No strings attached.
It’s not what I really want, but it’s all he has to offer. He’s filled with turmoil and heartache and regrets, but for two hours every Wednesday all he feels is me. How much I desire him, how desperate he makes me, how much I’d like things to be different between us. Real.
He used to be my best friend back before he got married. And now? Now, he’s a young widower. It would … Now, he’s a young widower. It would be wrong on so many levels to expect something more from him, so I give him what he needs.
But I know I can’t keep this up. I’ve already given him my body, my soul. I want him to have my heart. It might drive him away forever, but that’s a risk I’m willing to take.
Wednesday is an angsty stand-alone told from dual points of view. If you’re in the mood for something quick and dirty, you’ve found it. Proceed at your own risk.

Predictable.
This book was hot and steamy throughout, and still had an interesting plot.
Wasn’t a fan of this one, wanted to like it, but oh man, Shaw was such an a-hole! He used Chloe for YEARS! And she was such a doormat! Ugh it made me sick…I hated him, and I pitied her…there was NOTHING romantic to me about this…I didn’t feel any connection, just a jerk who in the FIRST SENTENCE it is stated very clearly Shaw f***ed her on the day of his wife’s funeral…quite the hero that one….then the pity party ensues. I don’t care what she did or if the marriage was on the rocks, the woman just died…Shaw became ultimate creep, and only got worse. Chloe, poor girl, at first felt remorse, but when Shaw kept using her as his own personal blow-up doll,, she became, for me, just to unrealistic, to stupid to even believe she could exist….nobody could be THAT desperate and idiotic to let some a-hole just use them one night a week and walk out the door and ignore them until next time…please I hope not…I just hated them both, I didn’t buy the ending, and in my opinion Chloe had zero self respect and Shaw cared about himself and didn’t want to lose his “real girl” or his best friend (not Chloe, her brother) I didn’t get any love vibe, or romance, or any real FEELINGS at all between them, just sex.
LOVE Kendall Ryan books and this is another AMAZING BOOK that everyone should READ!!!!
