He was only supposed to deliver a pizza. And yes, I ordered sausage, but I never expected such a personal…touch.I’m a good girl. I teach little kids, brake for squirrels, and always donate to cookie drives though I so don’t need the extra ten pounds. My sympathetic nature led to me sleeping with my ex after his granny’s funeral. The next day, he dumped me—again—via text, and I decided I needed a … me—again—via text, and I decided I needed a fresh start.
Luckily, I found a new apartment near my new school. Yay me. I also found myself unexpectedly naked with Dare, the smoking hot, single dad mechanic who works next door.
Dare did more than clean my spark plugs that night, let me tell you.
Then my worlds collide when Dare shows up at his son’s parent-teacher conference.
Next thing I know, surprise! Pregnant.
Dare knows I’m worried about my job at the Catholic school. And about how I’m going to handle the baby that might be his.
Please, God, let it be his.
I just never expected Dare to propose marriage. And he wants me to become his wife in all ways.
Especially the Biblical ones.
Author’s note: Who’s The Daddy is a romantic comedy with a HEA ending and no cliffhanger.

Another oh so hot and oh so sexy addition to this series. Highly recommend!!!
Funny, sweet & sexy!
Who’s the Daddy was the one book in the series I had yet to read. I have adored every single story in this series and this book filled the gap with the characters I had yet to meet and fall in love with.
If you’ve followed the series, you aware that there’s something in the water at Crescent Cove. Not really, but it’s evident as each story comes out that pregnancy is contagion in this little down. With each installment, the stories get more original, funnier and sweeter than the last.
Taryn Quinn is a duo that has perfectly constructed a world I love to escape to. I never fail to laugh, swoon, sigh and love with each character I meet.
Loved it!
I enjoyed Dare and Kelsey’s story in the Crescent Cove series and their interaction with each other and the rest of the gang we read about in the previous books. These two were immediately attracted to one another and had sex pretty quickly into the book. I enjoyed watching them embark on a relationship that quickly turned into marriage with a baby onboard. I loved how protective Dare was of his son, Wes and that he included Wes when it came to his and Kelsey’s relationship. I really enjoyed her friendship with Ally and Sage throughout this story. This book had hot sex and funny moments. Another great addition to this series.
Rough, protective Dare, and quirky, sweet Kels are perfect together. I loves this story. The only thing that would have made it better would have been more interaction with the son and Kels.
Good fun read. Enjoyed reading about Dare and Kelsey relationship. Fast pace and entertaining. Love reading hilarious romance books. Love the series can not wait for the next book.
Dare is a tortured hero with a gruff exterior. Kelsey is a sweet teacher without a filter. They are an unlikely match that end up working well together. Kelsey seemed pretty naive when it comes to her ex, leading to a twist and a cringe. Dare is a good dad to Wes and I enjoyed watching Kelsey grow her relationship with the little boy. The continuing growth of friendships in Crescent Cove is a fun secondary angle. Sometimes you just need an accidental baby story.
I feel like compared to the first 2 books in this series, where we actually get to know about the characters and their history, this one lacked that kind of depth.
Kelsey recently moved to Crescent Cove for 2 reasons. Her first reason is completely logical, a teaching job. Her second? Because she made the mistake of sleeping with her ex after his grandmother’s funeral. Not exactly a mature decision, but I’ll go with it. We don’t really get to know too much more about Kelsey except that she seems to think she’s lacking in the romance department and can babble when nervous.
Dare is a single father working at the Crescent Cove mechanic shop. He’s been burned by one female and it left him taking care of his son alone, so it’s only obvious that he doesn’t want nor need the entanglements of a relationship. But Kelsey just seems to get his motor running and he can’t help but cave when around her.
Compared to the first 2 in this series I wasn’t just absolutely in love with Kelsey and Dare. I actually liked that the author was going in the direction with giving us some blue-collard characters. However, I really would’ve liked to have gotten to see Kelsey form a bond with Dare’s son more.
This is another wonderful story. We met Dare and Kelsey in the last book. This one…it’s their turn. Dare delivering pizza with a side of **** was a great start to their crazy relationship. Once she found out she could be pregnant. The words she spewed in her surprise and shock was hilarious!
Poor Dare! Here he was ready to step up and make it all right. Then she blurted out “you might not be the daddy?” OMG! In front of friends. Shocked.
It’s lovely seeing all the previous characters. They make me laugh and enhance this story. The way the Oliver acts around the pregnant Sage. No cheese! Spit it out! Haha! We did meet some new characters and Macey?! She is very opposite of all the other. I love her!
I listened to this on audio. Ken Kennicott and Wen Ross did another wonderful job. I am eagerly looking forward to the next in this series.

Who’s the Daddy
Crescent Cove, Book 3
By: Taryn Quinn
Narrated by: Wen Ross, Kai Kennicott
Taryn Quinn pens another great story set in the wonderful Crescent Cove, a town with a bunch of great folks and interesting characters. This 3rd book is Kelsey and Dare’s story and what a story it is. Kelsey lands a teaching job at the Catholic School, she lucked out finding an apartment in town and moved right in. Unpacking her boxes she orders a pizza and comes delivered with some extra sausage. LOL! Dare was delivering pizza for his Dad’s shop, his last delivery was to Kelsey’s apartment. There was an instant attraction between them, one thing lead to another and Kelsey really enjoyed Dare’s sausage. I loved these two together, it was like they were made for each other. Dare, a single Dad normally does not have affairs like this but he could not help himself, there was just something about her. They do not share much info about each other, just the hot loving and passion between them. So it was a surprise when Kelsey finds out his son, Wes, is one of her students. I loved how Dare was with his son, also liked how Kelsey was with him as well. I thought it was great how Dare reacted with Kelsey and all those pregnancy tests, gun ho, then when Kelsey ran her mouth she knocked him off kilter. OMG, her ex was a douche. LOL! As with all the stories in this series, it is well written and well plotted, there is never a dull moment, there are some great laugh out loud moments, some drama, angst and plenty of other emotions all leading to a hot and sweet romance. Thank you Taryn Elliott for another great story.
I listened to the Audible edition, Kai Kennicott and Wen Ross are fantastic narrators and voice performers. They continue to bring these characters and their stories to life, giving each their own voice and personality and a whole lot of heart. I loved Kai’s portrayal of Kelsey, sweet and quirky and Wen’s take on Dare, alpha and always to the point. They were awesome with the secondary characters as well. It is always a pleasure to listen to these two talented storytellers. Thank you for another great listen
4 stars for Who’s the Daddy by Taryn Quinn. This is book 3 in The Crescent Cover Series. This is the first book I have read from this author and I enjoyed it. In this book we have Dare and Kelsey. Kelsey recently broke up with her boyfriend , she decides to move and give herself a fresh start. She is a catholic school teacher and loves children. She is also alittle shy when it comes to being around people. Dare is a mechanic, who is a single dad. He doesn’t trust women. His son just happens to be one of Kelsey’s students. After a hook up one night between them , an attraction that neither of them can seem resist happens. Kelsey becomes pregnant which isn’t a good thing for a single Catholic school teacher. What is Dare going to do with Kelsey . He wants her but he doesn’t know if he can get past his trust issue. I loved these characters. I was laughing and even had a couple tears in my eyes. This is a light must read book .
Loved it
Another Crescent Cove baby on the way and it was a great story. This time Kelsey has made friends after moving here but the daddy is a nice guy who is raising his son after his ex wife walked out on them.
I loved this story! Lots and lots of laughs and steam with a dash of small town drama. This book does have an HEA. Dare and Kelsey’s story was absolutely adorable! Must read!
Great read
This is a kindle unlimited recommendation, and this whole town seems to have issues with adequate birth control. So despite the fact that all these girls are getting knocked up before their wedding day, this series has some super amazing grand gestures! Kelsey and Dare may have lots of personal baggage to work through, but they make an adorable couple.
Dare and Kelsey captured my attention from the beginning of the book and kept it until the end. I was entranced by their unconventional love story. Both characters are strong independent adults. I got to visit with the previous couples in the series as well. Very captivating story.
This review is based in part on the audio version
Who’s the Daddy was a fun book to listen to, if you haven’t had the pleasure of listening to Wen Ross & Kai Kennicott you’re missing out. They bring to life the story with an amazing array of voices . Ms. Quinn uses just enough humor, steamy scenes and angst that kept the story moving but avoid dragging it on to unrealistic levels. (This is book 3 in the series but I had no trouble with not reading the first two)
A super sweet and extremely hot book! I could not get enough of Dare and Kelsey and barley put it down. Dare’s character just pulls at my heart, what a keeper. And Kelsey made me hoot out loud several times. It’s so easy picture her teaching small children and virtually making them all her kids. The entire Dirty DILFs series has it in spades!
Dare, what a great name for a tall, fit, hot single Dad who works with his hands! Being the helpful son at his parents pizza shop, Dare delivered a pizza to the new neighbor, Kelsey, who happens to be a darling red haired girl with long legs. They ended up sharing pizza and much more that night. These two have chemistry from their first look at one another. Dare is one of those guys that is rough and gruff and big hearted. Kelsey is a darling, ditzy and hilarious. It’s another book in what I like to call the dream dad’s otherwise known as Dirty DILF series. It may be read as a stand-alone. It is fun to read about the lovable interconnected characters from the first two books, Seth & Ally and Oliver & Sage. I love Taryn Quinn books
Hands down, Who’s the Daddy is my favorite Dirty DILF!!! Kelsey , the socially awkward teacher, is hysterical and the perfect match to Dare’s growly self. I loved the instant connection that they felt for each other. This book is just perfect…. a little bit of angst, a whole lot of laughs and hot AF sexy times!
Love the characters in this series! Kelsey just moved into town to start her new teaching job, and a new beginning. While she was unpacking she needed a pizza, and oh boy did she get a pizza! Dare the hot mechanic she has been drooling over since she first laid eyes on him, is the one who delivers her pizza! Lets just say they never made it through the first slice…… Neither want a relationship, but they can not resist each other. All I can tell you by the title, condoms don’t always work! Great love story, must read!
