He was only supposed to deliver a pizza. And yes, I ordered sausage, but I never expected such a personal…touch.I’m a good girl. I teach little kids, brake for squirrels, and always donate to cookie drives though I so don’t need the extra ten pounds. My sympathetic nature led to me sleeping with my ex after his granny’s funeral. The next day, he dumped me—again—via text, and I decided I needed a … me—again—via text, and I decided I needed a fresh start.
Luckily, I found a new apartment near my new school. Yay me. I also found myself unexpectedly naked with Dare, the smoking hot, single dad mechanic who works next door.
Dare did more than clean my spark plugs that night, let me tell you.
Then my worlds collide when Dare shows up at his son’s parent-teacher conference.
Next thing I know, surprise! Pregnant.
Dare knows I’m worried about my job at the Catholic school. And about how I’m going to handle the baby that might be his.
Please, God, let it be his.
I just never expected Dare to propose marriage. And he wants me to become his wife in all ways.
Especially the Biblical ones.
Author’s note: Who’s The Daddy is a romantic comedy with a HEA ending and no cliffhanger.

I loved this book, Dare and Kelsey were a breathe of fresh air. They started off as just a quick hook up but ended as so much more. Taryn Quinn again wrote a book I could not put down. They kept all of the characters from other books but you didn’t have to read them to know what was going on but I recommend you do because this is a great series and can’t wait for the next installment.
This is the third book in the Dirty DILFs series. This is a fun, lighthearted sexy series by two of my favorite authors.
Kelsey is looking for a new start. She recently slept with her ex after his grandmother’s funeral only to be dumped again via text the next morning. But she gets a teaching job at a catholic school and gets a new apartment in a new town so things are turning around for her or so she hopes.
Enter, Dare. He’s helping his parents out delivering pizzas for their restaurant when he appears at her door with a pizza with extra sausage 😉 Before you know it, they’re getting busy and she’s getting more sausage than she expected. Of course, it’s not smooth sailing after this because Dare has a son who’s now in Kelsey’s class (but she doesn’t realize it until parent teacher conferences).
Dare and Kelsey hook up again and before you know it, she’s pregnant but she’s not sure if her ex or Dare is the father of the baby. These two were both bumbling in the relationship arena but so much fun to watch. Who’s the daddy? Does Dare really want her or only because she’s pregnant? What if the baby isn’t his? Read to find out more about this crazy but fun loving duo.
I knew I was going to like Dare and Kelsey’s story after meeting them in the previous books of the Dirty DILFs series, but I didn’t anticipate just how much I’d fall in love with them.
Kelsey is the sweet teacher who’s friends with Ally and Sage from Have My Baby and Claim My Baby respectively. Dare is the hot single-dad mechanic who’s friends with Seth and Oliver also from Have My Baby and Claim My Baby. I love Seth and Oliver, but honestly, Dare sets the bar even higher. He’s so much more than I had been expecting, and when he and Kelsey first see each other in the start of Who’s the Daddy, I was already rooting them on because they are, quite simply, adorable and sexy together and the flames were already sparking from that very first interaction.
As they somehow wind their way into a relationship, I was kind of cringing, imagining all the horrible ways it could go wrong. But, I shouldn’t have worried, because these two have got their acts together. They’re adults, and they act like it, thankfully. No overblown angst and ott drama here. Just sexy morphing into heartfelt, sweet love.
Cari and Taryn never let me down with their brand of edgy, sexy and somehow sweet romances, and Dare and Kelsey have climbed their way to the top. They have sneaked their way into my heart’s #1 spot for Taryn and Cari’s men and women, right next to Nick and Mal and Ally and Piper. I don’t know if more is coming in this Dirty DILFs series, so if this is a conclusion I’ll gladly take it. But, if more is coming, I’d be even happier!!
Taryn Quinn’s Dirty DILF series continues with single dad Dare Kramer’s favor ending in a smoking hot hookup with Crescent Cove’s newest resident, Kelsey Ford. What was supposed to be a quick, no-strings round of fun gets complicated real fast when they discover Kelsey is his son’s new first grade teacher. And the protection used may have languished in his wallet well past its expiration date. Then again, the cause of her tossing her cookies at all hours could be the result of the regrettable night she’d commiserated with her ex after the passing of his grandmother. Regardless, Dare isn’t going to let the quirky beauty get away now that she’s rocked his world.
What ensues is a whirlwind pursuit.
Kelsey was sweet but a bit awkward in an adorable way. I liked her immediately, even though I did wish she’d had more backbone where Dare was concerned. He was a considerate lover, but a bit pushy and arrogant for me, and she too often allowed him to steamroll right over her and normal boundaries. He was a great father and friend, and I did warm up to him towards the end.
Per usual in a Taryn Quinn story, the secondary cast was a delight. Ally & Seth and Sage & Oliver from books one and two were key characters. I loved them all, but spunky Sage stole the show and a bigger piece of my heart. She was hilarious. Quite a few new and interesting characters were introduced, including the main characters in the next installment. Based on their volatile interactions, their story should be exciting. Gimme now.
Who’s the Daddy was a great addition to the Dirty DILF series. I highly recommend the previous books, because they’re awesome in their own right. But reading them first isn’t necessary to enjoy this funny, steamy rom-com.
Dang now I’m definitely in the mood for pepperoni pizza with a side of Dare . Kelsey and Dare are truly adorable from her babbling mouth to his no nonsense take charge attitude… bound to be very explosive in the best way. I’m in love with this little town and can’t wait for more.
425 stars– WHO’S THE DADDY is the third instalment in the contemporary, adult DIRTY DILFS erotic, romance series co-authored by Taryn Elliott and Cari Quinn aka Taryn Quinn. This is former race car driver, auto mechanic and single father Charles ‘Dare’ Kramer, and primary school teacher Kelsey Ford’s story line. WHO’S THE DADDY can be read as a stand alone without any difficulty. Any important information from the previous story lines is revealed where necessary.
Told from dual first person perspectives (Kelsey and Dare) WHO’S THE DADDY follows the building relationship between former race car driver, auto mechanic and single father Charles ‘Dare’ Kramer, and primary school teacher Kelsey Ford. Crescent Cove is the perfect place for Kelsey Ford as she embarks on a new school year filled with surprises and fun including her friends with benefits relationship with auto mechanic Dare Kramer, the man who stars in all of her fantasies and dreams. Never expecting to meet Dare at a parent-teacher interview throws Kelsey into a tailspin including the problematic situation of dating the father of one of her students. As the weeks pass, Kelsey’s ongoing flu-like symptoms force Dare to face the truth that the woman he’s dating could very well be pregnant. What ensues is the building relationship between Dare and Kelsey, as they embark on a quick lust to love romance towards their happily ever after.
The relationship between Dare and Kelsey begins as a one-night stand but turns into something more. Kelsey’s last boyfriend walked away wanting to find himself, while Dare’s ex-wife wanted nothing to do with settling down to raise a family. The $ex scenes are intimate, erotic and intense.
WHO’S THE DADDY is a fun and sexy read with a wonderful group of sassy friends whose back and forth, humorous comments and quirky styles are spirited and energetic. All of the previous story line couples play secondary and supporting characters including Seth and Ally (Have My Baby #1), and Oliver and Sage (Claim My Baby #2), as well as the introduction of Dare’s precocious son Weston, his younger brother Gage, and Kelsey’s sister Rylee. Dare and Rylee’s story line is next in PIT STOP: BABY.
