This book had me guessing from the beginning. Set during a national crisis, the missing child is overlooked. Nightmare for any parent! Very good writing and storytelling.
This was a great story. I like the way the author shows how God brings good out of an evil situation and restores the family. Well done.
Mr. Walsh’s books are always a great read. This one keeps you on the edge of your seat…with no profanity or sexual situations. I really appreciate that.
This book was another page turner. Another great read by an amazing author. Highly recommend!
I was afraid the many characters would cause confusion, however did not happen. The effect of one person on many is amazing, and well portrayed here. I loved the book and highly recommend it.
Inspirational story with the backdrop of the Cuban Missile Crisis and a family in crisis.
Spell bounding!
Dan Walsh is another Christian author i love to read. He has so many Christian insights in his books. My only problem is he doesn’t put out books fast enough for me. I read his books over and over and never tire.of them.
Great story. Could hardly put my kindle down.
A gripping story set in a memorable time era.
A great suspense story, including abduction of a child, dealing with adultery. and the threat of Mutually Assured Destruction. The latter was because the setting included the Cuban Missile Crisis and the shooting down of one of our U-2 spy planes, which made the story richer, setting it in history. Very enjoyable.
I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book!!!! Thank you so much for a true-to-life story about reacting without knowing all the facts. Thank you too for the story of redemption and courage. It was a fascinating tale. I look forward to more of your writings!!!!
Great story.
What Follows After by Dan Walsh is a powerful Christian historical suspense novel about the goodness and the faithfulness of God.
The novel is set in 1962 as the world teeters on the edge of another world war and at the height of the Cold War. As the world waits with baited breath, so a family waits as their world is rocked. 1962 was a very …
This book was a flashback to 1962, different times yet familiar issues. Author, Dan Walsh chose a broken home’s affect on the children, race, and public reaction to war to create an emotional, suspenseful great read. The storylines were real for the time period and characters were believable and likable. The ending for the broken family was …
