A NEW YORK TIMES, USA TODAY & WALL STREET JOURNAL BESTSELLER!From #1 New York Times Bestseller Vi Keeland, comes a new, sexy standalone novel.Bennett Fox walked into my life on one hell of a crappy Monday morning.I was late for the first day at my new job–a job I’d now have to compete for even though I’d already worked eight years to earn it, because of an unexpected merger. While I lugged my … years to earn it, because of an unexpected merger.
While I lugged my belongings up to my new office, a meter maid wrote me a parking summons.
She’d ticketed a long line of cars–except for the Audi parked in front of me, which happened to be the same make and model as mine.
Annoyed, I decided to regift my ticket to the car that had evaded a fine. Chances were, the owner would pay it and be none the wiser.
Except, I accidentally broke the windshield wiper while slipping the ticket onto the car’s window.
Seriously, my day couldn’t get any worse.
Things started to perk up when I ran into a gorgeous man in the elevator. We had one of those brief moments that only happened in movies.
You know the deal…your body lights up, fireworks go off, and the air around you crackles with electricity.
His heated stare left me flushed when I stepped off the elevator.
Maybe things here wouldn’t be so bad after all.
Or so I thought.
Until I walked into my new boss’s office and met my competition.
The gorgeous man from the elevator was now my nemesis. His heated stare wasn’t because of any mutual attraction. It was because he’d seen me vandalize his car. And now he couldn’t wait to annihilate his rival.
There’s a fine line between love and hate–and we shouldn’t cross it.
We shouldn’t–but straddling that line could be so much fun.

I just always love a workplace, enemy-to-lovers story, and Vi Keeland has knocked this one out of the park!
No one does contemporary romance like Vi Keeland. I love, love, love her books and this one is one of her best! We Shouldn’t is a witty, fast-paced, perfect read! Grab it now!
After our companies merged, Bennett Fox and I fought for one job. The two of us argued all day. The last thing we needed was to wind up in bed…
Vi’s books are always so much fun! Don’t miss this new one!!
Awesome enemies to lovers romance (my favorite trope), two people fighting for one job after their companies merge, a whole lot of sexual tensions and off the charts banter.
Bennett and Annalise are my favorite Vi Keeland characters to date. My favorite book from her and that’s saying a lot. A witty, sexy, enemies to lovers romance I will always remember.
Who can resist a good enemies to lovers romance? Especially when it’s written by Vi Keeland. A win-win for every reader! Definite one-click!
Enemies to lovers, office romance is my jam – and Vi Keeland does it right!
I recently heard someone say that success isn’t an accident—it isn’t a matter of chance, as some argue. Rather, success comes from the most elemental of things—hard work, a great product, and honing ones craft to one’s ultimate capability. In this, Vi Keeland’s success makes all the sense in the world.
Her latest work is brilliant from cover to cover, pairing an original premise, witty and engaging characters, and a steaminess that all romance readers crave. As a fellow author, I rarely have time to read as much as I’d like, but when I started this book there was simply no putting it down until it’s satisfying conclusion.
As a reader and a writer, I recommend this book as highly as I can recommend a book, and you should absolutely pick up a copy as quickly as your hands can one-click it.
Who doesn’t love a sexy enemies-to-lovers romance?! And this blurb has me HOOKED!
“After our companies merged, Bennett Fox and I fought for one job. The two of us argued all day. The last thing we needed was to wind up in bed… “
4.5 STARS!
We Shouldn’t by Vi Keeland was that perfect mix of forbidden and angsty feels. Oh and that cover! Let’s just say you’re in for a treat with this salacious enemies-to-lovers office romance
From the beginning of the story I was already smiling my face off! Bennett Fox will come off as an arrogant jerk with his lethal smirks, but behind the facet hides a man whose scarred and hurting #morefeels.
Annalise O’Neil is sassy, sweet, intelligent and nerdy. She’s quirky with OCD tendencies. The moment Bennett and Annalise meet it’s instant, but it soon becomes the battle of the sexes. Both are competing for the top spot after their marketing companies decided to merge. When Bennett and Annalise finally let their attraction for one another loose, there is no stopping the sparks. It was very hot to witness to say the least
This book was the perfect storm! Great backstory and lots of jealousy, sexy, and playful moments. You will not want to miss out!
A brand new sexy enemies to lovers office romance that will keep you glued to your ereader until the very last, steamy page. Vi Keeland is an automatic one-click author for me and I can’t wait to fall in love (and lust, definitely lust) with Bennett Fox.
ARC received for an honest review
Woohoo another Vi Keeland novel has hit my kindle! Happy dance!
Helloooooo sexy cover. The book may be called We Shouldn’t but those eyes are telling me “hell yeah, we should!”
I love an office story. I love an enemies to lovers story. Combine the two and I am all in.
I adore Bennett and Annalise’s story. Yes, it is a cute and sexy romance, but it is also more. It delves in to some deeper issues as well, so it was quite emotional as well.
There was a character that I just couldn’t with. I may have wanted to clip them around my ears with my kindle. You will know them when you get to them.
There is just something about a Vi Keeland story that I love. Doesn’t matter what the subject matter, I just can’t put them down once I start.
Now I am impatiently waiting for what she brings us next.
“That’s the thing about love. We don’t fall in love with the perfect person; we fall in love despite a person’s imperfections.”
This. Was. Absolutely. Great.
This was the first book I ever read by Vi Keeland. A friend gave it to me because she just knew I would love it. My friends know me too well!
Enemies to lovers is my second favorite trope out there, and paired with office romance… let’s just say: what’s not to like?
Due to a company merger, Annalise and Bennett find themselves fighting for the same position, while the loser will have to relocate to Texas. Neither of them wants that, so it’s on from the get-go. But sometimes competition can also lead to mind-blowing chemistry, and these two sooo have that.
“Sometimes his confidence made me want to smack him. Apparently other times it made me want to strip naked.
Bennett is kind of infuriating, annoying and competitive. I love it, being a competitive person myself. Yes, he was kind of a jerk at times, and insulting, but he was also very protective. And then you start seeing more of him and the layers he keeps hidden from his past, and you can’t help but like him.
“You’re everything, Annalise. I’ve met two types of women in my life: every woman out there. And you.”
I loved the fact that Annalise was not a pushover. Yes, she had a bad relationship with another guy and yes, she should have known he was an asshole, but she’s not about to let herself be relocated to Texas without a fight. She’s driven and she knows what she wants.
This was definitely slow-burn. I understand this is probably tiresome for some people, but not for me. I loved the constant challenging, bickering and banter. I loved it when they started opening up to each other. And I love Bennett’s dirty mouth. Plus, this book is hot!
Not to give out much, but Annalise’s driving quirks and Bennett’s doodles got me laughing out loud!
“Thank you for loving me even when I hated myself.”
All in all, they are perfect for each other, but it takes them time to get there. Sometimes you don’t feel like you’re enough and it takes someone to tear your walls down, allowing yourself to feel deserving of happiness and love. They were both deserving and found each other.
Great book! I will definitely be reading more of Vi Keeland’s books now!
Needed my workplace romance fix last night and We Shouldn’t delivered! I LOVE the office competition premise, and the fact that Bennett and Annalise were still at each other’s throats while they were falling (in a legit, believable way). Add that they’re advertising execs in the Bay Area and – as you can imagine if you know me – I’m SOLD =) Vi Keeland delivers the feels with realistic characters, plus slowww burn you gotta love. Check this one out and let me know what you think! <3
Vi can do no wrong and I love how she set this on the west coast (represent!) Plus of course an office romance and enemies to lovers story is my jam!!
An enemies-to-lovers office romance! Two driven people competing for the same job. The sparks fly and the steam rises and our hero and heroine fall in love. I could just say “It’s Vi!” and you should get it! She’s that reliable of a remarkable storyteller, and again she doesn’t fail us!
Office romances are hard to make compelling, but no one does it better than Vi Keeland! You don’t want to miss this one. Trust me!
A sexy, enemies-to-lovers, office romance? umm YES PLEASE! This is literally everything I crave reading. It’s romantic and sexy with fabulous characters you can’t help but to fall in love with – swoon-worthy and everything I wanted!
Vi Keeland always knocks it out of the park with her entertaining and steamy reads!

Annalise’s ad company has just merged with another ad company in San Francisco.
Several problems with that. Now she has to drive into work, instead of walk. And she hates cars. And now she has to fight for her job. She has to be better than the new guy or she’ll be sent to work in Texas.
Enter Bennett.
He’s the new guy. Or rather, Annalise is the new girl in his company.
And if they weren’t fighting for the same job – this whole fighting thing would be pretty fun. Well, it still is fun. But what happens when fun arguing turns into liking and then even more?
And then someone has to leave for Texas?
WHAT WiLL HAPPEN TO ANNALISE & BENNETT??
WiLL THERE BE A HAPPILY EVER AFTER?
READ THE BOOK TO FIND OUT!
First of all… the COVER! Yum! What is it with Vi and Penelope and their covers?? Where do they find these guys?!?! Jeez!
The story was cute and fun. An adorable office enemies to lovers thing.
BUT – we also have some very serious & sad parts surrounding our two darlings.
Bennett is worried about his godson. The eleven year old boy has to live with his idiot grandmother.
Bennett can’t leave Lucas behind to go work in Texas.
And Annalise. She was just left by her boyfriend of eight years.
This was such a cute story. I loved reading it.
Bennett is such a guy! A very sexy and sweet guy. But the way the argue and fight and flirt at work … hilarious.
Funny moments and adorable moments plus a few heartbreaking moments = perfect romance!
WE SHOULDN’T was an adorable & funny & sexy & moving enemies-to-lovers-office romance! Run to your nearest amazon to get your own Bennett – this one is so MINE!
