Fall in love with Bones Whiskey in WICKED WHISKEY LOVE, an emotionally riveting, sexy new standalone romance by New York Times bestselling author Melissa Foster. A magnificent love story for those who enjoy fiercely loyal and insanely sexy alpha heroes, smart, sassy heroines, families, bikers, babies, and more! In WICKED WHISKEY LOVE…After escaping abusive parents and, later, an abusive … abusive relationship, Sarah Beckley has spent a lifetime watching snakes shed their skin. With two small children to care for and another on the way, she’s finally found a home in Peaceful Harbor with the brother she hasn’t seen in more than a decade. She’s still searching for her sister, but life is good. If only she could stop thinking about the sinfully sexy doctor/biker who has taken to her children like a loving uncle-and to her like a hungry man.
Trust doesn’t come easily for Sarah, but Bones Whiskey is patient and protective, amazing with her children, and he looks at her like she is the only woman he could ever want-and more. With two little ones underfoot, Sarah expects him to move on quickly, yet with every tender kiss and each trying moment with the children, Bones surprises her. But will the fiercely loyal biker stick around when Sarah’s worst secret is revealed, or will he shed his skin, too?

Mark your calendar for November 7, because the Whiskeys are back! This time Bones Whiskey is taking center stage, and he isn’t about leave without the girl. This series from Melissa Foster is hot and sexy, and Wicked Whiskey Love isn’t to be missed!
Another amazing installment in Melissa Foster’s Whiskeys series! This hero is so sexy, so steady and so utterly devoted to his lady, you can’t help but fall in love from the very beginning.
Loved both the hero ans heroine
Another great read by Foster – steamy and oh so satisfying!
I don’t tear up often, but Wicked Whiskey Love made a crier out of me. Foster showed life at it’s ugliest and triumph at it’s most inspiring. Sarah is not just a victim, she’s a survivor. She found the courage to fight for herself and make a better world for the people she loved most. They say people enter your life at the time you need them most. Bones was a catalyst for her inner heroine breaking free. I enjoy reading stories that mean something. The tale of Bones and Sarah is made all the more powerful because it’s realistic, inspiring and gripping.
Audiobook Review: Wicked Whiskey Love by Melissa Foster (Author), Erin Mallon (Narrator), Zachary Webber (Narrator)
WOW! I have yet to pick my heart up off the floor. Wicked Whiskey Love is the type of story that’s hard to forget. Having read Sarah and Bones’ emotion packed journey in the past, I knew what to expect, but experiencing the audio gave me chills. Mallon and Webber bring to life an already powerful tale of heartbreak. Through the eyes of a battered heart and a bruised body, Melissa Foster provided the words, that inspired the hope, that feeds the journey and gives a voice to those living in silence.
WICKED WHISKEY LOVE is one of the most captivating books I have ever had the privilege to read or listen too. With a storyline that just hits every note and just flows like a song. It’s a literal must have!
FYI, I’ve actually to the audio so many times I just lost track. Yes, it’s that amazing!
One of my top picks for my monthly PopSugar feature for a reason!
OMG Melissa nailed this story!

Read their story in this amazing book by Melissa, catch up with the rest of the crew. Be prepared to shed some tears, hang on tight to your ovaries as well! 5 whiskey stars for this one grab it asap!
Is there a doctor in the house? My heart is beating double time after reading this magical love story. I’ve been anticipating Bone’s and Sarah’s happily ever after since she was introduced in Driving Whiskey Wild. Sarah has endured many terrible things in her life, but she is still managing to raise two beautifully happy kids. Wayne “Bones” Whiskey is one hawt biker. The way he takes care of Sarah and her children makes my heart melt.
I cried at his tenderness and laughed at the children’s antics. Red and Biggs sure knew what they were doing raising these men to take care of family – no matter what. Impatiently waiting here for more Whiskey!! Bring on Dixie, Jed, Quincy and the other Dark Knights.
WICKED WHISKEY LOVE, book #4 in the Whiskeys series by Melissa Foster is a sure-fire winning read. It’s packed with colorful setting, heart-throb men, and women in peril. With a hook like that, it’s not surprising that I was enmeshed in this second-chance romance from page one until the final words. A must read!
Ahhhh Bones, I have been looking forward to his story and it was worth the wait. Whether you want to call him Dr. Hottie or Dr. Dreamy doesn’t matter because both would be good for him but I would call him Dr. OfMyDreams, yes not only is Bones smart and caring, which you really have to be in order to be a good cancer oncologist, he is loving and kind, he is also loyal and fierce, oh boy the list goes on and on and on with him.
Now Sarah, this mother of two with another bun in the oven has been through hell and back so she isn’t trusting anyone let alone the good doctor because 1) she doesn’t believe that she deserves it and 2) she’s waiting for him to change. This broke my heart but I totally understood where she was coming from. If you have been abused, especially in the ways she has and for as long as she had, it isn’t going to be easy for you to trust someone you only met a couple of months ago…believe me. But Bones didn’t just say he was going to do something he did it and showed her he could be trusted with not only her but her children as well.
This is the forth book in The Whiskeys Series and although each book can be read as a standalone I would recommend you reading Driving Whiskey Wild which is where Sarah is introduced to the Whiskeys and it will give you a lot of background for this book. If you are a lover of contemporary romance this book is for you. This was a spicy yet sweet romance that definitely pulls at your emotions so be prepared, I would recommend that you have a box of tissues handy because there are quite a few times you will need them. Happy Reading!!!

Melissa Foster neve disappoints! Love it!
The Whiskey’s are sexy and scrumptious. And it’s Bones’ time for love, which I am sure will be a steamy ride.
“(…) just because you are here in this moment doesn’t mean it is your destiny.”
I’m feeling so much right now that it’s kind of hard to write everything I want to write. I loved this book, not because it took me away from reality, but because it made me see that reality can change. That good things can happen to good people in this messed up world. Miracles, some people call it.
Melissa Foster always manages to reduce me to a blubbering mess. It stopped being funny a few books ago, but I can’t help myself. I love her books.
“His loving embrace, and the goodness that was Bones Whiskey, was louder than words could ever be.”
Bones Whiskey, just like his brothers, is an incredible guy. Like the whole Whiskey clan, he’s fiercely protective, loyal, and loving. He’s wicked hot, a flirt, and a great guy. He has a wonderful, beautiful heart. And he’s a planner, and an overthinker. Until a certain lady waltzes into his life, and no amount of overthinking could have prepared him for it.
“That smile and the love in your eyes…? It makes all the bad in the world seem not quite so harsh.”
Sarah is real. Her story was heartbreaking (no spoilers), and I liked that we got bits and pieces of it throughout the book. Like it would happen if she were a real person, sharing her own personal story. Sarah has two kids, is pregnant with a third one, and is living with her brother. Not running away from, but rising above, her past, and moving forward. She’s so brave, and strong, and a wonderful mother. And she’s scared – if you’d walked in her shoes, you would be, too.
“The person you are is the woman I’m falling for, and whatever it took for you to get here is ours to accept. Not yours, not the kids. Ours.”
In the previous book in this series, Bullet Whiskey saved Sarah, her brother, and the kids from the site of an accident. Sarah and Bones met at the hospital, and everything spawned from that. She doesn’t share a lot about herself, she’s mistrustful, and he’s sure there’s something bad lurking in her past, but he was done for the moment he met her.
All she needs to do now is let go, and let him in.
“I’ll walk you up.”
“No,” she said quickly. “I’m fine, really. I just need…” Grasping for an excuse, she decided to go with honesty, because at the moment she was just that pathetic. “To breathe, and you sort of make that impossible.”
In good Whiskey fashion, he’s irresistible. He’s always there for her, pushing her walls further and further, alongside his wonderful family, showing her it’s OK. It’s OK to love and be loved, and sometimes (and I’d really like to believe that) no other shoe will be dropping.
“When you find the one person who you’re meant to be with, nothing can change it.”
This book was particularly important for me as a woman, and I’d like to thank Melissa for it. Sarah’s body is not perfect like you’d see in your usual romance heroine. She has stretch marks from her previous pregnancies, her breasts are not perky and flawless, but none of that matters. Especially to Bones. Not only does it not matter, but he brushes all that away from her mind just by being him.
Ladies, I wish we can all have someone like that in our lives. And, if you already do, hold on to them.
“Wild horses, baby. That’s what it’d take to keep me away.”
This book is a journey toward happiness. Bad things happen, good things happen, amazing things happen. Things that will make you all swoony, things that will make you smile and laugh out loud, things that will make you angry, and sad. With each chapter, that journey gets easier, as more love gets added to the mix, until their perfect HEA.
Probably my favorite in the Whiskey series (so far).
Bones is my favorite Whiskey. His back story as to why he became a doctor and how he fell in love with Sara and her children was adorable and sexy and all around heartwarming.
I am not a fan of stories of men falling in love with pregnant women. (But it’s ok if you do!)
Sarah Beckley fought to survive her whole life. Now she had to survive and keep her 2 children and unborn child safe. After finding her brother, the two of them suffer more tragedy after being in a horrible car accident. Here they meet the Whiskeys. Sarah meets Bones while at a low part of her life. Her daughter and brother are fighting for their lives after the accident.
Bones Whiskey is the only one who isn’t directly involved with the family Bar and Auto-body shop. He is a renowned oncologist. He saves lives by being a great doctor.
There were great parts to their story and others were I believed rushed. I think the fact that Bones fell for her very fast, when he never stayed with anyone long, was rushed and unbelievable. Who falls in love with someone who is visibly pregnant and you don’t know if she’s single? I did like the way the whole family loved her and her kids after Bones and Sarah got together. I love the family bond that the Whiskeys have with their blood relatives and non-blood family.
This wasn’t my favorite Whiskey book, but still worthy of a read.
Wicked Whiskey Love
By: Melissa Foster
Narrated by: Erin Mallon, Zachary Webber
Series: The Whiskeys: Dark Knights at Peaceful Harbor, Book 4
I thought the last book I listened to was my favorite of the series, and then I listen to this one. There is something about a man interacting with kids, and Bones just melted my heart. We meet Sara in Bullet’s story as he pulls the family from a burning car, but we didn’t know then the immediate pull that Bones would have for her. She has 2 toddlers and one on the way, so who would possibly be attracted to her plus all of her baggage. She just doesn’t know these Whiskey men and their loyalty. Foster has a way of dragging me into this family and making me feel at home. We get to have dinner with Tru and Gemma, see the kids, have the family come babysit and I just love all the warm and welcoming feelings the Whiskeys bring. Bones is wonderful, not only with his patients, but with Sara’s kids. He is such a caring man, but holds that alpha protectiveness too. Sara is a strong woman, finds trusting hard and is just trying to find her stride and that feeling of having to look over her shoulder. Another amazing book added to the family of Dark Knights and am looking forward to more.
This one is dually narrated by Erin Mallon and Zachary Webber. It’s a team I love to hear, They are so talented and find the best voices to match the characters. The listen is total entertainment.

Love Melissa Foster….love this series…..can’t wait for the sister story coming out soon.
I’m so crazily in love with this series!
I can’t get enough of the Whiskeys and the surrogate Whiskeys. These books are as sweet as they are intense, and all you can do is fall in love with the characters.
Wayne Whiskey, aka Bones, is the epitome of the good bad boy. He is all alpha and protective, he loves fiercely and gives himself with all his heart. He is the one who does everything right for the others, even if the right thing is being violent and scary.
He is also loving, patient and a total “ovaries exploder”.
Sarah Beckley is a survivor. She lived a childhood from hell with her brother and sister, and had to leave at the age of sixteen, completely innocent but fighting for a better life.
But luck only smiled at her years and years later, and until then she had to face the unthinkable.
She was comprehensively guarded and lived only for her babies (her two toddlers and the other one on the way).
But she realized it was getting harder and harder to resist the Whiskey charm, specially when Bones’s attention was also focused on her kids with so much tender and love.
With Bones and his family, Sarah, her brother Scott and her children were finally starting to understand what real life and real love were like.
She overcame so much along her life, she was such a strong and resilient heroine, and when she found out she was worth being loved, she discovered a whole new life.
This book brought some tough subjects like abuse (parental abuse and abusive relationships), but it did so with so much sensitivity it was enticing to read. This kind of topic is so important to bring around, and the author showed it brilliantly.
This was probably the most beautiful book in this series and it touched me so deeply.
As I said before, I’m in love with this series. I’m in love with the characters, and I can’t wait for the next one, and the next one, and the next one…
I absolutely adore Sarah and Bones. I love reading about heroines who overcome their pasts on their own, and Melissa Foster knows how to write them. Add in a sexy, tatted and pierced biker, a couple of kids and additional drama to deal with, I’m all in.
