From the author of the Kellington and Emerson sagas of Regency Romance novels, comes the first book in a new series set in the early Victorian era.Arabella Warren has been trying to find employment as a governess for several months. But after having to leave numerous households for unsavory reasons, she has found it next to impossible to attain a position in a decent home. Then she sees an … sees an advertisement in the newspaper for a widower seeking a wife to help care for his two children. She sets out to convince the man that he needs a governess, not a wife, and that she would be the perfect lady for the job.
Jonathan Graves still grieves the loss of his wife, even as he tries to create a happy home for his five-year-old twins. Knowing he will never love again, he believes the best solution is to enter into a marriage of convenience. His children will have a stepmother and he can go on loving the woman who passed away. But he is not prepared to meet the lady who will change all their lives forever.
WHERE HEARTS MEET is a love story about loss, love and starting over. It contains explicit language and graphic sex scenes. It also gives hope to anyone who wonders if it’s possible to love again.

Another good story from this author. The twin children are credibly depicted, at times stealing the show without being too sophisticated. One very nasty character adds conflict, nearly succeeding in separating our h and H.
Wonderful story
I began enjoying the characters in this book, but was sorely disappointed in such outright filthy behavior to wade through for the story line.
Poignant
The theme of overcoming grief is not one of my favorites for a story. However, this book weaves in the sweetness of friendship and romance in a way that makes it more enjoyable, all the way to the happy ending.
Boring, this book and I didn’t click.
I actually read this twice and would read again. Part 2???
Cute but predictable
I found this book to be a wonderful read. The author was new to me so I wasn’t sure what to expect and I was pleasantly surprised by her.
This was the beginning of what I assume will be a series about the ladies of Jasmine Cottage and if this first book is a preview I am in for the whole series
Arabella Warren our heroine is looking for a job as a governess. She meets Mr. Graves a widowed father of two very curious children. It is instant love between the kids and
Arabella. I loved our heroine in this story because she was resourceful, smart and no damsel in distress.
Once Arabella was hired on as governess the story just took flight and it was a lovely one.
This book was a fast read for me and quite a page-turner. I was captivated by the story of love, trust, and healing. Plus it left me wanting to learn more.
The only downside was that she introduced 2 new characters and in the beginning, introduces the first one made sense but the introduction of the second did not. It was kind of like taking a side journey out of the story to another one just to meet them. A little weird but nothing to make me want to stop reading.
Really liked the plots and subplots – kept me interested!
