All the reasons why I still hate you:
Reason #1: You’re the biggest bully ever.
Reason #2: You’re the best kisser ever.
Reason #3: Forget it. I can’t even say this one.
Grayson Anderson is the reason why I’m holding a pregnancy test in my hands.
How could I have been so stupid?
The guy bullied and tormented me for years in high school.
Then ten years later, I just… fall into his bed?
In my … his bed?
In my defense, I was wasted.
Wasted out of my mind.
My brain was clearly not functioning.
Being pregnant means that I’m tied to my sworn enemy for the rest of eternity.
My fate is dependent on this stupid stick that I just peed on.
So, is it going to be two lines or one?
This series is so crazy, it’s messed up. Brace yourself for a whole lot of heat, a satisfying HEA, no cheating, and absolutely no cliffhangers.

Ella and Grayson have had a tumultuous time. Since high school and now in college. Ella is convinced that Grayson is a mean and vindictive person. Yet as the story unfolds you discover why. I loved how this book slowly turned you from hating Grayson to seeing him in a different light. He’s not perfect and makes bad decisions but read the book and you’ll know why.
I had the opportunity to read the prequel first and I was on the fence with Grayson. The things he did and said had my emotions all over the place and I’m so glad we got his side in Why I Still Hate You. Let’s just say he won me over even though he messed up a few times.
This is Monica Bolt’s debut and I honestly can’t wait for more from her. This was a great story and well written.
Grayson and Ella live next door to each other but she hates him . He is hot and cold with her and when there at school he is mean. They graduate and Ella relieved she will never see him again. Grayson is at college and he’s looking for the girl with the dark hair. After months of looking he gets in trouble for missing classes. His couch said he needs a tutor. He resigns himself to forget the girl and concentrate on school and football. He walks into the room and looks up and there’s the girl he’s been looking for Ella. After all the mistakes he’s made can Grayson make Ella forgive him? Great characters and storyline. Highly recommended. This is my first book by this author definitely not my last.
This is my first read from this author and I enjoyed it very much. It was a little different than I thought I would be but a really good difference. I would definitely read more from this author. This
Monica Bolt’s Why I Still Hate You (So Crazy, It’s Messed Up Duet Book 1) is a wonderful reformed bully second chance romance tale. I loved this couple, both the perfectly crafted Ella and her high school bully turned Vanderbilt U beau Grayson. Add in a plot that’s really perfectly written and has some nice twists (no, I won’t hint), and the result is really a lot of fun. Highly recommended.
This was a really fun, witty and emotionally thrilling journey filled with engaging and interesting charters, witty banter, heart racing twists and exciting turns. A fun and highly entertaining read from beginning to end, really enjoyed this exciting second chance journey.
Grayson and Ella were neighbours and he tormented her throughout high school, and they end up going to the same college. Grayson is the star football player who finds himself in need of a tutor, and Ella is assigned to him. This is a well written story which had me totally hooked and intrigued throughout and look forward to reading more from this talented author in the future.
Ella’s is attending Vanderbilt University she’s left behind her awful high school experience but then her father drops a bomb she needs to get a job to pay for her phone bill so she decides to tutor unfortunately her new tutor job brings her into contact with her high school bully Grayson why is he even at the same college as her.
Grayson I followed a girl to college using a football scholarship she hates my guts I was a huge jerk to her in high-school but I had to protect her from the other psychos I went to school with but now I’m in trouble my grades are slipping and I need a tutor and there she is the girl I’ve been looking for Ella’s. These to have there ups and downs Grayson dose some major stupid crap that I can’t believe Ella’s for gave him for im not sure that I’m sold on Grayson by the end of the book I think this book need to be a bit longer and that stuff with Graysons team mates both in high school and college should have been dealt with i feel like it was just brushed under the carpet so thats why I gave this book a 4 star rating.
I was allowed to read and advance copy of this book via Booksprout and this is my honest review.
New author, first book, solid 4 stars, I’d say that’s a pretty good start! Monica Bolt gives us a NA story about Gratson and Ella. She is the girl next door who Grayson falls head over fumbling heals for. Unfortunately through a series of misunderstandings, mishaps, and fumbling behavior, the relationship never ignites. But Grayson follows Ella to college hoping to have a new start. Ella unknowingly become his tutor and the shenanigans begin. The story is well paced, compelling, and a page turner from start to finish. I’m looking forward to the next book. This book is available to read for free on KU.

Ahh!! I loved this book. I’ve been waiting and wanting to read it for a while now! It seriously did not disappoint at all! A sports romance that turns longtime enemies into forever lovers! Such a great read! Definitely recommend this to everyone who loves sport romances or even enemies to lovers reads too!
Bright heavens, this pair makes me feel old. I just haven’t made up my mind if that’s a bad thing or not. As a victim of school bullying, I should have immediately connected with Ella, but I didn’t. I think of lot of that has to do with the fact that most of the incidents we see are through Grayson’s eyes and that disconnected me from Ella’s reactions and emotions. Maybe it’s because we start the book in Grayson’s head and he’s the first one to present his argument, I was willing to give him a lot of slack for a lot of pretty abysmal behavior. And even while my heart was crying out for Ella to hear him out, to give him another chance (again), my brain was cheering her on for putting herself first. So, yeah, I completely understood all the emotional ups and downs. I loved the ending. It was sappy and sweet and almost too perfect for words. But it seemed a bit too easy for all the chaos this pair created.

This is my first Monica Bolt book and I liked it. Both Ella and Grayson are very well written using two entirely different methods. Ella is an open book from the very opening lines of the prequel but Grayson’s true character and motivation aren’t revealed until much later in their story. Between the rare high points of their relationship are so many devastating moments suffered by Ella at her next-door neighbor’s hands. Despite Grayson being depicted as a first class jerk, the reader – just like Ella – never gets tired of trying to figure Grayson out and that’s what keeps the book so engaging. Little glimmers of his heart give us all hope that at some point, physically beautiful Grayson will be a true prince! There’s lots of angst and so much push-pull between those two main characters and they really do carry the story along nicely. I will read more by this author and recommend this book.
