Building a future means tearing down the walls of the past…
Chance Palmer is the hottest bachelor in Kings Grove, and even his younger brother Sam sees him as a playboy and a charmer. It’s nice to be admired, but Chance is ready for something serious, something like the love he had once before. The love he refuses to talk about.
Michaela “Mike” Grayson fell in love once. And that … about.
Michaela “Mike” Grayson fell in love once. And that relationship gave her the son she’d never trade for anything, but it came with a darker side she’s still trying to escape.
When Michaela’s job requires her to scout a tiny town called Kings Grove as a potential resort destination for her company, she’s not prepared for what awaits her there: a charming playboy with a knack for making her feel like everything in her world just might work out fine. And Chance is unprepared for the feelings he finds inside himself for Michaela, and for her son, Finn.
Can Mike overcome the darkness in her past enough to trust that Chance might be more than just a fantasy? Can Chance Palmer move past the pain of his first love and fall again?
This is Book 3 in the Kings Grove Series small town romance series. Each book can be read as a standalone.

An amazing second chance romance! This can be read standalone. Loved this story about overcoming challenges.
Mike and Chance have wonderful chemistry although there have their personal histories to overcome. Delancey Stewart’s characters and scenery are sparkling. The story kept me turning pages far too late at night! Works very well as a standalone – but will make you want to read the first two books and have you eagerly awaiting the fourth story in Kings Grove. This is a wonderful tale of second chances and a sweet romance.
This is a very engaging second chance at love romance. The storyline focuses on Chance Palmer and Michaela (Mike) Grayson. These are complex characters that have both been wounded before and have the emotional scars and baggage to prove it. A well written read that touches your heart as these two struggle past hurts, their fears and their willingness to open up and risk their hearts again. A wonderful book and great addition to this series. This is my completely honest, voluntary review.
Chance is sort of envious of the warmth his brother Sam’s home exudes. That’s why he’s over there every morning to cook breakfast. Sam and his love make their house a home and Chance likes being surrounded by that warmth. Is it possible for him to ever experience the love he sees between them? He had it at one time, but since he lost it he’s been alone, and he isn’t sure he’ll ever find that kind of love again. Then he meets Mike (Michaela) and her adorable son, and suddenly his life is warming up again.
But Mike’s only in Chance’s small town for a job, a job she desperately needs, then she’s gone. Can Chance take a chance at love with someone who will end up leaving? Will Mike allow Chance into her and her son’s life? Is she sure she wants to open herself up to love again after the last time she experienced love and it bit her in the ass?
Love Redefined is one of those stories that’s so well-told that you fall into the characters’ lives right with them. It’s both heartwarming and heart tugging, with richly detailed small town descriptions and even better characterization. Although it’s the first of this series I’ve read, I had no trouble following along and falling in love with Chance and Mike, especially with Chance. Can’t wait for more Kings Grove.
The third book in this series and I am now going to go back and read the first two, this is a story of second chances for both Chance Palmer and Michaela “Mike” Grayson and her son Finn. Both of them are trying to move on from things in their pasts, this is a well-written story that I enjoyed reading. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
