I really did like this book, but the ending was a disappointment. It looks like Cole Baxter had multiple ideas for it and tried to do all of them. A genuine letdown.
A must read. Cole is a very talented writer
You never know what to expect!
Interesting read, and not one that I anticipated the ending.
The plot has elements that are a stretch.
Loved it. It kept my interest until the very end. Highly recommend.
Absolutely loved it!
Finally out of a coma from a terrible car accident but left with total amnesia. Was this man really her husband, were these children really hers.? All the proof was there but she couldn’t remember a thing. When her memory does come back she must take steps to right everything ! Very engaging story line. I liked it!
Somewhat predictable, the twist was unexpected but unnecessary. I think I would’ve preferred the story without the extra twist.
Books about amnesia intrigue me and this one did not disappoint. As I was connecting with Hannah and cheering on her fight to get back to her life I was still wondering in the back of my mind “what If she is really evil?” I found this to be a great read!
Rubbish
Ridiculous rubbish
Good book. i think the writer may have gotten too caught up in the “plot twist”
The pacing is good, and the story builds up very nicely. Unfortunately, the ending feels a little unrealistic and tacked-on. Like watching the Haunting of Hill House, and having the reveal from an episode of Scooby Doo.
Very twisty and turny. Keeps you guessing.
Not well thought out or written.
Unusual read, I give this book credit for being different but felt too many characters were deceitful so not a super happy kind of story but not bad if the reader is in the right mood for this type of plot and it contained multiple surprises. The author used many angles of writing which was interesting too. The title did catch my attention so I was curious and believe that it fit the book well.
It was surprising, a little confusing at times, but all-in-all, a good story.
Kept you reading. Good reading
I enjoyed this story. The characters may not be who you think. Wanting to know will keep you turning the pages.
I was back and forth so much on who this woman was! In the end, I was wrong. Loved it.
kept me guessing till the end
Great read!
