Even better than the first!
Great read
I am a real fan of Dan Walsh’s books! This one is no exception. The story line is not what I was expecting but it blew me away when I realized what was going on. I was so captivated by Jack and Rachel I bought the 2nd and 3rd books in the series as well.
The inspirational aspect of the books could be a little stronger for my taste but I’m glad …
Really enjoyed book. It had a little bit of everything that makes a good read.
Dan Walsh books are not to be missed. Great reads, informative, entertaining and page turner.
Dan Walsh is becoming one of my favorite authors. I just read the first of one of his series (When Night Comes) only AFTER reading the later books in the series but it all worked out! I learned how Jack and Rachel met and how policemen Joe and Hank entered the scene. Love the ties to past history, especially WWII. I have read many of Dan’s …
an unusual story for Dan Walsh. it was a good change.
The beginning of the Jack Turner Series. It is about a History Professor, doesn’t that sound exciting. Imagine reading about Pearl Harbor on Dec. 7, 1942 and then that night your dreaming about it so realistic that your actually there.
Dan Walsh is one of the authors on my “must read” list.
Dan Walsh’s “When Night Comes” is a great book to recommend to friends who don’t already read Christian Fiction. Good suspense novel with just a touch of Christianity. A nice way to introduce someone to Christian Writers.
This book had a very unique premise that held my interest. I was surprised to find that even with all the war references, I …
New and different plot. A great read. I’m going back to read his 2 preceding books in this series.
I loved this book. Well written. Kept me interested all the way through.
A good book, but not one of my favorites,
I truly enjoyed this captivating book. I can’t wait for the next in the series.
Powerful, thrilling masterful I’m never disappointed and always wanting more. He makes you think and feel deeply and remember long after the book is over.
Love his books! History came alive in this one!
Skipped ahead to read the ending. Characters did not interest me that much.
This was my first book by this author, and I am so glad I read it. It was wonderful, and I am very happy that I also purchased the 2nd in the series!!
Was hard to follow
“There was no fruit in regret. Nothing to be gained by living in the past.” This quote from the book capsulizes the book to me!
Excellent story line that kept me up one night until I finished the book.
