Charlotte is a single mom with a tragic past but her love for her daughter, Marisol, is stellar. Wesley is a doctor with a blasé life. His chance meeting with Marisol changes that. I found that Charlotte presented a vest for life in spite of her tragedies while Wesley seemed more than willing to give up in a heartbeat. Overall its an intriguing story with a heartwarming ending.
I received a review copy of this book from a third party. This is my honest review.
I really loved Charlotte and Wes’s story.
It was an emotional roller-coaster story full of drama and twists and turns that kept me really entertained through out the book.

Great start to the series. It goes to show never dismiss and injury especially a head injury. Wesley meets Charlotte in an unexpected way. When Marisol falls off the monkey bars, Wesley, who is a pediatrian in the ER, he goes to check on her. Charlotte has been through alot before Marisol came along and she doesn’t trust men easily. Heartache, sorrow, and love of a child is expressive in this book. HEA.
Wesley is a Dr who loves to help children. He sees an accident happen and goes to help. Charlotte has had some bad things to happen to her when she was younger. There first encounter isn’t a good one. But things start changing once the truth is known. This is an amazing beginning to this series. Can’t wait for more.

This was a sweet read. I enjoyed the storyline it kept my attention through the whole book. The characters were well thought out and well together. Enjoyed the family closeness. I recommend it to all.
This heartfelt story was so beautifully written with characters that were so well created that Wesley and Charlotte pulled me right into their story as it developed from page to page!
Wow, what an amazing story with compassion, suspense, tenderness and understanding. Charlotte had a tough life growing up, she was kidnapped at the age of 7, raped in college and left alone and then pregnant. She has raised her daughter by herself and when she sees a strange man crouched down and talking to her child on the playground, she goes all “mama bear” and knocks the man off his feet. Only later after Marisol has a reaction from falling off the high apparatus at the park and wouldn’t wake up, she was rushed to the ER and the doctor on call was none other then the man in the park. Great storyline and wonderful characters that were believable and lovable.

Wesley is trying to help Marisol, the daughter of Charlotte, after a fall at the park. Charlotte thinks Marisol is being attacked. She learns the truth of who Wesley is and when he is no longer their doctor they start a relationship. This is the first book in the series and it is wonderful. The writing is good and the story was very entertaining and I was hooked and had to find out what happens next. The characters are wonderful and realistic. Great story.

This is the 3rd book I’ve read written by Stacy Eaton; she has done a great job at writing a good book; I can’t wait to read more of her books.
This is the 1st book of the Loving a Young Series; Charlotte was traumatized in the past so when she sees Wesley touching her daughter she reacts before she realizes whats going on. Later when she at the hospital with Marisol, Wesley is the doctor on staff.

Captivated my attention instantly, leaving me no other choice but to devour in one sitting… I simply loved this story and cannot wait to see what comes next in this series…
Wesley is the first book in the Loving A Young series. I loved Wes and Charlotte’s story. This book hits you in the feels. It’s steamy and emotional. Wes is a pediatric trauma doctor and comes from a large family. He hopes to one day find someone to settle down with and have a large family of his own. He’s one the middle children in his family and when he falls, he falls hard. Charlotte has a lot of trauma in her past that makes trusting difficult, but Wes makes her feel safe. Will she trust him with her secrets?

This is a lovely, simple story -Suitable teen romance. Wes is a doctor & Charlotte single mother to Marisol. Charlotte has severe trust issues from 2 major incidents in her life.
Marisol falls from high playground equipment hitting her head and Wes sees it – whilst checking to see if she is OK, Charlotte, not present when it happened, attacks him. When the child has too go to hospital Wes is there to treat her; second meeting which eventually leads to a relationship developing.
Not all plain sailing with issues to work through, but it turns out well in the end. This story moves quickly from one thing to another and focuses on sweet rather than sexy.

Wesley is the first book in Stacy Eaton’s Loving a Young series and not what I expected as I continued reading. Overall, I liked the concept, and the ending was super sweet, but there were moments throughout the storyline that I waited for things to happen, that never transpired. For me this story had too many holes and I’m not sure if I’ll read book two.

What a great way to start a new series. This is the story of Charlotte and Wesley. Charlotte has had a very rough life growing up – kidnapped at 7 and then raped in college. She does not trust strangers or men at all. She is working at a deli to pur herself through classes and to raise her little girl. Wesley is the middle child of 6. He grew up in a loving home and family is very important to him and his siblings. Wesley is a pediatric doctor at the local hospital.
The way Charlotte and Wesley meet the first time is not what I saw coming, but once they meet for the second time, Wesley is attracted to Charlotte and he is not sure why. Wesley finds himself not acting in a professional manner and vows to stay away until Charlotte’s daughter Marisol is no longer his patient. Charlotte feels strange around Wesley – she feels safer when she’s around him and she usually doesn’t trust strangers. She also feels an attraction to Wesley and takes a chance. There was a point I wanted to smack Wesley upside the head because he didn’t want to listen, and that is not what I expected from him!
Great story, wonderful characters. This story is full of drama, passion, trust, family and of course a sweet, happily ever after. I cannot wait to read the next story in this series. I voluntarily reviewed this after receiving a free copy through ARC’s for an honest review.
This book was sweet, it was romantic, lots of chemistry in-between the two main characters, and a female that isn’t afraid to kick some butt if she senses something isn’t right. You will fall for Wesley quick, he is a sweet and romantic person who makes it hard to not fall.

Wesley and Charlotte will warm your hearts in this story. Charlotte has trust issues especially when it comes to strangers. When a man is kneeling over her daughter, Charlotte goes in to protective mode striking out at the man. He will be the same one that she comes across when her daughter is rushed to the hospital. Through it all Wesley and Charlotte will navigate a journey that will take them from mistrust to love all the while having you in their corner cheering them on to a happily ever after.

Charlotte is a single mom, with an adorable daughter, who suffered two horrible incidents in her life.
Wesley is a pediatric trauma doctor in the ED.
The two meet when he witnesses Marisol falling off the jungle gym. Their first meeting is rough but they are drawn to each other.
This is a love at first sight story with a quick HEA. There is some drama and a huge misunderstanding.
The story flows well.
Ambivalent.
I thought it had potential and started out with Wesley being a decent sort (doctor with a hero complex) but where he ended up with what Charlotte had gone through didn’t sit right with me.
I really enjoyed “Wesley” by Stacy Eaton. I was lucky to receive a complimentary copy of this book in exchange for an honest review. I’ve enjoyed other series by this author so I was looking forward to this next series. This is another fun entertaining reading with great characters and a well-written storyline. This a series you’ll want to add to your book collection.
Happy Reading…enjoy!
