A hot new standalone in the series that’s been called “A total, utter must read.” – Book Fanatic
He’s growly. Grumpy. Stubborn.
And now, my new roommate.
Walking away from my disastrous last relationship was an easy decision, but moving in with a friend-of-a-friend hockey star who’s rarely home? Not quite as simple, because Grant makes me feel all kinds of things I’m not prepared for.
… not prepared for.
Protected. Desired. Unsteady.

She’s beautiful. Smart. Tempting.
And a little fragile.
I’ve never been anyone’s knight in shining armor, but when Ana needed a place to stay, it was easy to offer her a room with me.
Not so simple, though, is keeping my hands—or my mouth—to myself. And the night she crawls into my bed and shares her body with me? Heaven.
But she’s not looking for a relationship, and to my surprise, I find myself pissed off by that idea.
They say my heart is broken, that I’ll never settle down. I used to think that was true. Now, though? Hell, your guess is as good as mine.
First, she took my bed.
Then she took my heart.
Then she took my everything.
Your favorite hot jocks are back with an all new standalone novel. If you like sexy, confident men who know how to handle a stick (on and off the ice), and smart women who are strong enough to keep all those big egos in check, this series is for you!
Each book can be read as a complete standalone.

With every book in this series I fall more in love with these characters. Each book turns out to be my favorite and this one is no exception. I loved it!! And as much as I loved it, For most of the book I didn’t really feel for Ana. My heart cried for her and the abuse she went through but for most of the book I felt she took advantage of Grant. He’s just so nice and I felt she did kinda use him for a little bit. Now don’t get upset with me, she redeemed herself in my eyes but I did feel that way through most of the book. As for Grant…. he made my heart putter pat. I absolutely love him and so happy he got his happily ever after.

** spoiler alert ** Ana is in an abusive relationship. Grant, a local hockey star, offers her refuge from her boyfriend (who is one of his teammates). I really like how Kendall Ryan sets up the relationship between Ana and Grant. A lot of time is spent on the two of them bonding.
The story fell apart for me with the “who is the daddy” pregnancy story line. The story line makes a lot of jumps in time. We don’t really see Ana and Grant adjusting to the pregnancy. As much as Grant is trying to help and be supportive (whether the baby is his or not), Ana seems oddly cold to him. She doesn’t take him to doctor’s appointments and then just announces off hand that the baby is a girl. She seems to use him for sex but not let him in emotionally. And the whole “it doesn’t matter who the daddy is” seems a little ridiculous. You have to know your child’s health history.
This was a sweet quick read. I’ll be honest, I found myself frustrated with Ana but at the same time I could understand where she was coming from by trying to stand on her own feet. I hated how she kept pushing Grant away but he was always there for her. I was hoping towards the end she would be the one to chase him a bit. I think overall it was a great book. I’m loving this series!!!
Another steamy hockey read that Kendall gets to the net for a goal.
Hockey Captain.
Sexy, Stubborn and Sinful
Grant is just what the doctor ordered. This hockey captain deserves some love and attention after being single for so long.
Ana needs a place and some time to heal and what better place to do that than in the arms of your new roommate.
An engaging, emotional read with explosive chemistry that will keep you engaged from start to finish. This may be my favorite book in the Hot Jocks series.
Grant was so swoony from beginning to end. Ana was great and I was surprised how strong she turned out to be. Grant and Ana never had feelings for each other. He was her savior in a terrible situation that Ana was involved in and he just felt like protecting her. That lead to feelings developing and then there was another incident in which Grant had her back 1000%. Ana was a bit worried and at times thinking if what she was doing was correct. Grant never rushed her and stood by her regardless of her decisions. He was AMAZING!!!!! Ana finally threw caution to the wind and gave it her all. They both deserved their HEA and with his teammates and their significant others you’ll be in for a good time.
wow what a wonderful story. I really loved these characters. they are well described and feel real. you keep the story itself until the end. from me 5 stars. thank you kendall for another incredibly good part of this series.

Wild for You by Kendall Ryan was a sweet and charming friends to lovers romance. Ana is just out of a bad relationship and is surprised by who comes to her rescue. She is vulnerable yet determined and trying to heal. Grunt is gruff on the outside, but he is caring and protective of Ana. I loved the friendship they build, even as more begins to develop between them. But Ana is cautious, for a reason. Though the majority of the series has been light and fun, this one does deals with a weighty issue. I was captivated from start to finish and just loved it!
Happy reading!
What a great story! Absolutely loved Grant and Ana. Grant is so amazing for Ana and I loved that the story wasn’t rushed, that Ana was given time to heal and grow.
I love this series so much but this one, Grant and Ana’s story, is my absolute favorite. Never did I think I’d get emotional reading this one. It was amazing. Heartfelt, emotional, fun and more. Kendall is one of my favorite authors and this is proof. Amazing.

When Ana is in a bad situation, Grant comes to her rescue. He’s tall, strong, gruff and a loner. Ana is soft, sweet and fragile. Together they are perfect for each other.
I loved these two. Both had needs that the other filled perfectly. He needed to take care of someone and she needed to be taken care of. With a bit of hockey thrown into the romance and some serious issues to deal with this was a fast and easy read that I had to finish in one pass (even though I should have stopped and slept, I couldn’t find a stopping point). Neither was looking for love but both needed, wanted and deserved it. Fabulous story. It does work as a standalone but if you’ve read the previous books in the series, you’ll see some old friends.
A grumpy hero who wants more? Sign me up!
Grant team captain, would do anything for his guys, and he doesn’t hesitate to give Ana a place to stay when things get ugly with one of his fellow teammates.
The chemistry between these two was out of this world! Only Kendall Ryan can write these hunky jocks with all the sexiness to suck one in. Loved it

I’ve loved every book in the Hot Jocks Series, but I think that Wild for You may be my favorite one.
Throughout the series, it’s been hinted at that Grant is moody and quiet, but readers obviously don’t get the full extent of him until this book. And I can attest to the fact that I sort of blindly fell for him when he offered Ana a ride home at the very beginning of the story. Their relationship unfolds in such a sweet, and unexpected way, and you can see how Grant and Ana make each other better people as their relationship grows.
This was, by far, my favorite book of the series so far, and I’m kind of sad that I’ve finished it already!

I love this series and all the characters but Grant is definitely my favorite, I loved how sweet he was and how much he cared for Ana and her dog since day one. Their scenes were fun and easy to read and I also enjoyed reading about the whole group and how they were doing.
Every time I read another book from the Hot Jocks series, I fall more and more in love with the couples.
Although, I think Grant is now my absolute favorite of the bunch. Ana
was the girlfriend of one of the other players and after being abused one last time, she calls Grant to help her out. She moves in with Grant until she can be stabilized… until one hot night when they both let their feelings known.
… and then everything changes.
This book… sigh…I this book and Grant so much. He’s such a wonderful character. Ana wants to be strong and independent… which is unneeded cause Grant just wants to take care of her. Even though I won’t spoil the book, I had to cry a bit towards the end cause Grant was just so wonderful and welcoming.
I loved the epilogue… I always love epilogues cause I love knowing what happens next. Sigh…
I % recommend this book and series.
I received an ARC for my honest review.
I love a good sports romance and this one did not disappoint. Kendall Ryan has a way with words and it just takes you there, I felt like a fly on the wall watching it all unfold. You will love Grant and Ana, they have chemistry and are good for each other in many ways. Amazing read.

We get Grant’s story in this book. What sport is he playing? Who is Ana and why is Grant looking out for her after the beginning of the season banquet? Whom did she arrive with? Where are they all located? Why does Grant make sure she gets home? What does Ana do for a living? So many interesting things happened in this story and some heartwrenching ones too. I am sad to learn that Jordie’s story will be the next and last book to the series.

Oh my god!! I’ve been dying for Grant’s story and Kendall did not disappoint. Grant is the team captain, he’s loyal, watches out for everyone’s well-being, sweet and sexy. Then you have Ana, she’s super sweet and kind, even after dealing with the situation she’s in. I also loved getting to see the other characters as well.
This is an amazing story and I 100% recommend you read it.
5 Stars!
Ana, a massage therapist, moves to Seattle when her hockey player boyfriend is traded. She’s been hiding that he’s abusive. Grant, team captain, rescues her one night at a team function when her boyfriend gets drunk, letting her stay in hie guest room. No problem. Until someone turns up pregnant, and not sure who the father is. This is my second book from this series and author, and it was a wonderful book to read. Ana is frustrating, taking the physical relationship from Grant but refusing to see the emotional support that he gives her.I enjoyed seeing Grant’s transformation, from a grumpy loner into a really great guy who proves that he’s the man that Ana needs in her life.
