Leader of the most powerful army in the heavens, Zacharel has been deemed nearly too dangerous, too ruthless — and if he isn’t careful, he’ll lose his wings. But this warrior with a heart of ice will not be deterred from his missions at any cost… until a vulnerable human tempts him with a carnal pleasure he’s never known before.
Accused of a crime she did not commit, Annabelle Miller has spent … has spent four years in an institution for the criminally insane. I Recommend This Book – Again…05182021(In Audible as well)
This is my second time reading or should I say listening to this series. I read sooo many book that it takes while to get back to a series and sometimes after a few years it is just easier to start over :o). This is still an amazing read. Gena’s imagination is unbelievable! just an FYI, …
As a fan of Gena Showalter’s Lord of the Underworld series, I was excited to see that she has a new series starting that is loosely connected to those Lords.
These Angels, who were introduced in the LotU book, are not your typical angels! I don’t know about you, but when I think about angels, I tend to either picture a cherub or a woman dressed …
Gena Showalter is probably my favorite writer. This book is a mild left turn at Albuquerque for the Lords of the Underworld series as he is not a Lord, but absolutely worth the read. Zacharial is an angel with issues. Different option for the genre but a good one.
Fantastic series! Every character is so unique and special. The world amazing. And the over arching story line is so interesting!
Another decent book in the LOTU series! It’s a miracle! Well it’s actually not, but it was very welcoming to discover two good books in a row from this series, make me think that maybe I stuck it out for a reason. I really like Zackie and Annabelle.
First, a bit about placement in series of this book. It’s can truly be looked at as a first in a series. There is some crossover with the Lords of the Underworld, but you won’t be lost if you haven’t read those books. That being said, it’s an amazing series and you should read it anyway. Now, if you’re already reading the Lords of the …
Love anything she writes. Compelling
Heeeeeey, this was pretty good! I was in the mood for a mindless romance and turned to Audible like I always do. I’ve never heard of this series or this author before in my life, but the angel thing intrigued me. I was thinking/hoping this would be the adult version of Angelfall —literally the only other angel book I’ve ever read—and can report …
Yes! Finally Lysander and the Lords of the Underworlds friend Zacharel gets his story told.
Cold as ice and completely emotionless he’s on the verge of falling. In order to redeem himself he’s given the responsibility for the so called Army of Disgrace. It contains Sent Ones that is also in risk of falling. To throw a wrench in the wheel he meets …
