She wants more than just his forgiveness… spending time with. Not one for labels, or someone who puts limitations on attraction, Trixie can’t deny the pull she feels toward Wes when they cross paths again.
He’s willing to do whatever it takes to change her perception of him…
Wes has always been the odd man out. Different than his brothers, he was always more comfortable playing video games or enjoying solitary moments in the pool.
Although he never expected someone as sexy as Trixie to fall for an inexperienced guy like him, he also never expected her betrayal. Now that he has a second chance, can he get her to see him as more than the nice guy she duped?
A year has passed, but anger and regret still linger. Can Wes and Trixie agree to put the past behind them and move forward, or will late night confessions prove to be more than they can forgive and forget?

Really enjoyed this story and the family love for their brothers. It isn’t necessary to have read the first book to read this one but it will make it even better if you have.
Wonderfully fantastic… The book was amazing… It had a lot of details and juicy scenes to it… The characters and their personalities match them perfectly… The plot and the storyline was very descriptive and amazing…
When the Temple brothers were introduced in the Three Sisters Catering series, I needed all of the words about these three. I loved Ridge but Wes, wow. I have no words. I’m low-key obsessed with this one.
Wes is the ultimate nice guy. He sees the best in people, he’s good to his mother even though she’s the actual worst, and he’s a fantastic brother. I wanted to wrap him in all the hugs. I like Trixie a lot but I wanted more from her. She may not be ashamed of the article she wrote about the frat while pretending to be Wes’s friend but she could have shown a little more remorse a little earlier on. You can take pride in your work and accomplishments and still have some empathy for the people impacted by it.
I need Brody in my life ASAP. I’m super in love with Wes but I’m sure that Brody is going to steal the top spot as my favorite Temple brother.
I LOVED Trixie and Wes’ story! I had NO idea if these two would get their HEA after the ending of Ridge. I loved how both characters evolved…found themselves in a way. Loved every single interaction. LOVED the book! I can’t wait for Brody’s book!!
Ms. Lopez did well in book two of Frat House. This time it’s about Wes, the little brother of Ridge. He started in the Frat House in book one.
Wes and Trixie separated in bad way in book one after makeover contest. And she did a few foolish things with her article, but things will go down fast. Yet, the magnetism between Trixie and Wes is so undeniable that things will be palpable for most of the time.
Will, they manage to work it out? Or the deed from the past will tear them apart?
Loved the whole story as it was flowing with all the power. And reading was a true pleasure!
Trixie & Wes had a great friendship, until Wes realized she was using him to write a story on his fraternity. A year later Trixie still can’t forget about the friend she hurt. She knows she needs to ask for forgiveness & fix things between them because she misses him. Will Wes forgive easily, or is he better off without Trixie?
This was a great read about two people trying to build back the trust & friendship they had. Wes is a sweet guy, who is not very experienced with women & is an honest, open book. Trixie not only has to make things right with Wes, but she didn’t realize the damage her article did to another frat member, Crush. Trixie did a lot of reflection on herself & the decisions she made & is now working on making amends with Crush. The side characters of family & friends were a great support system. Looking forward to reading Brody’s story next!
If you read the last book, you will remember that Wes and Trixie met when he chose her to do a makeover for his fraternity and she won. But she also lost as she wrote a story in the school paper about the fraternity without mentioning their name, but also about Crush that was not flattering. Crush was stripped of his place in the fraternity and was not allowed back. Trixie and Wes have not talked for about a year now. Wes really liked Trixie and would still like to get to know her better.
Wes is the middle brother of Ridge and Brody and now all belong to the same fraternity. It was hard to see how Brody tried to protect his brothers from their crazy mother’s hateful words. I also hated that Wes felt inferior to his brothers, but he was a sweetheart and would do anything for you. Trixie is a pistol, and someone I wouldn’t initially see Wes with. But I liked the two together. There are also outside factors that affect Wes and Trixie’s relationship. It is a good book that I encourage you to read. I was given a copy of the book and voluntarily wrote a review.
This was a fast-reading and entertaining romance with Wes and Trixie! I am now even more anxious for the next, which focuses on youngest brother Brody.
Wes is a swimmer, but still the nerdy gamer guy Trixie liked before she blew everything up with an expose article about his frat. Trixie is a motivated, confident chick who regrets that their friendship felt the fallout of her article. This is their second chance, and man do they make the most of it right from the start!
Very enjoyable read!
This is the second book in the series but can be read as a standalone. A good friends to lovers romance about Wes and Trixie. The chemistry between these characters was so good that you will be rooting for them to get their HEA. Once you pick this book up, you won’t put it down until it is done. You will get lost in the words and will not want it to end. A great read.

“Little Ridge” is not how Wes wants to be known in the Frat House, but he’s not sure what route to take to be the man he wants to be so this leads to a session with Papi. Trixie does not regret her story last year, but she does regret the loss of her friendship with Wes. The sparks between these two can not be ignored but neither can the past. Can they get beyond it? I loved the steps Wes took to try to find what “women want”. There were times I was frustrated with and almost disliked Trixie and questioned whether she was the right girl for our guy, but the heart wants what the heart wants and Wes wants Trixie.
I loved how the story flowed. There were a few surprises throw our way (ones that make us anxious for more books in the series) and lots of updates with Ridge and Karrie. These Temple boys are great reading material and can’t wait for Brody’s.
We meet Wes in Frat House Confession: Ridge. Only time will tell if Wes gets his HEA. His story didn’t end on a good note in book one. Will Wes and Trixie redeem themselves? You’ll have to read Wes’s story to get answers. I love the family bond between the brother’s and we get to an update about the sister’s. Still love them and love when Bethany gives us updates on the girls.
This was something totally different than what I was expecting, but it was really sweet and extremely sexy!
Wes *sighs* is a swoony, rare find!
This story surprised me. I haven’t read Ridge but want to now. This is my first read by Bethany Lopez. If you are looking for a witty, light read full of angst, young love plus the perfect dose of drama and uncertaintity than this book is for you!
Wes is everything a college jock usually is not! Such good guy amongst a bunch of college frat boys or jocks. He is humble, a bit reserved, very loyal to his family. All very endearing qualities. Trixie is an interesting heroine. She has her work cut out for her to right her wrongs. These two are really well written characters. Unique and unexpected which helps set this author’s work apart from every other college age romance. The attraction they both feel is palpable – building the delicous angst up in perfect harmony with their storyline.
Will Wes forgive Trixie for the past? Forgive, forget and move on? Gah you’ll have to read this delicousness to find out!!!
I really enjoyed Wes and Trixie’s story. They had great chemistry and they had to work hard to get through there problems to get there happy ending. Trixie’s is so strong minded and knows what she wants were as Wes is sweet and inexperienced and has many doubts. I definitely recommend you read this book as it is so well written and worth reading. I am looking forward to reading the next book in this series.

Great Love Story!
This is a great love story between two fantastic characters. They both prove that they deserve a second chance and they try put the past behind them. Trixie and Wes stumble throughout the story to get their HEA but when they do it is fantastic.
Great writing and a really great story. Can’t wait to read more from this author.
I enjoyed Wes and Tricia’s story. This is the second book of the frat house confessions series. I haven’t read the first book but i plan to now. This book worked well as a stand-alone. Bethany Lopez
Loving this series by Bethany! Another 5 star story with this one!
Wes, you’ll remember him as Ridge’s brother, and the one who brought the reporter, Trixie in unknowingly. She was there to blow the lid off the Frat house, and they convinced her to leave the frat out of it and center on one person, which she did.
Wes really liked her, could he have done something different?
Trixie realizes she likes Wes, but has she done too much to him and his frat to be forgiven and get a second chance? Read their story and find out!
I fell in love with Ridge, and Wes is right up there with him, get ready to swoon! Grab your copy asap!
Wes and Trixie started out as friends. But after an article written by Trixie is published, their friendship becomes nonexistent. A chance encounter on campus has them wondering if their friendship is possible or are they destined for more? Earning trust is one thing, keeping it is something else entirely.

This is the first book from this author. Thou this is the second book in the series, it can be read as a standalone. I really enjoyed the fact that the male and female lead roles are not the normal and would say swapped from the norm. It was a very welcome change having the female lead(Trixie) is the strong independent one going after what they want, no bluff and the male lead (Wes) is inexperience and many doubts. The character development aligns beautifully with the flow of this wonderful story. I thoroughly enjoyed reading this and will be looking to read Ridge’s story and the future books in this series.
This is my first book by this author and even though is book 2 in a series, I didn’t feel like I missed anything vital by not reading book 1, so justice was done by being able to read as a standalone.
The main characters of Wes and Trixie has a great connection, allowing us to see a great writing style by Bethany.
The secondary chatacters interlinked well and added a great story too it.
