The one guy she can’t have is the one she can’t forget.
Liam Quinn is one of the biggest movie stars in the world…and the only man Elissa Holt has ever truly loved.
After being out of her life for six years, he and his gorgeous fiancé are set to star in the new Broadway show Elissa is stage managing. The only trouble is, when late night rehearsals bring Elissa and Liam together, the line … together, the line between what is and what could have been gets blurred. Now one moment of weakness is about to create a scandal that will echo around the world.
Elissa knows that falling for Liam again would be a tragedy in the making, but as any good romantic knows, love doesn’t always follow the script.

This story was hot with just enough angst to keep me emotionally engaged.Ok , after Bad Romeo i kinda just skip book 2 to read this, i was so drawn to the blurb that like a moth to a flame, I let myself dive in without any hesitation and boy i’m so happy i did, I love this book more than Bad Romeo. Well they both are good but Wicked Heart is my utmost fave!! ..Oh well, my guilty pleasure is that when i read book series i dont read it according to order whatever blurb of the series book penetrate my heart, is definitely the one i read first. Odd but i just cant help it. Okies then, if anyone ever gonna read this review i recommend this book .
This book is a MUST READ! It’s one of my favorites by Leisa Rayven. Just loved the characters, the storyline. I was really upset when I finished reading the book in just two days! I wanted more!!!! So, I might have read it twice…
*5 Stars*
I have wanted Elissa’s story since I read Bad Romeo, and I have to say that I think this is my favourite book in the series so far.
I truly loved getting to know Liss and Liam, but not only that, also Josh and Angel as well. There was a nice to depth to the story having really wonderful secondary characters who were just as big a part of the tale, as the main characters.
I was also glad that this one didn’t flick and back and forth so much between past and present. We flick back there and Liss and Liam’s history is told, and then the story is in the present.
I sped through this one so bloody fast. I really loved this whole storyline and wanted to see how things would play out. I had some suspicions about certain things, which did turn out correct, but I had gotten so caught up in the story that I kind of forgot them for a while.
The story is told at a nice pace and I just really fell in love with the characters. The ending was perfect as well.
Funny, sexy, adorable, this one has everything and I definitely recommend.
P.S. Can I also just say how beautiful the paperback is?! I loved picking it up to read each and everytime. That cover!
“How long does it take to fall in love? A second? A week? A year? It’s like asking how long it takes to fall asleep. Some people are gone as soon as their heads hit the pillow. Others lie awake for hours, and it’s only when their brain stops churning for a while that sleep sneaks in and drags them under.”
A story about how one night for Elissa and Liam changed them forever. I fell in love with this book just as much as the first two. This one can be a standalone if you want to jump into the series with it. Wicked Heart is about Elissa Holt, Ethan Holt’s sister from Bad Romeo and Broken Juliet. Those two books you need to read in order as they are about the same couple.
There were so many swoon worthy scenes, laugh out loud parts and parts that broke my heart. The story flowed great. It never lacked for anything and I couldn’t put it down. I read this in one sitting and I almost regret it because it’s over.
“Love is an asshole. It doesn’t care about people’s plans. It’s never convenient. It crawls inside of you at the most ridiculous times and makes you feel, whether you like it or not.”
One thing I love about Leisa’s writing is how she can draw the heart flutters out of you. I’ve raved about her ability to do this in my Bad Romeo review and my Broken Juliet review. She is just so damn good at giving you the feels whether they are good or bad.
“I’m not saying goodbye. Because this isn’t over. One day, fate’s gong to fix this. Bring us back together. I believe that.”
I need more of these characters. I need more of Leisa’s writing. I don’t think I could ever be tired of it.
