He’s a loner. A mystery. Quietly confident. Smart.
Sexy as hell.
I’ve been happily subsisting on the typical frat guy diet of booze and sorority girls.
But the way Eric looked at me that night?
There was something there.
Something that’s got me curious.
Something that’s stirring up feelings I thought I’d left behind for good.
Something that’s making me think I’m not as straight as I thought I was.
I can’t get him off of my mind.
I don’t think I want to.
So when he offers to help me study for a midterm, I take him up on it.
It’s innocent.
Probably. Maybe.
There’s no way I could’ve known what it’d start…

Gah, this book was so good. The tension between the two men was amazing and the scenes were just hawt, hawt, hawt. I couldn’t put it down. Super steamy, but all the feels as well. Loved it.
This story is told from Nate’s point of view only, but I found I didn’t really need Eric’s as the two talked a lot and you got his point of view through Nate. The chemistry and banter between these two men was off the charts and the steamy scenes was out of this world. I’m so happy one-clicked this book!
Want Me by Neve Wilder is a New Adult contemporary m/m college romance. This is about discovering something new about yourself and exploring that aspect, to find something that completely changes you and your world. Nate and Eric are incredibly hot together. Their story is pretty easy going with little drama… the only thing at an intense level is the steam.
Subscribers to Neve Wilder’s email list were treated to this story an episode at a time, the publishing world equivalent of edging, much like MC Eric in the book does to frat boy Nate. This book is the payoff, a compilation of the episodes with some hot and sweet bonus content, making it well worth buying.
It’s smart erotica with overtones of D/s layered over a satisfying bi-for-you tale of two college students in a frat house who have an erotic encounter and end up having plenty more erotic encounters and much, much more.
Neve created fascinating and complex characters who reveal themselves a bit at a time and I’ll be damned if I don’t still want more of these two.
Gfy Scorcher, I know I’ll be rereading this one. A favorite this year. Hot! Hot! Hot!
This is an m/m college romance and can be read as a stand.
Nate & Eric are absolute fire. The chemistry between them is out of this world. They get each other on a whole other level. It is so steamy you’ll definitely be needing a cold shower!
Nate is a jock and keeps trying to tell himself he’s not attracted to guys or he’s just had a one off but Eric definitely brings him out of his shell!
I love the way this was written, you can literally feel their chemistry, attraction, the draw to each other & so much more. It’s been written at a level that you can only dream about.
They have the best connection but can Nate accept his feelings for Eric?
This whole story had me gripped from the beginning. It’s a real page turner and I couldn’t get enough. I would love more of Nate & Eric.
Amazingly passionate read, would highly recommend. Can’t wait to read the other books in this series.Neve Wilder
Hands down, favorite book ever written in this genre!!
The steamy sizzle this book has a reputation for is well earned. Add in Kirt Graves’ narration and it’ll blow your panties off! Self-discovery and complex relationships bring this story to life and I found it an incredible journey between not only the two MC, but also the secondary characters who had to grow and develop alongside. Fantastic bit of writing and brilliant narration!
Hot hot hot!
* AUDIOBOOK REVIEW *
Oh my….
I’ve found a new author that can fill my need for steamy mm romance
This was excellent!
No unnecessary descriptions of surroundings
Good dialogues
Well described characters that had some personal growth through the story and that made them in to realistic personalities that I enjoyed getting to know.
Steamy chemistry between the main characters and in addition the secondary characters had me curious so I think there’s going to be more books from Neve Wilder in my TBR list.
Narrator:
In the beginning I was a little sceptical but the voice grew on me. Clear pronunciation and read with feelings so I must admit I enjoyed it very much.
5 stars overall
Oh my gosh, this book was super hot. Really sexy push and pull between the MCs, some mild kink and explicit sex scenes, and a slow burn of growing emotion. Two thumbs up.
Want Me by Neve Wilder is the first book I’ve read by this author, but it won’t be the last!
This was originally published as a short serial in Neve Wilder’s newsletter before becoming this novel. It has these little teaser titles instead of chapter headings that are so clever and perfect. Once I started reading, I was invested in these two.
Nate is living with four roommates, but there’s one in particular who catches Nate’s eye. There’s something magnetic about Eric with his domineering attitude, yet innate playfulness and courageousness that calls Nate in.
But Nate isn’t into men…right?
This is erotic romance at its finest. You need the sex to build the intimacy and it’s integrated in such a way with an openness on both men’s parts and a sly getting-to-know-you that allures the reader. I read a lot. I’ve visited my share of super kinky and surprising sex scenes and yet…Wilder had my brows shooting up multiple times because hot DAMN, ya’ll. The dynamic sizzles.
More, please!
But never fear, there are also these moments that just…pierce you right through the heart. This sincere strength to their characters that didn’t need any extra drama or angst to keep me captivated. I was enthralled for one reason and one reason only–these two men building a relationship and discovering each other as well as their selves. I was enchanted, plain and simple. You’re going to fall in love with Nate and Eric. You aren’t going to want the story to end.
I’m a fan.
5 stars!
Great book……….Didn’t want it to end!
Want Me was my first Neve Wilder novel and I really enjoyed it. This novel was about Nate and Eric and their evolving relationship from roommates to so much more.
The author takes us on a journey with these two individuals, as this was a story of self discovery and falling in love. It was hott and steamy yet was also sweet and tender. I actually went in to this story blind and it turned out to be so much more than I expected. The author gave us two likable characters and you would be rooting for them throughout the story, explosive erotic scenes that would set your kindle on fire, intense emotions and a romance that will have you swooning.
This story had me hooked from beginning to end and I could not put it down. I loved it and would highly recommend it to all lovers off New Adult MM romance.
Delicious dirty I wish I could give this book more than 5 stars rating.
I first read Want Me , when it was in Neve Wilder newsletter and fell hard for these two boys.
Want Me, it’s about Nate , a straight Frat jock, in his second year at the Uni, sharing a house with 4 other guys and Eric a Bi-sexual , easy going , worldly student , also in his second year at the Uni and one of roommates.
Nate and Eric become sexually aware of each other; when Eric , by mistake, walks into Nate having a private ‘self gratification moment’ . That moment sparks something in Nate that he wants to explore further and Eric is more than willing to help.
But things get tricky when a casual friendship with benefits evolves into love, exclusivity, relationship and commitment.
Nate and Eric story is hot, emotional, fun and believable.
Mild SPOILERS ahead
Neve Wilder did in this book something I wish more authors will do. Having Eric and Nate commit to an exclusive relationship after Nate took Eric home for Thanksgiving and come out as bi-sexual, in an impromptu moment, she continues the story.
She takes us back to their environment; we see them back to college , coming out to their roommates , coming out to Nate’s Frat brothers during a chapter meeting and giving us all the reactions , actions and fallout.
She actually gave us the opportunity to see what happens after we read ‘ And They Lived Happily Ever After. The End’ looks. And that is one of the most appreciated gifts , an author can give to a Romance book reader. I mean, I always wonder what happened to Cinderella after she married her Prince.
I became so emotional invested in Eric and Nate developing relationship that I one point , I sort of forgot, they’re not real people .
I think is a big tell, when someone creates something that prompt such a visceral reaction in others. I experienced those gut wrenching emotions with this author other two books; Dedicated and Center of Gravity.
This was my first ever read by Neve Wilder. It started as a newsletter serial called Extracurricular Activities. Two college students, Nate and Eric, and we follow their journey to college sexual awakening. The writing is excellent and keeps us glued to the pages, with scenes that are scorching hot. Eric, the broody roommate helping Nate discover his sexuality. A must read and highly recommended.
As a collective whole, I truly enjoyed this story. I anticipated each new installment as Neve released them. When this complete story was released, I had to grab it. I didn’t realize that it included the bonus of the story ‘May’. It wrapped it up in the best way. Now if we can just get a book about them in the future.

Wow my first Neve Wilder book and it was a page turner!!!! This was a very erotic hot story about two college room mates that have the hots for each other. Eric is confident in who he is as a bisexual man, while Nate is still confused in his sexuality.
Once these two act on there attraction towards each other, it had me squirming in my seat, with a vivid picture of these two hot guys, getting down and dirty with each other. I absolutely loved these two guys together and there road to discovering what’s important and matters in life. I loved Eric’s dominance over Nate and how Nate became putty in his hands. Such a beautiful love story… 5 stars all the way
I have no idea how this author managed to not land on my radar until now, but I’ll definitely be looking for more from her in the future. A combined collection of stories originally offered in a serialized format, Want Me is a gay-for-you romance that follows a collegiate couple. This title also offers a completely new chapter which acts as an extended epilogue of sort, giving fans of the couple and series something to look forward to as well.
I loved how Want Me pushed the boundaries of the characters and the typical gay-for-you plotline from start to finish, offering up a supremely sexy story. Though I’d label this book closer to erotica than the average contemporary romance, the author certainly didn’t skimp on the story- flushing the characters out and developing their individual stories as well as their romance over the course of the book. The writing flowed well, with dialogue that accurately reflected the college-aged characters without feeling overwhelmingly immature. Most of all, I loved these characters. Beneath their lusty scenes and dirty exchanges, Eric and Nate were interesting and captured my attention from the outset. I loved the subtle ways the reader got to see their feelings grow for one another and liked that Nate’s path to accepting himself took a bit of a different route than many gay-for-you stories. If you’re looking for some steam and an addicting story, Want Me delivers in spades.

The chemistry between Nate and Eric jumps off the page and slaps you in the face! It is beyond HOT!
While this is a story of sexual awakening/exploration it quickly develops into one that also involves feelings. Both Nate and Eric are confused as to what it is they are experiencing. Each opening themselves up to much more than they planned on.
I really enjoyed the journey these two went on. From confusion, to passion to love. Everything about them just clicked and worked.
