I’ve never had a place to call home. Growing up in foster care, I learned not to get attached. The day Easton Chadwick walks into my life, my sense of self-preservation falls by the wayside. When I’m in his arms, it’s easy to believe in the fairy tale. Then, tragedy strikes, serving as a soul-crushing reminder that nothing lasts forever. Suffocated by fear, I pack my bags, leaving Easton and the … leaving Easton and the town of Maplewood Falls behind.
Several months later, I come face-to-face with the man who still owns nearly every part of me, but one night fueled by alcohol and bad decisions doesn’t change anything.
At least, that’s what I tell myself …
Until those two pink lines appear.
For the first time in my life, I’m willing to lay my heart on the line for a family and a place to call home.
Because home is where love lives.

Where Love Lives (Maplewood Falls #2) is the second in the series of standalone inter-connected books by K. Street. Although described as a book you can read without reading book 1, I would highly recommend to read book 1 to get the full picture.
This book is Easton and Molly’s story. What a story it was!
Easton is the perfect gentleman yet his heart is still fractured and at this point in his life, he just wants to get this plan approved and the building under construction! Dang customers who make changes! LOL
Molly is tired of running.
Will Easton finally be enough for her? 2 times now Molly has broken his heart. They do say the 3rd time is a charm.
Love reading this authors books. They are like the best palate cleansing you can imagine. The writing is always spot on and the stories flow perfectly. Cant wait to see what is coming next!!!
4.5 Gilmore Girls Stars!!!
K. Street really tugged at my heartstrings with Where Love Lives (Maplewood Falls, #2). I adored Easton and Molly so much! Their second chance romance wasn’t an easy one and with a surprise baby thrown in, I just knew it was going to be emotional with angst and heartbreak. What I loved the most about this book is that even though Easton and Molly endured trials and tribulations, they never gave up on love. Molly had a harsh upbringing that contributed to her commitment issues. But Easton was determined to make it work and the way he fought for her made me fall head over heels in love.
Where Love Lives is a beautifully written and enjoyable read. I loved the world that Ms. Street has created in Maplewood Falls with down to earth and relatable characters. I hope we get see more stories from this series.
5 Their Love Lives in their Hearts Stars!!
I literally dropped everything when this book hit my kindle! I’ve been wanting to get Easton’s story from the minute I finished Where Forever Ends. I just knew there was going to be heartache in his story but I was on board for it!! East and Molly have a history that has left them both hurting and very wary but after seeing each other one night which leads to their reconnection, there’s now going to be someone that ties them to each other for forever!
I love how Ms. Street weaves a story. There’s subtle nuances that I can feel coming off the pages. Easton is a man that wants and needs love and at one point he thought that would be with Molly. But fate had a way of working it’s magic and just when he was least expecting it, they’re brought together and while he was pretty much not nice when he found out, he was ready willing and most definitely 100% on board with being in Molly and his child’s life…and if plans go as he wants, he’ll get Molly to be his for the rest of his life too.
I felt every scene as I was reading them because of all the little details Ms. Street provides in her books. I cried, laughed and groaned out loud when someone did something stupid! Watching these two fall in love again and Molly facing her fears to ultimately have her HEA was simply beautiful. My heart hurt for this girl because of everything she’s endured. But East proved that she’s worthy of love and that not everyone leaves!
This is a beautiful story of second chances and being open to having the love you’ve always dreamed of!
A read that will capture all your emotions. Second chances, family and heart. If they can get past old hurts they could have it all. Each story in the series is a standalone but think definitely worth reading in order to get the best picture of the characters. I received a free copy of the book and I am voluntarily leaving
5 All The Feels Stars
From the beginning I very much disliked Molly for hurting Easton…TWICE!!! But this girl redeemed herself and grew in a huge way. I really enjoyed watching her growth and working through the horrible trauma of her childhood.
Easton, just Easton!!! He is all things good and he made me swoon the whole time. When that man loves, HE LOVES HARD!!! He was not giving in to Molly again so easily after being destroyed so many times. He made her work for it and it was exactly what she needed. I’m so glad he got his HEA though because he so deserved it!
This whole book will give you all the feels. K Street always knows what to write to make that happen. I am never disappointed in her books and am already excited for the next one!!!
K. Street captured my heart with this book. This is Book 2 in the Maplewood Falls series but can be read as a standalone. This second chance romance was sweet and hit me in the feels. The love between Easton and Molly was enjoyable to read. The battle to live in the present and not let their past dictate their future was beautifully written. I was hooked on their journey as trust was rebuilt. This is a must read!
I fell in love with Maplewood Falls while reading Where Forever Ends (Jase and Saylor’s story), and was so excited to get back there! Easton and Molly were a couple that I needed to have find their happily ever after.
Easton and Molly had very different upbringings. While Easton had the picture perfect childhood, Molly bounced around in foster care, never having anyone who wanted her. That brought about all kinds of insecurities, and she found it easier to be the one who left, rather than left behind. So despite their relationship, Molly ran. Until she discovered that she was pregnant. She knew she had to be better than her mother, and had to decide what to do with Easton.
I absolutely loved this story!Character development is extremely important to me, and I loved the emotions that the characters went through, and the growth that Molly experienced throughout the story, and the vulnerability that they both had to overcome. Easton and Molly may not have been perfect, but they were better together, and strengthened each other.
I love this group of characters and this small-town. I really hope that there is more to come in Maplewood Falls (hopefully Paige gets her happily ever after??)!
Molly had grown up on foster care going from one home to another but never really finding her home. Easton and Molly see each other again and the sparks are still there but will it look different in the morning? Will Molly find her Home? Is that Easton?
Molly and Easton were together and the next moment Molly left. Months later they meet up both slightly drunk and have a passionate night. Molly pushes Easton away again. Molly has some serious issues can she deal with them and can Easton trust her not to break his heart? Great characters and storyline. Highly recommended Amazing book
Molly and Easton had all the feels!!!! Molly has abandonment issue because of her upbringing and Easton was raised the total opposite. He had loving, supportive parents and a younger sister. Him and Molly were in love but her fear couldn’t make her open up completely. Don’t want to give away much of the story but months passed then one thing led to another and she was back in her head again. This time Easton wasn’t having it and wasn’t going to get hurt again. But life had a surprise for them and their evolvement especially Molly’s was slow but yet very sad and very emotional wrapped with beauty for us to ex. It wasn’t rushed and I loved it. Easton was her biggest cheerleader but also gave her space. It was so beautiful. I loved that it was drama free and just a beautiful love story of two people that love each other dearly but needed that push to be whole. Easton’s family, his best friend and Molly’s best friend was just an added touch that made this book oh just downright swoony. Paige was the best best friend I’ve read in such a long time. Molly was her sister, .
This is the second book I have read by this author and let me just tell you I am completely sold. The first book in the Maplewood Falls series was my first experience with this author and I fell in love with that book. I couldn’t wait for this one to get here and let me tell you I was not disappointed in the least. Ms. Street has a way to pull you in and hold your heart hostage. Easton and Molly were characters I rooted for from the beginning. My heart broke for both Molly and Easton. I couldn’t put this book down. I highly recommend this book. Actually, I highly recommend this author!!

I absolutely loved the first book in the Maplewood Falls series by K. Street, Where Forever Ends, so I was so excited to read the second book, Where Love Lives, and let me tell you, I was not disappointed. Though this is the second book in the series, it can be read as a standalone, however, I highly recommend the first book. This time we get Easton’s story, Saylor’s brother from the first book and I just loved him.
When Easton meets Molly he just knows there is something there. But where Easton was raised in a family where there was love and happiness, Molly was not. Molly was raised in the foster care system and was always alone. Though she feels something towards Easton, opening herself up to someone is difficult, so she runs, more than once. Easton had to learn to trust Molly again, but could he be the guy to do it? Their story was emotional and full of so many feels. They were greet together and I loved watching them grow both individually and together.
Read and reviewed for Sultry Sirens Book Blog.
Happy reading!
Molly and Easton will have you in all your feels. I truly loved their love story from start to finish. These two are PERFECT for one another! Reading about Molly’s past and why she did what she did broke my heart. Easton was just AMAZING! I loved how they both finally fought for what they wanted and when Easton finally learns the truth you will be totally SWOON!
I loved this story from K Street. Where Love Lives unleashed so many emotions, the story was so wonderfully written I could not put it down.
Molly and Easton were great together then one day Molly was gone. Months later they bumped into each other and one thing lead to another leaving them with more than just memories of their one night.
A fabulous story that will have your feelings all over the place. I cannot recommend this story enough.
Wow… K Street gives such an emotional beautiful book in Where Love Lives! I loved Molly and Easton’s story. It is one of growth and love and of real relationships! Molly had a bad childhood in foster care. The only person she trusts is her friend Paige. I love their friendship and how supportive they are of each other! Every girl needs a friendship like theirs!
Easton is a great guy who had fallen for Molly until she broke his heart because she ran and got scared. They re-connect one night in a drunken state and next thing you know Molly is pregnant.
What this book gives readers is an amazing story of self-growth and trust. How K Street tells this story is a page turner. I wanted so bad for Easton and Molly to just be together but this book wasn’t rushed and it was real. Easton’s family is wonderful and as they bring Molly in and and she learns to trust them and trust herself, it is a great story. I loved Saylor and Easton’s relationship- just as siblings should be!
As Easton and Molly get to happily ever after, I cried and laughed and felt for them! Another wonderful K Street book!
Where Love Lives is an emotional story of second chances and working through past heartaches in order to heal and find happiness.
Easton and Molly were madly in love and planning a future, until Molly essentially got cold feet based on issues from her past and walked away before she could get hurt. When Molly and Easton run into each other months later, alcohol, hormones and maybe a little bit of fate takes over, making it a night they will remember forever. But, their history is complicated, filled with a lot of hurt and emotions on both sides.
I overall really enjoyed Easton and Molly as the main characters but did struggle at times with parts of their personalities. Ultimately I know they both reacted to each other at times out of fear of being hurt, but I feel like at times it was maybe taken a little bit to the extreme. Otherwise I found the story to be highly enjoyable. I did overall enjoy the story line and did feel like Molly and Easton had great chemistry. I would definitely recommend this book!!!
it was amazing
K Street never disappoints me!!!
My review will not do this book justice, but I will try.
This book is beautiful. It has all the feels. What I loved about The main charterers was how they were always protecting their hearts. Learning how to trust each and being able to let go of the past.
The thing I learned from this book is that a parents love is something that is given to a child openly. There should never be a doubt in a child’s mind about their parents love

I have been waiting for this book and it did NOT disappoint. K. is a master at messing with my emotions and this book did exactly that. Loved Molly and Easton they were everything I wanted and need them to be. Definitely going to be a favorite of mine for 2020. <3
I’ve only recently discovered this author and I’m really loving her books. This story was also an emotional read ‘cuz I really felt for what especially Molly has been through. I’d had to stop reading at times as I had tears in my eyes and blurred the lines. This book was definitely one of my favorites by the author so far and I can’t wait to see what is next in store!
Molly hasn’t had an easy life growing up in foster care and never really having a family who really cared for her. Now all grown up, she hasn’t had an easy life and tends to run from all her problems. And after making a hard decision to leave her boyfriend Easton behind, she tries to go on with her life but one drunken night between them changes everything. Even though her past has left her so many hidden scars, she will try to do the best she can but it’s not easy. With baby steps, they are trying to restore their relationship but Easton doesn’t trust her not to run away again. Will they ever be able to restore what was once there?.. And will Molly be able to let go of her fears?…
Easton and Molly’s story was difficult to read, but oh so beautiful There’s was a once in a lifetime kind of love that was sidetracked for a while. There were points in this book that I wanted to either shake or smack the crap out of both of them, but in the end, they got the HEA. You’ll get all the feels in this one. Yet another fantastic 5 star read K Street I want to live in Maplewood Falls!
