I really enjoyed the myseries and yes there are basically two and enjoyed the characters. The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is a descriptive sex scene. I recommend as long as you don’t mind skipping a few pages.
I could not put it down. It was awesome.
I find the Amish fascinating – not sure I agree on everything – fascinating nonetheless. This is book #2 in the series. With some series, you can read them in just about any order. With this series, it really helps to stay in order since she references prior characters and plots. I think I’ve read 4 of the books in the series. Enjoyed them all.
Unfortunately, I found this book to be extremely slow going and I forced myself to finish it. Even though this particular book didn’t grab my attention, I’m not giving up, I will continue reading the rest of the Series. I’m sure I will find a Karen Ann Hopkins novel I enjoy.
Made me want to read the next book in the series.
Read the entire series! Loved the characters and the Amish setting.
A good book. A little off the flow, but readable. I would read more by this author.
