Owen Brewer never forgot about his one and only love Misty Armstrong, to this day he is still upset that she left without a word.
Misty didn’t have a choice when her family packed up unannounced and left town. Now Misty is with her younger and sister and life has not been great. With a little help from an old friend, Misty and Owen are thrown together again. Can Owen give Misty a second chance and is Misty willing to go all in where Own is concerned?
A quick holiday story. I thought this was fun and Owen was an interesting character. He was pretty closed off but once he hardened heart melts you see a completely different side. Cute story.
“You deserve the world, Misty, and it’s my job to give it to you.”
I absolutely love this writing duo. Individually the are fantastic but when they come together they’re explosive. I love young love where the h/H is each others one and only and this book delivered. I felt the heartbreak between both characters and loved watching how they came back to one another.

THis is short, sweet, steamy and so entertaining to read. that I loved and enjoyed. Owen and Misty makes this holiday story a little naughty and very nice. I volunteered to read an arc.
I really liked t hj is book. The characters and their chemistry plus the holiday. This book just had everything I love in a book and the way it was written just made it so much better.
This was a sweet, slow burn love story about second chances, and missed opportunities.
Owen and Misty have a past and it ended suddenly and abruptly when they were teenagers. All of a sudden Misty shows up in his life again and they reconnect in the most endearing way.
I love second chance romances. I love them even better when there’s no drama or dragged-out angst and anger and resentment. This pretty much made my day. It’s short but the story develops so well and the characters don’t waste time in making their second chance official. There are some confusing elements in terms of timeline and ages that are contradicted but in the end, the story itself is sweet and oh so sexy!

Owen knew love when he was younger but when that love abandoned him without a word, he threw himself into his whiskey brewery. Misty has been dealt a life that leaves her raising her younger sister and returning to the one place she never thought she’d see again. So, when she finds herself in front of the one man she’s always loved, will he be able to forgive her for the way she left him?
Steamy Christmas story that will keep your hot chocolate nice and hot. Lots of making up to do and issues to resolve. Perfect for the holidays.
