A real tearjerker but well written
I love all of her books. They are very real!
Very good read
I felt the book dragged too much. Good story, but it got a little boring.
I loved this book. It made me consider aspects of death and dying that I never thought about before. It made me think about mother/child interaction in a different way.
Fans of Jodi Picoult would enjoy this book. Very thought-provoking about many different sides of an issue I had never considered before. It does eventually bring out a positive side to a very dismal situation. Though it isn’t a typical “happily ever after” story, I still enjoyed the book and eagerly anticipated the ending.
I love all of her books.
Interesting with surprises!!!
A deep insight to real life tragedy through the eyes of many characters.
One of the best books I have read in a long time.
The ending of this book was rather predictable, but it shared the feelings of the family as they struggled with how to care for the sister. Tossing in a bit of romance added nothing to the story, in my opinion.
I always enjoy Barbara Deiinsky’s novels. This one was a bit different and will stay with you for a while. If you have a sister, this will certainly strike a chord with you.
Interesting dynamics between mother and daughter.
Heavy
Engaging read. Good character development.
Well written
Very interesting story. Couldn’t put the book down. Might need a Kleenex or two. Read in a few days.
Wonderful story!
I found a new author that I liked…it was very well written but the storyline was sad and hard to read at times.
LOVE Barbara Delinsky—one of my favorite authors!
