For me it’s all about the characters and theirs personality and this book has a lot of hilarious personalities! It was a very good time spend reading and it gets even better in the second and third book!
Kore is still the target of Hades, Loki, Fenrir and the rest of Olympus Academy in book 2 in this series. In their attempts to break her their plots become more sneaky, underhand and vicious but its all just a game of wills to them. Especially to Hades who will use anyone and anything to get his own way. I just love the power play with Kore, Hades, Loki and Fenrir, Their banter and sniping keeps the book bubbling along as well as the sexual tension between them all. A joy to read
Just when I thought my kindle would meet its doom with a wall, the book would switch things up on me…
If I had a problem with Hades before, I have grown to loath the jerk! Ugh, but just like Kore, its a love/hate relationship.
This second book is more mellow than the last, in regards to action. But, the anxiety I felt from the bullying in the first book is nothing compared to this one. Things have only gotten worse and I am unsure whether I want to personally strangle Hades, Loki and Fenrir, or smack them around a bit and move on. The tension between Kore and Dionysus is too much for me. I want them to just get past this awkward stage and finally get together! I sort of wish Hades would not be a part of this harem any longer. He is the most infuriating one of them all! I have just about reached my limit with him. He does NOT deserve Kore as a future bride nor as a friend. He is like a sour patch kid, first sour then sweet, but then goes right back to horribly in 0.2 seconds. Ugh!
Moving on…let’s talk about that cliffhanger. What a way to end the book! I do hope I see more connection between the characters in the next book, though, because it was lacking a little bit in this one. Still good and ready to get my hands on the next book.
Holy cow Kore and the guys are getting steamy I can’t wait to see how book 3 plans out. I see so many tricks and fun sexy time coming their way. I can’t wait to see how the guys react now.
