I ate leftover cupcakes and cracked macarons for breakfast. I was ninety percent sure he simply ate up girls like me. I was covered in paint splatters, cake batter, and sweat the first time I met him. He was covered in badass tattoos and a smile that seemed to hold a secret I would never figure out. Rule number 1 was never, under any circumstances, fall for the man who I wrote my lease check to. … man who I wrote my lease check to.
So, I tucked him away in the “Fantasize Only” compartment of my brain and called it a day.
But he didn’t make it easy.
He was arrogant, funny, and the biggest flirt I had ever met.
Most of the time, I didn’t know if I was just a game to him.
If I didn’t know better, I’d say he was on a mission to ruin my life.
And maybe my heart, too.

Book 34 towards my goal of 240! 5/5 stars for this adult romance read. This book rounded out the trilogy, and was so fun! Loved the female MC that was introduced for this one. And it was great to get appearances from our other book couples. Such a fun, quick, steamy series! Highly recommend!
I did a speed read on book 1 & 2. Just to get everything flowing again. All the feels I felt while doing it!!! Just brought everything back!
I mean… this line gets me every time in Where Good Girls Go To Die!
“I may have been a good girl then, but you destroyed every piece of her. I actually feel bad for Emily, because you, Parker James, are where good girls go to die.”
Yup! And I was hooked again!!! I love that line!
Then moving on to Where Bad Girls Go To Fall.
And that first sex scene!!
“I realized that the girl who was on top of me, the girl who I was still inside, had not only branded me with her art and her ink, but somehow, the fiery girl who wasn’t my type had managed to brand herself somewhere far deeper.”
This book did not disappoint. It was the same Brandon from the very first book! He was funny, charming when he wanted to be and he could also be a little Sh**! I loved him! His story was kinda light compared to the other 2 books in this series.
But it worked for him. I thought Charlie aka Freckles! Was the perfect person for him. She was totally good girl! I think that’s what drew him to her. She wasn’t like all the other girls he would pick up. The no-string kinda girls. She was different. The kind you don’t mess around with unless you want something serious.
I loved how Charlie and Brandon were with each other. Brandon brought out the crazy in Freckles! And Freckles brought out the crazy in Brandon. They were playful they had crazy chemistry. And I just think overall they were both ready for someone to crash into each other’s life.
It was nice reading about the other couples. I’m. It good to lie…. I wanted babies from them!! lol
Some cute chubby cheeks babies! But it was nice to read how they all were with each other. They were their own little family.
This was a good read and a nice ending to a great series!

This book was so sweet. Player, bad boy Brandon falls for the sweet baker next door. No one has been able to get Brandon to change his ways until he is instantly smitten with sweet innocent Charlie. This was a great lighthearted read and they are so good together! This whole series had me hooked in the first few pages of each book. Holly has quickly become of of my one click authors!
Charlie Walters has always had a goal of opening a bakery and she is excited when she is rented a space next to a tattoo shop by Olivia James, one of the owner’s wives. Soon she is accepted into a close knit group with Olivia and her best friend Staci and Charlie focuses on getting her shop up and running.
Brandon Hudson is a successful tattoo artist who has never been in a serious relationship nor had a desire to but the moment he meets Charlie he knows that there is something different about her.
But Charlie views Brandon as a bad boy who could only break her heart and decides to go for a date with David, a safe choice. Yet as Charlie begins to get to know Brandon she sees a different side of him.
Will Charlie give Brandon a chance to show her that he is a really good guy before she pushes him away?
This is such a good book and I am so sad that the series is coming to an end!!
I thought Charlie was a great character and I loved that she was following her dreams and opening up a bakery! She was fun but also a little judgemental with Brandon as she deemed his as a bad boy with all oh his tattoos without really knowing him to begin with. Initially when she went out with David everything was awkward but she gave him a second chance which went better but it was still lacking “fireworks”.
I loved Brandon right from the first book and knew he needed the right girl to make him change his ways and that when he did he would be the most awesome boyfriend. I loved that he always seemed to be helping Charlie and that she really had no idea about how busy and popular he was as a tattoo artist.
I loved that Brandon was doing whatever he could to learn more about Charlie, even if it meant getting details from her mom. I loved how hard he was trying and I was surprised that Charlie was the only person who didn’t seem to get that Brandon was attracted to her. I was a little upset with Charlie when after a night out Brandon was doing the gentleman thing and Charlie overreacted.
The camping trip was awesome and I was laughing at how little Charlie knew about camping. There were so many laughs and I was happy at how everything was progressing! Yet then the author has to throw another little twist names Alicia into the book to throw everything off course! I was so mad at Charlie for jumping to conclusions and the stuff she said to Brandon!
The opening of the bakery was awesome and I was so happy for what happened after!! The end was incredible and I don’t want to let these characters go!!

What’s this book about? (I’m trying to give as little spoilers as possible)
Baker businesswoman Charlie Grace plans to open up shop. She doesn’t believe that she can, but she draws a tattooing neighbor’s attention.
This was my third Holly Renee read. STUNNING COVER! I enjoyed this read from the get go, just like the previous stories. Each girl had something different to her and I really admired that. The setting of a bakery was cute and refreshing. I especially admired that Charlie got to make her dreams come true. She seemed like a lovely girl. I didn’t like the love triangle that ATTEMPTED to make itself important at some point in the novel – ONLY because I wanted her to hurry up and get her bad boy. Brandon isn’t a bad boy per se (DON’T EXPECT A HARDIN OR STH LIKE THAT); he might look like one, tats and a reputation of intimate relations with lots of ladies. He also had quite a decent jealous bad boy moment, but I still view him as a decent dude. In contrast to the previous books, here we have lots of flirting and relationship angst instead of actual steam. I appreciated that because that was what a character like Charlie needed (even though the evil witch and I would’ve liked to read more of Brandon’s horizontal adventures). CUPCAKES FOR THE WIN. After this book, I need to go and get myself some.
I recommend this read to anyone who enjoys baked goods, an innocent leading lady that falls for a tatted guy and a circle of side characters that are a delicious addition to the main story! I’m sad that it’s over, but I’m really glad that I picked this series up! All three books were ultimate fun reads!
Oh this one was so good. I loved Brandon and Charlie. They were very cute. The attraction was undeniable between them and I like how Charlie finally acknowledged her feelings for Brandon. Brandon was really great. He was always finding ways to help Charlie out with her bakery and it was so funny how we would sabotage her dates with David. Having the rest of the gang around was really nice as well, because I love them all. Where Bad Boys Are Ruined was a very enjoyable and I’m so happy after reading Brandon’s story.
I love opposites attract romances. This story is about a hot tattoo artist and a nerdy baker. They were into each other right away but fought it for much of the story. Charlie’s mom was a fun addition to the story-line as were the supporting characters. A fun read.
WHERE BAD BOYS ARE RUINED was a quick, sweet and flirty read. I fell quickly for Charlie and Brandon and their slow burn chemistry. All I have to say is LAZER TAG!!
I’m so glad I found these books on Amazon. Holly can write swoon so amazingly. I do like the first two books more than this one but I still loved reading Brandon and Charlie’s story.
Where Bad Boys Are Ruined is book 3 in the “Good Girl” series. This Dual POV features Brandon and Charlie . This book in my opinion is different than the first two. The story line is a bit more ROM-COM, with a sweet heroine and hot tattoo artist. The plot was not some big huge blow up. So any issues that there was, was quickly resolved. This was a very easy read.
Brandon is someone you shouldn’t base off their looks. He puts off this vibe, that makes him seem so into himself, and that is totally not the case. He is passionate about his work, and puts great effort into anything he puts his mind to. He is a gentleman with a warm heart, that could instantly put a smile on your face.
Charlie is a lot different than the other heroines in this series. Where as they are loud and proud, she is shy and introverted. She has always been a loner and quickly embarrasses herself in front of others. She loves to bake, and has a great relationship with her parents.
When Charlie rents a space to open a bakery, she is surprised that she becomes friendly with people from the tattoo shop next door. As Charlie becomes close with her new neighbors, she is surprised with how appearances can be deceiving when it comes Brandon, but he is dangerous to her heart. Can Brandon be the man she needs or is he the self proclaimed manwhore everyone thinks he is?
I recommend this book, this light read left a smile on my face.

I enjoyed this story so much! I’m new to Holly’s books but I was dying to get my hands on this one because of the cover (I have a thing for tattoos) and blurb.
Charlie and Brandon were the freaking cutest. Total opposites yet totally perfect for each other. I did always love me an opposites-attract romance.
Charlie was this cute and quirky character that I found myself relating to more than once. And Brandon, can I keep him for myself? He is the epitome of the perfect guy — swoon worthy, sexy as hell, loyal and has tattoos. What’s not to like?
I loved all the other characters and the bond they have with each other. There’s nothing I love more than a good, close group of friends. I haven’t read the other books in this series but I might just have to rectify that some other time.
Where Bad Boys Are Ruined is full of heart, steam, banter and just everything I love in my romance novels.
Loved book 1 & 2 in this series, book 3 did not disappoint – a must read
Where Bad Boys Are Ruined was a sweet addition to Holly Renee’s Good Girls Series—both aptly named btw.
Brandon has been a fixture in this series since Parker and Liv’s book. He’s the best friend and ladies man that co-owns the tattoo studio with Parker. He never has a steady girl and doesn’t really date, but that all changes when a cute, shy redheaded baker moves into the building across the street.
Charlie is attracted to Brandon from the get-go but is wary of his bad boy looks. I really really really loved her though. She was driven, funny, and so sweet. Everything Brandon never knew he needed. Her parents cracked me up in their unwavering support and advice for their only daughter. We also get to see a bunch of Parker, Liv, Mason, and Staci in this book. Charlie fit right in with that bunch.
This was a quick and fun read with very low angst. I definitely recommend the whole series.
5 Stars
I loved this book as much as I did the previous books in the series. Charlie (Freckles) and Brandon have a connection from their very first meeting and I enjoyed every moment they spent together. They had chemistry along with their connection and I’m glad their relationship was given time to develop into more. Brandon was charming, sexy, funny and sweet and I enjoyed him in those moments as much as I did when he let his jealousy show, especially when it came to David. I loved getting more of Livy, Parker, Staci and Mason. They were the perfect side character and friends for Charlie and Brandon’s story but I also loved Charlie’s mom Maggie. This was a sweet, funny and steamy romance read with great characters all around a story I will happily recommend to all my family and friends romance book lovers. It did not disappoint and I look forward to reading more books from this author.
