First there was pain, and now there is just… nothing. No one can ever understand the losses I’ve suffered. A solitary existence that consists of my work and the empty house that serves as a constant reminder of all I have lost. After months of paralyzing emptiness, I turn to The Wicked Horse so I can feel something. Anything, really. Any shred of emotion that will explain why I’m still here. Any … here. Any justification for why my life was spared and theirs were not.
It’s all in vain. Not even the debauchery of the notorious sex club can fill the hollowness that consumes me.
Until she walks in.
Absolutely perfect. Gorgeous and bends to my will. Gives me her body willingly, while expecting nothing more from me than the pleasure I offer her. And the more she gives, the more I find myself wanting to take.
Wanting to crawl out of my personal hell for this wicked angel.

Raw and unpredictable, readers will devour this story!
I love this entire fantastic series from Sayer Bennett!!
“The vulnerability and the way she strips me bare comes with too much risk of pain.”
Oh, how I love the way Sawyer Bennett writes broken characters. She tugs on my heartstrings and makes me feel their pain. She even makes me fall in love with her alpha…jerks. Yes, I often want to throw something upside their heads, especially in this story. But, he won me over eventually…sigh.
As I’m sure you already know if this isn’t your first Wicked Horse Vegas read, the sexy time is turbo-charged and panty-melting. In this case, the passion leads and the heart follows. But, is he too damaged to give in to those feelings? Has he been burned so bad he will turn his back on a chance at a future because of the pain in his past? Will he wade through the ashes and come out the other side or will he continue to wallow in misery and forsake the possibility of something new?
She’s exactly what he needs in his life. Sweet and sassy and willing to submit. She’s beautiful and passionate and compassionate. There’s plenty of men who want her, but she only wants him. Too bad he’s so skittish. He has secrets and rules and relationships are off-limits. He’s lost everything once and he’s not willing to do it again. Will she be able to change his mind? Maybe. But, she’ll surely have a great time trying. And you’ll have a great time reading about it, I know I did. I have no shame in admitting I’m a #VirtualVoyeur. I enjoyed every delicious detail and I’m looking forward to whatever the author decides to pen next. The line forms here…
A captivating & emotional new release from Sawyer Bennett! Available in digital, print, and audio (narrated by Lance Greenfield and Kirsten Leigh).
Each time we head back to the Wicked Horse Vegas we meet a couple that is going through some kind of personal hell. I have loved every one of the previous stories but this one has ripped me wide open.
There is pain that you can feel from Benjamin’s past that will have you wanting him to get his HEA. With his loss and the pain he is still going through, can anyone help him heal?
Elena has always found herself as the one left caring for the other person in the relationship. She is tired of the men that want a mommy, she is done. She only wants a physical relationship and it doesn’t have to be with the same man.
Benjamin and Elena meet through the Wicked Horse app and they are a match. He wants to feel, something. And she wants a man to give her what she needs. They are the perfect date.
Can Benjamin and Elena keep it casual without feelings getting involved? Will Benjamin run when he realizes that Elena is making him feel again? Can Elena continue to see Benjamin knowing that she is falling for him? The Wicked Horse has brought many couples together for fun and forever, will it work for Benjamin and Elena?
I love this series and hope it never ends. What I love most is that each story is a different couple with previous couples popping in here and there.
If you haven’t read Sawyer Bennett yet, start with this series, you don’t have to read them in order but it is worth it because you get to know everyone that way. Or start with any of her books, you will not be disappointed. I can’t wait for more Wicked Horse Vegas.

3.9 stars
A year ago Benjamin lost everything he loved. Now he just … exists. He’s only still alive because he’s a great neurosurgeon and his job still means something to him.
The nights he spends at the Wicked Horse are ok – something to do, but nothing special. Nothing that makes him feel anything. Until Elena …
But is he ready for his second chance?
Well, this was sexy and heartbreaking!
I hate it when my book people had to go through so much heartbreak before we even meet them! Poor Benjamin!
He needs to start living again. And Elena could help. But their ‘relationship’ is not really one for talking and getting to know one another … not yet at least.
I really liked reading it. It was so heartbreakingly sad!
But of course also very erotic and adorable.
But I also hated a lot of it.
First of all, there was way too much of Elena’s bestie in here. It’s like we were told her whole story again. She was the star of the 2nd book in this series! It was a bit too much.
And then – my hard limit number one. RELIGION. GOD. CHURCH.
Ugh – I hate that – I don’t want that in my romance book – especially not in very erotic romances.
I almost stopped reading when they first started with that sh*t! But I kept on reading –
fast-forwarding a lot.
I liked the story and the people, but it wasn’t my book this time!
WICKED ANGEL was another very sexy & heartbreaking romance in this series!
After months of paralyzing emptiness, I turn to The Wicked Horse so I can feel something. Anything, really. Any shred of emotion that will explain why I’m still here. Any justification for why my life was spared and theirs were not.
It’s all in vain. Not even the debauchery of the notorious sex club can fill the hollowness that consumes me.
Until she walks in.
I did enjoy this book just not as much as other Sawyer Bennett books, the story line was interesting, but predictable, I liked the building chemistry between the characters and the sex was hot. I found it dragged a little towards the end and for me personally the “God” talk was a put off for me.
Benjamin is a neurosurgeon whose life changed for the worse when his wife and daughter died over a year ago in a car accident caused by a drunk driver. Benjamin can not seem to care about anything until he meets up with a beautiful stranger at The Wicked Horse Vegas and his body reacts to her in a way it has not reacted in a long time.
Elena has no trust in men after a long string of bad relationships make her start to wonder what went wrong with her choice in men. When The Wicked Horse Vegas starts offering a fantasy app she decides to make a blind date, literally, allowing this man to do what he wants with her without her being able to see or speak.
Benjamin and Elena start in a purely sexual relationship that builds into a full relationship until Elena is hurt and Benjamin starts to feel vulnerable and believes the best thing to do is to walk away before he suffers the same hurt as he did a year ago.
Wicked Angel is the sixth book in the Wicked Horse Vegas series which can be read as a standalone or as part of the series. The book is written in the dual POV of the hero and heroine. Wicked Angel is a story of growth and overcoming grief. I was not a fan of Benjamin’s lack of compassion at the beginning but the growth he made through the story changed my opinion of him thanks to Elena.
This is the first book that I have read from this author. I won the book from a Facebook contest. This is my unbiased and voluntary review.
A year ago neurosurgeon Benjamin lost his wife and daughter and almost died himself, when a drunk driver crashed into their car. Since then, he has closed himself off from his family and friends, so no one can ever hurt him again. He can afford to be a member of the exclusive Wicked Horse, for sex only, and has a fantasy hookup set up with@elencosti89. Elena, is tired of men, who wanted to be taken care of. Her fantasy is for man to take complete control of her, After her best friend, Jorie, married into Vegas elite, she gifted her with a membership to Wicked Horse. The short time they spend in the private room, where Elena is wearing only a mask, is earth shattering for both of them. And when Benjamin meets Elena at Jorie’s birthday party, he realizes that he wants more of her. Neither is looking for a relationship, but what happens when Benjamin starts to feel again? I personally don’t understand the lifestyle, especially when Elena was raised Catholic, but the characters are intriguing and I didn’t put the book down until I was done.
I freaking love this series so much.
Wicked Angel is just “BRILLIANT”. The writing is flawless and beautifully well-shaped, heartbreaking but full of emotions, possibilites, passion, steam and hope. Once you start reading it, you’ll get sucked into this spectacular world the author had masterfully created.
Ever since the original Wicked Horse series was released, this stories have been my top favorite, but I love listening to them even more!
Kirsten Leigh and Lance Greenfield did an amazing job at bringing this story to life, although, Lance Greenfield wasn’t at his usual best this time(that’s just my personal opinion, though). Nevertheless, I loved and enjoyed both versions of this great installment, and can’t wait for the next.
Amazing book and completely loved it! Another great story by the author! The author does an amazing job and keeps the reader engaged and interested throughout the book and you can’t get enough.

Wicked Angel was the sixth book in Sawyer Bennett’s Wicked Horse Vegas series.
Benjamin was a neurosurgeon, saving lives daily. He had a horrific tragedy where he now simply existed without feeling. He executed his job successfully, but beyond that he had severed all relationships. He joined the Wicked Horse Vegas in an attempt to feel again.
Elena was an entrepreneur who had a string of bad relationships. She was tired of being taken advantage of and wanted to be sexually satisfied without any attachments. The Wicked Horse Vegas was the perfect solution.
Bennett took us on a very emotional journey that was heartbreaking at times but had a thread of healing and hope woven into the mix. I enjoyed both Benjamin and Elena at both their best and their worsts. They were a good match without games. It was a story of pure honesty, emotion and chemistry. And the sex, well that was off the charts as well.
All in all, it was well written, well developed, pulled at the heartstrings and was thoroughly enjoyable.
This is a moving, steamy romance of man whose devastating loss crushed his spirit and his soul and the sexy, uninhibited woman who brought him back to life. Sawyer Bennett really nailed it with these two characters. Benjamin ‘s desolation and isolation is palpable. His re-emergence to the land of the living because of Elena is not without missteps. In his own way he gradually gives Elena back her faith in men and love.
This was a great read that I could not stop. I love the friendship between Jorie and Elena. But Elena and Benjamin are great where they try to keep their relationship just sex, but when you realize emotions are involved. It was great how Elena helped Benjamin move on from tragedy. There were so many turns that kept you guessing what would happen. Lance greenfield and Kristen Leigh were wonderful narrators. Sawyer Bennett did not disappoint with a great story.
The Wicked Horse books do NOT disappoint if you like a lot of heat in your stories. Elena and Benjamin have hot chemistry from the very beginning. I loved watching these two characters draw strength from each other as their relationship gets stronger. The writing is exceptional while Ms. Bennett does an amazing job at telling the story of a grieving man and the emotions he goes through in order to love again. I loved this story.
Wicked Angel has some Dirty Lovin! Elizabeth @ Carolina Chic’s Read
Ben and Alayna have some insane chemistry and really love to get to the dirty parts! They never expected feelings, thou they keep erecting walls around the growing emotions. Both parties find hope and healing! Fantastic Read!
5 Dirty Stars!
Wicked Angel is another amazing book from Sawyer! Deeply moving and effortlessly romantic, fans of this series will not be disappointed!
This is book 6 in the Wicked Horse series and I definitely would read the books prior to this one although this one could be read as a stand alone. If you don’t like books that have anything to do with a sex club, then this book is not going to be the right fit for you. In this one we get to meet Benjamin and Elana. Benjamin went through something absolutely horrific and he joins the Wicked Horse in an attempt to feel anything. Even if it’s only something to do with sex. Elena spends time at the club when she can just so she can explore her sexuality in a safe and non judgmental place. But when he meet’s Elena, he never expects to keep wanting more or for the chemistry to be so off the charts. Now he has to decide if he wants to truly start living again or to stay in the numbness of his own pain.
Right from the start this book is super HOT! You get in drawn in with the off the charts chemistry and then you learn about what happened to Benjamin and your heart breaks. It is definitely emotional but this story also gives you hope that people can move on from things like that. Elena is such a strong woman that you can’t help but root for them to make it and be able to have more than just a sexual connection. My only drawback for this story is there was a little too much about god and religion-and I really don’t like that kind of thing in my books. But on a whole this book was great. Lance Greenfield has this hot, deep, sinful voice that I absolutely loved! He made the sex scenes even hotter and I loved how he went about his narration! Kirsten Leigh also did an excellent job on her narration and definitely made you feel for Elena. I thoroughly enjoyed listening to them, and there aren’t any strange accents or weird tones-that kind of thing usually drives me nuts. I did have to bump up my listening speed as it felt slower than normal but that might have just been me.
After the tragic loss of his wife and child, Benjamin is left as a shell of his former self and closed off from life, broken and bruised. Tired of all of the Mr. Rights turning into Mr. Wrongs, Elena is looking for sexual compatibility and no strings. A chance encounter at Wicked Horse brings the two together in an emotional, steaming affair. What starts out as a heartbreaking and emotional storyline turns into a story about love, hope and an unusual way of finding a second chance. The characters were so well written and the plot had me locked in from the beginning. I need more in this series.
The Wicked Horse Vegas is a verifiable sexual playground – one that appeals to all types of people for different reasons, and because the type of kink that its members are into vary, the limitless possibilities keep them coming back time and time again.
Benjamin Hewitt’s membership at the exclusive club is a means to an end – an attempt on his part to feel something, anything for the first time since his life was horrifically altered. But while he found his release in certain situations, he was still merely existing, focusing on his career, but shutting everyone out…until her.
For Elena Costieri, The Wicked Horse is an opportunity to give up control, to submit her body to someone purely for the sexual pleasure it provides. To be used in a way that she actually demands instead of for selfish reasons on the part of her boyfriends. It’s a way for her to explore a different side of herself and see how much she enjoys submitting to a man’s demands.
And boy do Benjamin and Elena sizzle together; it’s abundantly clear how much physical chemistry these two share, but it’s also obvious that what they feel toward one another is more than simply a pleasurable release, and regardless of how many times Elena says that she doesn’t want anything more than sex from Benjamin, the fact that she’s always intertwined love and sex together is not something that can change so drastically, especially with someone she seems to connect with on a number of levels.
Because Sawyer Bennett gives readers both main characters’ perspectives, readers understand why Benjamin feels empty…why he’s closed himself off from everyone around him. The fact that he goes from feeling nothing to feeling way too much when it comes to Elena explains why he’s hot and cold with her. I will say that even though we were given Elena’s point of view as well, even now, I don’t feel like I understand her choices, and I truly felt like readers learned more about Elena’s best friend than Elena herself, which perplexed me quite a bit.
Even though I wanted a bit more insight into who Elena is and the reasons her life has led her down this path, I did enjoy her and Benjamin’s story. Readers will feel just how deeply Benjamin’s loss affects him even a year later and just how difficult the struggle to move on is illustrated in the lack of and overabundance of emotions that he must deal with throughout the story. And the scenes at The Wicked Horse and outside of the club are scorching.
I read every book in the original and Vegas Wicked Horse series, and I know that every time, I enter this world, I’m going to read a sexy story that leads to so much more than the physical pleasure the characters experience, which is why it’s a series I thoroughly enjoy!
