Praise for The Wonky Inn Books
‘This is much more than a witch coming into her own story, it’s an entire cast of unique characters in an awesome setting, and I can’t wait to see where the author leads all of us in the next adventure.’ Amazon Reviewer

‘This is the first book in a delightful new series featuring a bizarre (wonky!) inn set in the English countryside. The inn is brought to life by a host of zany characters, some supernatural, some not. But all of them are fun and highly entertaining. The story is very well written an provides a blend of paranormal fantasy and cozy mystery. I found it to be an easy read because I couldn’t put it down. I eagerly await the next book in this extremely fun series. Highly recommended.’ Amazon Reviewer

Original and refreshing. Set in an attention needing old English countryside, the Wonky Inn has been revamped (sorry, I could not resist) and is ready to open on October 31st. After an outflow of cash for the remodel a last minute request to host a wedding on opening night seems too good to be true, and difficult to pass up. Fortunately for Alf she hires a very capable manager just in the nick of time.
I do not read much vampire fiction, I prefer witchy tales and ghost stories. This is a delightful mixture of all things paranormal.
I am not sure the inn will be able to stay open for guests after this visit, but what a fun adventure this book was. It includes an ongoing mystery I am eager to return for.
An easy read for those times when the brain is on overload
Fun read. I enjoyed it.
Another fun adventure at the wonky inn, with vampires this time! Each book is better than the last, as you get to know the characters better and new ones are added too.
As usual, there is a mystery to solve, and the vampires are causing havoc as they get ready for the wedding of the year!
I love this series, and look forward to getting to know Alf and all the other quirky characters more as the series continues. Highly recommend for a fun, relaxing read!
Third in the series with many interesting developments – a few of which are unresolved – at least until future novels perhaps.
I’ve read all of the wonkie witch books, I love this one most, I’m so excited that there is a witch portraited as strong, independent, fun and adventurous.

This is a really fun paranormal cozy series that I think everyone should read. This one revolves around the reopening of the Wonky Inn, a vampire wedding, and a dead body since Alf doesn’t have enough going on. Without giving more of the plot away, I will only tell you that you will laugh, get many surprises, and the mystery will keep you guessing. Every thing about this one will keep you entertained.
I enjoyed every moment of this story with some definitely well thought out and written scenes with intricate challenges and characters that makes me want to read more

Witches, and Vampires and Weddings Oh, My!
What’s not to like? In Weird Wedding at Wonky Inn:Wonky Inn Book 3, Jeannie Wycherley adds to the well fleshed out characters and treats us to a vampire wedding, complete with witches and well, not wanting to tell tales, I won’t say there are ghosts too, but I won’t say there aren’t any either. Read this book, you won’t be sorry!

The Wonkiest Inn series is one of the most delightful series I’ve read in a long time! Book Three does not disappoint. I’ve fallen in love with the characters and the setting. I would love to visit! I’d also like to find out more about how the “normies” can interact with the ghosts. I hope the author continues the series for many, many more books!

This is the third book I have read in this series, and it just gets better with each one. You have ghosts, witches, and now vampires. A man dies in one of Alf’s cottages and the Mori is involved, but know one knows how or why. Alf is tasked with the job of dispensing his belongings on top of booking a wedding at the Inn the same day the grand opening is scheduled. She had no idea she had just booked the Inn out to vampires. Gwen, Alf’s dead grandmother hires a french chef that speaks French and no English, making getting any food a challenge, especially when Gwen disappears after learning vampires are the Inn’s first paying guests. People in the village start getting sick and turn on Alf blaming her for the illness. The bride arrives at the Inn and things get even more intriguing, she was not what Alf expected. I can not say anymore without giving away the outcome, but I can guarantee you will like the story if this sounds like your idea of a good book. I am leaving a review because I want too, and was given a ARC copy of this book by the Author on Booksprout.

Don’t vampires usually just elope? Guess not, as the Wonky Inn prepares to host their first event, a vampire wedding.
Book three (or 3.5 if you could the Christmas short story) in the Wonky Inn series continues to build on this delightful setting and cast of characters. For new readers, I should note that each book is self contained and stands well on its own, so feel free to jump in at any time. There will be some references to what has come before, so if you enjoy this one, you will definitely want to go back and fill in the gaps, but you should have no problems catching on if you start here.
So where was I? …delightful setting and cast of characters. Set in the English countryside, the Wonky Inn hosts a fantastic cast of characters including small town country folk, ghosts, witches and other supernaturals. The core cast of characters are all well developed and entertaining on their own, but once the supporting cast adds their own zany elements, the real comfortable chaos settles in.
Now, from all that, you might expect this to be a light comedy book, but it is not. It is actually something of a supernatural mystery story. The mystery plot is actually very well developed and definitely not playing second string. Just the opposite. The bizarre elements of the Wonky Inn provide some comic relief to keep things from getting too serious. The result is a perfect blend of mystery and humor making for a charming weekend read.
Highly recommended.

the really funny thing about this series is that the scariest characters are usually mostly human.
Forest destroyers, illegally appropriating magic folks, land thieves….
although, I must admit the evil more than a little murderous energy blobs are pretty spooky too.
a generous helping of ghosts, love, betrayal , and accepting the unusual to fight together and survive – or not.
A fun and funny series, this book with an appropriately wonky wedding, can easily be read as a standalone – plenty of background is provided on key characters.
Embrace the unusual, and the fun – and mourn a bit of tragedy – and you will love this book and this series!
