Conning the Con Artist…
Hilariously funny and Interesting story about con artists with a bizarre happy ending. The romance between Hannah and Brian was steamy and enjoyable. Overall an easy, fun read. Enjoy!
I received an arc copy and am happy to leave my honest review.
Brian and Hannah were originally like oil and water, but after being able to understand each other their love was better than any con Brian organized. Good storyline and much delving into motives and actions. Strong characters that enabled a very good short read.

Although this story is well written, I hated the hero and wished Hannah would make smarter choices for herself. I understood why Brian wanted revenge on Isaac, but I cannot like or love someone who is without morals or honorable character. The two things that Brian lacks, and he brings Hannah into his world in a word corrupting her. Love is supposed to make us better, but this only continues the web of lies.
Brian and Hannah are hustlers. But what happens when practically everyone you know is an expert at conning others. You can’t trust anyone. But eventually you have to. No man or woman is an island and can escape the consequences of their actions. So when some people get their comeuppance, there can be a sort of peace in that.

3,5* Twisted and original plot
Twisted so much that at some point of time I wasn’t able to say who is scamming whom and what is true and what’s not. So I guess if that was the point of the story line build this way it is successful. I enjoyed the ending very much and the qualities of the main characters as they were very real. Those things happen in real life but not always justice is served.
