Indeed, the characters are captivating, well detailed and the mixture is explosive.
The addictive writing of the author A. Zaïres takes us here in a joyful IRRÉSISTIBLE romance !
A Book to discover absolutely.

The perfect ending to Emma and Marcus’s story!
Marcus continues with his relationship with Emma in this sequel to Wall Street Titan
Marcus is in need of A wife and Emma is a perfect fit…or is she!
Their backgrounds differ, their temperaments differ, their personalities differ.
“It was always this ruthless conqueror, a savage determined to consume me. The real Marcus Carelli.”
It’s a cinderella-esque story, which flows smooth and strong.
I’ve read far better from Anna and her talent for twisting simple stories is remarkable.
I’ll look forward to reading more from her
Marcus is a man used to getting what he wants and having his own way. So when Emma abandons him, he refuses to take no for an answer. He is a man obsessed and there’s only one woman who can satisfy him. Emma works in a bookstore and her life is ruled by her adorable and sometimes ferocious cats. She’s fallen in love with Marcus but she knows that he can break her heart. But Marcus didn’t become a billionaire by accepting defeat, and he plans to win Emma back using any means necessary! What follows is a hilarious battle of wits and love can be the only winner. Titan’s Addiction is an entertaining and delightful love story and the characters are amazing! Marcus and Emma are funny and witty and a perfect match!
Oh my goodness! If you love the first of Marcus and Emma story you will definitely love the second one. It was more steamy, more possessive, more addict. I just love everything about them well not so much as the stubbornness of Emma. For some reason I just like the women to just go with the flow but if we had that in all the stories it wouldn’t be fun and excited when they finally fell for the charm of their men would we? This was a great read a hot read and just a charming an enjoyable read.
An amazing conclusion to this wonderfully written duet!
If you have read the first book then you dont need any introduction to Marcus & Emma (if you haven’t then you are truly missing out) Marcus is the wall street titan who knows what he want and will not think twice about stepping over lines to get it, Emma is his new addiction and who will not back down easily. Throw in their of the charts chemistry and a few cats and this book with have you as addicted as Marcus.
I loved this duet and have my fingers crossed to read about certain characters who are mentioned in these books (a girl can dream) I 100% recommend these books.
This was awesome! This is the conclusion to the Wall Street Titan duet. Entertaining from start to finish, really great ending. If Marcus pisses you off in this book, just wait, he redeems himself in the end. Anna’s books just keep getting better and better!
I had the pleasure of listening to an early audio copy of this one. This book goes live this Tuesday, the 25th! So be sure to mark your reading calendar and pre-order so you don’t miss it. If you’re new to this world, go ahead and grab and read Wall Street Titan first. You’ve got time before Tuesday!
5* Steamy Stars
I was beyond excited when I was able to read the second book in the lives of Marcus and Emma as I absolutely loved Wall Street Titan. This story picks up where book 1 ended on a cliff-hanger. This book centres around Marcus doing his utmost to win and fight to get Emma back and into his life. The lengths he went to was astounding and I had a few laughs seeing how she managed to derail him without even knowing she was doing this to the very bossy and possessive billionaire.
The chemistry between these two was off the charts sexy and very intense. They were made for each other and I enjoyed reading how both of them evolved in their relationship together and learning to let go of their insecurities.
This was a very enjoyable, steamy and unforgettable read.
I am holding thumbs that the next book will be about Kendall and Ashton as they definitely have a story to tell us!
Steamy romance about opposites attract. Emma is a city girl with a small town persona who’s all about books, family and cats. Marcus is a Titan, wall-street type who is smart, hot and wealthy. The characters are so different you initially question how this will take off, but there’s enough give and take to create the connection. Emma’s got enough toughness to challenge Marcus and he’s got enough humility to not feel threatened about where his attention to Emma is going to take him.
The chemistry of the characters really comes to life through the narration. Since the story is told from both primary characters voices, there’s an added layer of interest: you get an opportunity to see (and hear) each of their thoughts/feelings. It’s nice that Emma is strong minded and doesn’t want to be taken care of, emotionally or financially. While Marcus is emotionally vulnerable enough to want to understand where and how this attraction has such a hold on him. This story literally radiates with the heat of new attraction/connection.

This was a great conclusion and finish the Wall Street Titan duet. Marcus grew on me even more and I ended up loving him. Is he a little pushy sometimes? Yeah. But once he realizes, he backs off and lets Emma work through whatever feelings she is having. It’s a big deal for her to be with someone like Marcus and he respects that. She didn’t have the best mother figure, something he can relate to. I love that Emma is a bookworm, a cat lover and confident in herself. She’s relatable to me and I loved having that connection to the character. It’s also so great that she isn’t a gold digger and just with Marcus for his money. Her cats were hilarious and all the mischief that they created along the way.
The audiobook version of the story is so good. I love when Sebastian York and Ava Erickson narrate together. They balance each other so well.
4 stars for Titan’s Addiction by Anna Zaries. This is the second book in the Wall Street Titan Duet. I loved Marcus and Emma’s story. Can Marcus win Emma back after he broke her heart? I told you I wasn’t a big fan of Marcus in book one, in book two he releases what a terrific woman he had in Emma. Marcus turns into this caveman, and I have to say I am kind of a fan. He wants Emma back and will do anything to get her. I felt this book/duet was different from Anna Zaries other books. It wasn’t dark like all her others that I have read. This book is on the lighter side, and I enjoyed getting to see that side of this author. It was great work.
4.5 stars
What happens when a self-made billionaire falls hard for an independent cat-loving woman? He goes after her until she falls for him.
This is the conclusion of Marcus and Emma’s story and I think I loved it more than the beginning. Marcus would do anything and I do mean anything to win her over. Somethings were a little over the top but he is a billionaire and if you can’t throw your money around to get what you want then what is the use in having it.
Emma knew from the start that she could fall for Marcus and the more she was with him the faster she was falling. She didn’t want to be someone he toyed around with and then move on. They are from different social circles after all. But Emma has shown him how to love and be loved. And even her three cats have grown to love Marcus.
This ending is perfect and the way it ends is the best way it could end for Marcus and Emma. Wall Street Titan and Titan’s Addiction are the first books from this author that I have read and I loved them both. I will be reading more from her.
The conclusion to Marcus and Emma’s story was great read! They truly are the epitome of opposites attract, but they also suck at communication. Emma is plagued with doubts while Marcus oozes confidence. Emma is straightforward and upfront and Marcus is used to manipulating things to his advantage. Both take what the other says the wrong way. Both have doubts when it comes to the others feelings. Both love each other without reserve, well, at least without actually telling the other. Of course this all cumulates into a massive situation that could drive them apart but has them finally being honest with each other. Queue the HEA and a very satisfying epilogue!
A fitting end to this duet. I loved that the drama didn’t drag out. That we picked up book 2 right where one had ended and without a huge gap of time. Things were pretty predictable but I didn’t mind in the least. The writing was great and I can’t wait to see what is up with the two best friends.
After having fun in the middle of a lot of cat hair, Marcus and Emma, in this second and last part, have the chance to face each other after Emma was absolutely sure they were not compatible and, therefore, the romance should end.
Traveling to Florida to celebrate Thanksgiving with her grandparents, Emma was surprised to find Marcus there, waiting for her, with her grandparents’ full approval.
Now, she would have to pretend that they were super in love and with big plans for the future (like, for example, she moved out of the small studio in Brooklyn and went to live with him in Tribeca).
The big problem was that for Marcus, these plans were for real and he would do anything to convince the little redhead that she was the perfect romantic partner for him.
A wonderful rom-com that makes the reader want much more.
10 stars
I enjoyed the conclusion to Marcus and Emma’s cute, and sweet story . They did go back and forth but their journey was enjoyable. I liked this story.
Anna Zaires is a must buy author for me and she delivers another win with the conclusion to Marcus and Emma’s story here. I loved the ruthless determination of Marcus to go after his goal by whatever devious means necessary, but also particularly how we saw the longings of the little boy he once was. Emma is dogged by her own insecurities but slowly works to overcome these and allow herself to grow. The dialogue between these two was highly satisfying, naturally there was some hot scenes, but this did not detract from the great storyline. Well paced but intense in places and I loved the secondary characters – really hoping we hear more from Ashton and Kendall!
Not as funny as the first book, and I would have loved to see more of Anna’s humor come out throughout the story, but I did appreciate the story starting off where the first book ended.
I am hoping for an additional series for Kendall.
While I still feel this story could have been wrapped up with just a few more chapters in the first book, I would still recommend this as a fun read.
Mainstream contemporary romance with a dark vibe
OK, I have to go completely fangirl on this one: I absolutely loved it, I loved everything about it: Marcus and Emma’s relationship, Marcus’ strong alpha vibe, Emma’s grand-parents, and above all (as a crazy cat lady myself), Marcus’ reaction to the cats and his willingness to incorporate them into his swanky apartment and his life for Emma.
I have been a great fan of Anna Zaires’ dark romance books and also her futuristic fantasy books (which also had that dark vibe), so I wasn’t quite sure how her style of writing driven, controlling heroes and pairing them with sweet and innocent heroines whose lives get taken over would translate into more mainstream stories.
I think it actually worked out rather well. I feel that of all her heroes he is actually the most like Julian Esguerra, only with a more civilized veneer. While Julian operated completely outside the bounds of the law, Marcus seems a little more constraint by society’s rules, which doesn’t mean he isn’t using his considerable financial means to engineer the result he wants. But because of her past experiences Emma is not only immune to his money, but she rather views the great disparity between her and Marcus’ circumstances as one of the greatest obstacles between them and so continues to resist making a definitive commitment to him. That’s when Marcus starts to entertain fantasies about abducting her to a deserted island, so that there is no way that she can slip thru his fingers.
Just when Emma starts to regain her trust in Marcus after the way he ghosted her and made her step back emotionally, she finds out the depths he has gone to in order to get her where he wants her…
I just found my new addiction, this book blew me away. I loved it so much and I think Anna Zaires has a winner with Titan’s Addiction. It’s a wonderful conclusion to her series and I’m sorry to see it end. I think this book has all the makings of a best seller, it has an amazing storyline, wonderful characters and the best happy ever after I’ve read in awhile. This book lived up to its title, the lengths that Marcus went through to win Emma’s love was truly an addiction. I liked how madly in love Marcus was with Emma. I felt the love and happiness that they had for each other. I don’t know how Anna Zaires keep writing such amazing stories that pull you in. I’m always falling in love with her characters and I’m sad to say goodbye to them. I highly recommend this book to everyone you won’t be disappointed .
