About the Series
The dragon-shifting princes have no problem with commitment. I’m continuing my revisit of the Dragon Lord princes with these new extended additions and wow I’d forgotten just what fun they are. Four books that all interconnect but each time the reader is treated to a different point of view. This particular book brings us face to face with Zoran the commander and probably my favourite prince. He is loud, ruthless, always in charge and about to meet his match! Pia is on the run and needs to disappear but with her looks? Hmm maybe not that easy or is it? With a little help from Galaxy Brides and their medical tech perhaps anonymity is possible. Pia will always see herself as scarred though and doesn’t expect to be chosen but Zoran has no doubts she belongs to him. Oh Pia I felt for you, truly feeling unworthy and so distrustful but luckily there’s a certain warrior who will stand firm and it was wonderful to read how the relationship developed into something both passionate and loving. Expect fireworks though before this couple reach their happy ending.
Yes these books form a wider picture when read in order but they can each be read as a standalone . Finally learning the softer side of Zoran was a huge treat as he is such a tough stoic character but it’s Pia who stole the show as it were. It’s impossible not to want her to find happiness after the life she’s had and maybe at times she’s a little too harsh on both herself and Zoran but Ms Pillow finds a way to let them both shine. A delicious romance and recommended for lovers of paranormal romance
I was gifted a copy in exchange for an honest review
Having read several of the four Dragon Prince brothers, this is Zoran, second son of the King, Commander of the Draig military and Captain of the Guard’s story. Although there are glimpses of each character in the other Prince brothers books; this particular story is from our main characters point of view: Zoran & Pia Korbin. It truly is amazing to gain the background from each main character and why they acted the way they did in the other brother’s parallel stories. Yes parallel. Each Dragon Prince starts with their soon-to-be-bride and how they came to the Dragon’s planet, Qurilixen. We learn what happens as the same events unfold in each story. Again its focus is the perspective of those characters. I do like this method. This series makes each book a standalone. We learn a lot about the character dynamics in the same sequence of events. I enjoyed reading about Pia and Zoran. Of course I loved the ending. There is humor there as well as a lot of strife and drama.

Prince Zoran, captain of the guard, master of all he sees, that is until Pia. His crystal glows so he knows she is his destined mate. Pia, on the other hand can’t believe him when he says she is beautiful. She knows that he can’t rule over her. These two but heads. They are both strong, stubborn personalities. So much fun watching them figure out what fate had in store for them!

I commend reading this NC17 alien bride romance over two days, or even getting the set to have the multiple viewpoints of the same actions available to scan at the same time. The Warrior Prince is Zoran of Draig on Qurilixen and his bride is Pia Korbin.

Pia Korbin is disfigured from burns and this has shaped who she has become. After killing an important man for trying to rape her, Pia signs up as a Galaxy Bride as they will preform reconstructive surgery and no one will know what she looks like which means she wont be caught for her actions against killing a man. Due to Pia living with her scars for a long time, even once she has surgery and is a beautiful woman, she doesn’t feel it. Instead she still feels ugly and unattractive and cant possibly understand why anyone would chose her as a bride. Zoran is a prince and Commander of the military. Due to Pia’s insecurity, she feels uncomfortable with Zoran admiring her and believes that is is a joke. This book is full of suspense, betrayal, steam, acceptance, control, and just an overall wonderful story. I would definitely recommend this book.

Action packed, emotional roller-coaster filled with witty and engaging charters, dangerous twists and heart racing turns. An edge of your seat thrill ride from beginning to end and so hard to put down. Really enjoyed this adventure.

I love this genre. I volunteered to read an advance copy for an honest review.
I really enjoyed Pia and Zoran’s story. This series is very interesting with a unique approach, as all four books tell the same story from each brides perspective.

The fourth book in the A Qurilixen World Novel/Dragon Lords series. A well written story that kept me turning pages, I enjoyed reading Pia and Zoran’s story of a woman who has to learn how to trust. It was well worth reading. I received a copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
Well Matched . . .
Pia is disfigured and scarred from an incident and has agreed to become one of the Galaxy Brides because they will change her unacceptable appearance so she is not identified. Being a warrior assassin, she is not skilled at womanly behaviors, and it makes for some humorous situations.
Zoran is the dragon Prince commanding the military. He and Pia are perfect for each other, but she is filled with insecurity with everyone admiring her beauty now. She won’t believe that she is desirable and beautiful to Zoran. She only sees the ugly version of herself and cannot trust in what she has become. Can he convince her? Can she finally find happiness?
Misunderstandings will also occur, so their path to happiness is not smooth. Trust must be earned. Can they fall in love? Can she trust him with her heart?
This is an enjoyable fourth addition to the Dragon Lords series. It has fantastic emotion and a great intensity with the ups and downs. Pia is a strong character. The storyline is entertaining and can be read as a standalone.
I loved this story, loved the characters of Zoran and Pia, rooted for them throughout the entire book, and didn’t want it to end. Wonderful, fantastic story!

Pia and Zoran’s story is one with lots of ups and downs. It’s emotional, and intense, and I really, really enjoyed it quite a bit. It’s a great entry in the Dragon Lords series, and one I’d definitely recommend it to series readers. Warrior Prince is especially intriguing as this is book four in the series and some of the events are shown for yet another time from more viewpoints, but in Pia’s eyes nothing really seems the same. New perspectives on the Galaxy Brides and the brides’ contracts are explored in this story, and Pia’s past and her struggle to accept Zoran’s feelings for her are intensely sympathetic, yet none of that overwhelms or overshadows Zoran’s side of the story. There’s a lot of physical back and forth between the hero and heroine, not just sexual, but in a physical conflict fashion, and Zoran’s actions at some point take away some of Pia’s choice in things. While other books in this series have mentioned the barbarian nature of the Draig and have included some scenes of capture and imprisonment of the heroines, some or Zoran’s actions did skew in a more objectionable way, in my mind, and I suspect some reader might find these elements difficult to reconcile in a romance novel. That said, all the actions taken by the characters really do seem to fit those characters in a lot of ways, and there is absolutely no doubt that affection and physical desire grow between Pia and Zoran. There’s a lot of emotional conflict (both personal and between the characters) and some gulfs of custom that both must come to terms with, and in some ways Warrior Prince is the deepest of the Dragon Lords novels I’ve read so far. It wraps up the first four stories in the series nicely, and just for that would be best enjoyed by those who are familiar with the entire series, though it would no doubt be enjoyed by those who haven’t had the pleasure as well. Happily, even though this book is about the final prince finding his bride, Pillow does have several more Dragon Lord books that I’m very much looking forward to reading.

This book hooked me initially from the blurb, but the actuality was so much greater than that initial taster. With excellent characters around a plot the is original and exciting, this book has it all.
Easy to read and difficult to put down.

This is my favorite book of the series. I really loved Pia’s personality. Her insecurities made her strong, and I love strong heroines. Zoran tried to do everything he could think of to make her happy, only to get it wrong more often than not. After reading each other wrong for so long, Zoran and Pia finally get it right.

This is the continuation of Qurilixen World. I love this world! Visually stunning with characters that have a zest that encompasses you within this world. Miss Pillow has a wonderful world that I love to visit. It can be read as a standalone although I recommend that you read these stories in their true reading order to follow along an underlying story line that you will be enraptured with. The world building is spectacular and the characters are sealed with depth and a truly remarkable story. A great addition to this series!

I absolutely love Zoran and Pia. There are some scenes that truly have me laughing out loud. Love them that they seem to be as clueless and socially inept as each other. Zoran is trying so hard to be patient, gentle and understanding and yet he really doesn’t see how much Pia wants him. Pia just cannot accept that Zoran finds her beautiful or that he truly wants her, how she doesn’t I’ll never really know, but when you have been hurt as much as she has then maybe it is not such a leap to feel as she does. There is so much to enjoy in this book with the humour, action and romance. I just love the world that has been created here as well. You can’t go wrong with this one.

Interesting ideas and setting; I enjoy the alien romance aspect and world. The heroine, Pia, is kind of annoying; that’s been my main contention with this series, the heroines aren’t the best. She’s had a rough go of it though, so I understand some of her thoughts and actions, but she’s still annoying at times. I like some sass and that she stands up for herself, but you also have to have some common sense. I still enjoy the story though, and the passion between the hero, Zoran, and Pia is pretty good. Also, I like the bits of action and danger. Overall, an entertaining alien romance. I’ll say a 3.5 rating; rounded to a 4 because I was entertained the whole story.
