USA TODAY BESTSELLER • A classic novel from fan favorite Debbie Macomber, this is an emotional story about fighting for happiness and holding on for true love. Marrying Glenn Lambert was either the smartest thing Maggie Kingsbury has ever done or the craziest mistake of her life. Best friends as children, they went their separate ways until a chance encounter at a wedding inspires this … wedding inspires this spontaneous leap of faith. How could she resist the sweet spell of a moonlit night and whispers of devotion guaranteed to melt her heart? But past disappointments and unhealed emotions soon start to wreak havoc with their vows.
Glenn knew his heart was bruised when he asked Maggie to marry him. But he meant every word; he’s sure they belong together. In so many ways, they’re still strangers, but the love he has inside tells him that no matter what happens, it’s Maggie he wants forever. Whatever it takes, he’ll prove she’s the only woman for him.

This was a great story that I had missed in the past. I love that these books are now on e-books. I also love all her books and wish I could read more. Her books are up-lifting and not disappointing.

Quick fun read.
He resists his feelings for her. She resists her feelings for him. On and on until Presto! They fall in love. This seems to be the very same theme in every Macomber book I’ve read, and it gets old real quick.
I was very frustrated by the writing technique that kept the two lovers apart by repeated mental misinterpretation. It’s not an unusual technique, but it just got to be too much!
Very predictable!
I found it very repetitious I could always see where it was it was going next.
Great as always

Debbie’s books are always wonderful
Very predictable but I really enjoyed it.
It’s old school Macomber. I prefer her newer ones.
I read maybe 50 pages, it was so slow, and boring I quit. That’s time I will never get back.
I’m reading this book now and really wish I didn’t have to put it down for daily duties.
