Wicked at the Library is a steamy, short story romance standalone with a strong, curvy heroine, and a sexy alpha hero. It is the first in the Curvy Librarians of Sugar Hill series.
Violet
I recently got my dream job at the Sugar Hill Community Library.
For convenience, I moved in with my brother. I never expected to run into my biggest high school crush in the hallway.
It’s been five years since … years since my brother’s best friend left town to become a hotshot firefighter.
Now he’s back, looking sexy, strong, and hot enough to set my panties on fire.
Everybody says I’ve finally blossomed with a new life, a new job, and a new look.
Do I want to commit to someone before fully exploring life’s possibilities?
Grant
I always wanted a life of travel and adventure–joining a hotshot crew was the best way to do that.
After a terrible accident takes one of my buddies, I decide to take a break.
When I move in with my best friend from high school, his gorgeous housemate takes me completely by surprise.
She’s smart, curvy, and ignites a burning passion in my heart and body.
Can I convince her that our love is a strong, steady flame and won’t burn out?
This is a Sweet, Steamy Short Story Romance. No Cliffhangers. This is the first in the Curvy Librarians of Sugar Hill series, but it can also be read as a standalone. If you love short romances with steamy sex scenes and a sweet love story, then you’ll love this book.

Wicked at the Library – Liz Fox – Librarian and a firefighter. How cute is that? And I like the best friend’s little sister trope! Happy Reading!
I’ve enjoyed every Liz Fox book I’ve read This one was no different. She writes real life relatable characters. This is a steamy romance with a happy ending. I will say, I wish this one was a bit longer. I feel like we could’ve gotten to know the main characters a bit better. All in all a great read. I received a free copy of this book from the author in exchange for an honest review. All opinions expressed are solely my own.
Loved this quick brother’s best friend romance. Violet has always had a crush on Grant and when she bumps into him again at her brother’s house, the attraction that she felt came back in full force. Grant didn’t recognize her at first and thought she was a conquest of Rocky’s. Violet and Grant were so good together. Loved their chemistry. Great read. Can’t wait to read more about the Curvy Librarians of Sugar Hill.
I read an early review copy of this book and I am voluntarily leaving an honest review.
This is the 2nd book in the curvy librarians of Sugar Hill series. It is a single dad romance. It is short and sweet with Passion.

Cute and fun! Single Dad Ryan is trying so hard with his little girl Finley. Between his wife leaving a year ago, his business skyrocketing then being sold, and moving on top of everything, Ryan, unfortunately, is dropping some balls. But given that’s how he meet librarian Hope, it seems fate has decided to lend a hand. Finley is a sweetheart of a little girl and steals your heart from the start. Ryan has to learn to prioritize, and Hope to give second chances. But I think my favorite part of the story is the love all three share for Star Trek! Lots of little inside quips and a few scenes that made me giggle! Definitely well worth reading more than once!

Libraries and Star Trek. Can there be much else better than that combination? Not for me; certainly not for Finley, Hope, or Ryan. You never know where life will lead you but they all happily do in Sugar Hill. There is instant connection between Hope and Ryan but it is also the infectious laugh and joy of Finley that really makes this story extra sweet. And Hope’s strong belief in how relationships should work, helps Ryan see more clearly how his missteps affects others. I love this story so much, I can hardly wait for what will happen next in Sugar Hill!

Violet is stunned when her childhood crush Grant walks down the hallway at her brother’s house. She’s crushed on him forever and he has sure grown into a handsome man.
When he makes a move she can’t believe it, does he really feel for her?
Love heals and strengthens you together if you let it.
This is a really quick read. Hope meets a list looking girl in her library. When finley’s dad is located, sparks fly even though hope wants to tell him to look after his daughter better. Their friendship grows but when Ryan puts work before the people in his life, he almost loses everything.
Who ever said librarians were meek never met the curly ladies of the Sugar Hill Library
Boy oh boy does our young Violet get a major surprise one morning when she steps out of her bedroom wrapped only in a towel, on her way to get her clean laundry, only to have a very tall and massive strange man walk out of another bedroom in the house she shares with her brother. It turns out to be her brothers long time best friend only he does not recognize her, as he seems have grown into her curvy self. He not only makes a yucks suggestion about her brother and her but then he goes on to flirt with her in a very heavy way. Violet may just get her dream come true with her long term crush. Well that is until her finally realizes who she is when he talks with her brother at work, as they are both firefighters at the same firehouse. So game on!!!
Wicked at the Library is a great first book in the Curvy Librarians of Sugar Hill series by Liz Fox. It has all sorts of fun, drama, entertainment, romance and some majorly hot and ultra steamy chemistry and adult playtime. This is a wonderful story to start the series off with and I am really looking forward to reading the next.
I really liked this story. It was short but entertaining and enjoyable. The characters were interesting and relatable. Violet and Grant’s coworkers/friends were awesome.
Violet has recently moved in with her brother after getting her dream job at the Sugar Hill Community Library. She soon finds out that she’s not the only person staying with her brother when she bumps into her brother’s best friend in the hallway. Violet can’t believe that he’s back and looking as hot as ever. Looks like her high school crush is still able to light her up.
Grant moves in with his best friend after losing a friend while out with a hotshot crew. He runs into a beautiful curvy woman in the hall and he’s definitely interested. Grant’s not prepared when he finds out that the hottie he ran into is his best friend’s little sister. She’s everything he wants but the bro-code says that he can’t have her. What’s a guy to do?
The way that Violet and Grant become reacquainted cracked me up. I wanted to smack Grant at one point, but the way he made up for it was epic. Although, I really feel like this book should come with a video clip. I’d probably only watch it like 500 times! I loved their happy ever after and I definitely recommend reading this book.
