I read about 20% of this book. I did not like the “narrative” format (if that’s what you call it). It was as if the character was relating the story to someone. I never really understood what the author was getting at. I did not care for it at all. It might have been a good story (it sounded like it might be by the book description) I just didn’t care for the style in which it was presented. Some people may like it…. I didn’t. There are too many GOOD books out there to read. I didn’t want to waste my time on this one.
Not my genre.
A twisted but inventive love story.
Certainly took me out of the range I consider normal! Entertaining read.
Not one of my favorites!
Unpredictable is the best word to describe this book. At times, it made me laugh when I tried to visualize what was happening but the ending was a real surprise.
Wow. I’m not sure what just happened…but I liked it! This was my first Britney King read and I must admit, I read it cover to cover in one sitting and now I’m up past my bedtime! Oops!
Kate and Jude are insanely perfect for one another. Although I know I shouldn’t root for them, I found myself rooting for them. Their kind of crazy reminded me of the show, Dexter, which I absolutely loved, and I will for sure be reading the next in this series. Britney, you’ve got yourself a new fan! Thank Kiezha
This novel had a few different twists and overall I liked it, but it was an average read. I hope the author continues to develop and expand her talents.
The dark twist and turns kept me reading through the night. Surprises everywhere. Strong female character with a brilliant mindset. Just when you think you have it figured out, bam you question it all!!
Tried reading it….but the download sucked and it kept skipping pages.
Couldn’t finish book
It was too creepy for me. I rarely don’t finish a book. I didn’t finish this one.
At the beginning I didn’t think I would like this book but I started reading it anyways and ended up reading it in just a couple of days. It’s a really page turner that will keep you thinking what will happen next. I loved it and I can’t wait to start reading the other two in the series. Totally recommended!
Very interesting book about life between two unusual people. Twisted but kept my interest. Thought provoking
This is a romance for those who don’t like romance novels. This is truly a couple who are only fit for each other. It is like a Trainwreck and I couldn’t put it down until I knew how it turned out.
Trite, unremarkable, waste of time to read
I’m not a trained speed reader but I still had a problem with the lack of dialog. I read in 10-minute intervals and that made it hard to follow along the internal dialogs of the characters.
really good read, keeps you on your toes trying to keep up
Supposedly a Psychological Thriller turns into a page turning chore.
Twisted, original and could not put it down. Gifted author! Thank you!
