A billionaire who wants a perfect wife…At thirty-five, Marcus Carelli has it all: wealth, power, and the kind of looks that leave women breathless. A self-made billionaire, he heads one of the largest hedge funds on Wall Street and can take down major corporations with a single word. The only thing he’s missing? A wife who’d be as big of an achievement as the billions in his bank account.A cat … billions in his bank account.
A cat lady who needs a date…
Twenty-six-year-old bookstore clerk Emma Walsh has it on good authority that she’s a cat lady. She doesn’t necessarily agree with that assessment, but it’s hard to argue with the facts. Raggedy clothes covered with cat hair? Check. Last professional haircut? Over a year ago. Oh, and three cats in a tiny Brooklyn studio? Yep, she’s got those.
And yes, fine, she hasn’t had a date since… well, she can’t recall. But that part is fixable. Isn’t that what the dating sites are for?
A case of mistaken identity…
One high-end matchmaker, one dating app, one mix-up that changes everything… Opposites may attract, but can this last?

Wow. What a cliffhanger.
Similar upbringing but now worlds apart.
Marcus is a big shot hedge fund owner she works in a book shop earning a pittance
She has three cats ,animals are definitely not on his list.
He’s looking for a socialite,Emma’s looking for a date.
A chance meeting, an argument and all the stars align. Or do they?
Fiercely independent Emma isn’t a pushover and isn’t out for being used.
What follows is exposing for both. The sizzle burns the pages, the chemistry is explosive and the cats sit and ponder.
Beware of the cliffhanger I think you could hear me cuss.
Five wonderful page turning stars
When it comes to Anna Zaire, I have read all of her dark romance trilogies and the last one Tormentor Mine which was either 4 or 5 books. So now I just finished reading Wall Street Titan. I absolutely adored this book. Emma and Marcus are the main two people in this book and meet by accident in a coffee shop, each expecting to meet someone else but they land up talking to one another. After the accidental meeting, Marcus becomes obsessed with meeting Emma again. Which he does and from then on it goes back and forth till Emma gives into her feelings. I really do not want to give away any spoilers but it ends on a Cliffhanger and to be continued in Titan’s Addiction which I cannot wait to read. BRAVO Anna If I could I would give this book 10 stars!!!
Cat ladies everywhere should never lose hope! This was such an unlikely pair and I loved it!
Marcus comes off a bit jerky in the beginning. He’s a self earned billionaire with a hedge fund. He needs a wife in the same social class who will understand how much he works. He’s looking at his future wife like he would a business partner. He just seemed so cold and judgey about what he was looking for in a woman.
Emma is a nice, sweet girl that has a bit of a chip on her shoulder due to the way her mom was when she was younger. She always seemed to aim low in every aspect of her life. She’s gone after her career halfheartedly and barely makes enough to live on. She rescued three cats who seem to take up all of her spare time, and she dates men who could never threaten her safe existence.
To say the least, these two wouldn’t normally even acknowledge the others existence. That’s exactly what I loved so much about this book. The way Marcus is almost baffled by his obsession with Emma was fun to see unfold. The way Emma didn’t fall all over Marcus was also fun. I love it when a heroine makes the hero work for it. I cannot wait until book 2. The way this ended has me very excited to see what is going to happen next. Loved it!
Wall Street Titan is hot, intense and unexpected in the best ways. Marcus and Emma’s characters are strong willed and together make for an explosive dynamic. I really like how Emma is smart and knows her worth and how the seemingly always in control Marcus is undone by her. I devoured this book and cannot wait for Marcus and Emma’s story to continue in Titan’s Addiction.
OMG I Loved this Marcus is one possessive Alpha who is on the search for a trophy wife but finds Emma the cat lady and I adore and love her possessive cats and they couldn’t be any different coming from two different worlds. Emma is so sweet and I love how she stands her ground having issues but sticks to her guns. This was super sexy and exhilarating never a dull moment and I cheered them on the whole way, I can’t wait to see What happens.
OMG, I loved this book! Anna Zaires is one of my auto one click authors for my dark reads, yet with this book, we get to see a new side of this author. This is not a dark book at all. Its a fantastic contemporary romance book filled with top level banter between two people who are total opposites.
Marcus the billionaire hedge fund manager who is looking for his society trophy wife. I fell in love with Marcus. He is the perfect gentleman! Yet when the funds go south, does the job mean more to him than the crazy cat lady who had gotten under his skin?
Emma is the struggling bookstore/editor for books, who owns 3 cats and this is her life. Books and cats. What more could a gal want?
The first meeting is not how one imagined a dating app date would go but in the long run, it couldn’t have gone any more better.
I can not wait for the next book of this duet!
5* Accidental Hook-up Stars
This is my first read by Anna Zaires and I am so happy to have been introduced to her addictive writing.
I had no idea what I was getting into and from the first page I was hooked into the story of super sexy Marcus Carelli and cute, “cat lady” Emma Walsh.
Marcus is a very successful self-made Billionaire and has decided at thirty-five years old it is time he found the perfect wife who will fit into his corporate lifestyle and be present on his arm at functions. He has sought help from a match maker to make this possible as he is very particular whom he wants.
Emma has reluctantly signed up to a dating app after pressure from her friend Kendall and when she sees that she has a request from a man who is a lover of cats and books, like her, they decide to have a dinner date.
When Marcus’ blind date is arranged, he meets up with Emma who is totally the opposite of what he has requested, and they soon discover that it was a huge case of mistaken identity. When Marcus’ planned date arrives, he realises that he keeps thinking about his encounter with Emma and is not fully invested in his current date.
I enjoyed reading how Emma, unbeknown to her, managed to peel away Marcus’ preconceived ideas of his perfect woman. What was apparent from the beginning was their undeniable chemistry. Emma was very likeable and was humorous when it came to her cats. As they navigate their newfound relationship, doubts set in and mistakes are made. We will have to find out in Book 2 where their relationship leads to.
This was an enjoyable well written book and I cannot wait to read the conclusion to Marcus and Emma’s story.
The BEST ROMANCE
Having been a long-time fan of author Anna Zaires, my fingers raced to volunteer to read her newest series WALL STREET TITAN! As in every book of hers I’ve read, the characters are realistic, and her masterful use of dual narration had me fully in love with both Emma and Marcus. I fell in love with Emma’s introverted attempts to deal with life without ever having to rely on another. A goal cemented in her youthful attempt to never use others as she observed her abusive alcoholic mother do to too many people. I also fell in love with Marcus, loving how protective he was of Emma from the get-go and wishing that every young woman would meet their own Marcus. Additionally, my delight with the premise of the plotlines was in their ability to make me smile, chuckle and then even laugh out loud with the situations author Zaires’s descriptive and easy to read prose depicted! Alas, who defines “skinny jeans” as “. . . so named because I have to be way skinnier to comfortably wear them.” I howled when I realized that more than half of all womanhood could relate and laugh at that line, alone! (I dare you to stop smiling!) In short, WALL STREET TITAN is an EPIC start to a new ROMANTIC series by a prolific and award-winning author, Anna Zaires. It has explicit but loving scenes that precludes readers below the age of 18, but is a kinder, milder romance than those which brought Ms. Zaires to my attention. WALL STREET TITAN is a full-length novel, so sensuous in the telling, that all romance lovers will welcome and swoon with its revelations. If you have never read anything written by Anna Zaires, then start with WALL STREET TITAN. I suspect you will understand quickly and clearly why I say she holds the top space on my list of favorite authors, and why I volunteered to read an early copy of WALL STREET TITAN and now offer my voluntary and HONEST 5+STAR review. I wish I could give WALL STREET TITAN more stars, but I can’t. However, I can STRONGLY suggest that you get your copy of WALL STREET TITAN today! It is already offered as a pre-order and has already claimed a “Number ONE New Release” banner on Amazon more than a week before it goes live! Truly, it is time to get your copy of this wonderful romance today! Happy pages!
When attraction suddenly turns into desire and obsession, thy name is Marcus Carelli.
The object of this desire..this obsession, is a surprise, because let’s face it, she’s not the “ideal” candidate for his marriage partner. His list of attributes is very specific. But you know that old saying, the heart, and in this case the libido, wants what it wants.
Marcus is a force of nature, and he applies all his cunning ways in his pursuit of Emma, which is a surprise to them both. Just when Marcus thinks he and Emma are on the same page, she surprises him again and leaves him more determined than ever.
Wall Street Titan is my first experience with this author, I’ve had several of her series on my TBR list forever and this first in the series felt like a perfect time to take the plunge. Be advised you will be left hanging at the end and I have a feeling Emma has no idea what she’s done. Marcus Carelli, doesn’t lose. It’s a full-on contemporary romance with plenty of angst to delight the heart, if this is your genre you don’t want to miss it !
I am a huge fan of Anna Zaires dark side. Wall Street Titan shows just how versatile a writer she is! This is a great story, with billionaire Marcus falling for cat lady Emma, who is not what he is looking for at all. Funny, warm, and sexy. I loved this book and can’t wait for the next!
Wow, this book was hot. Marcus, a billionaire it’s looking for a wifey so he goes on a dating website. While there he meets Emma. So beautifully written. Loved it!

Previous books by Anna Zaires I’ve read we’re dark and twisted. This book isn’t or is it?
I can’t wait to know how it continues!
ARC OMG!!!
Thank you for my ARC copy. Sorry it took me a little while to post my review, but I had a blast reading Marcus and Emma. They were funny, romantic, heart-warming couple. Even though Anna is known dark love stories. I think it was best decision from Anna to keep and give us light-heart and funny romantic love story. The best work from Anna so far and book two comes out soon too. YAY!!!
Great plot, questionable execution. I really liked the plot and premise of this storyline, and as I started reading I really fell in love with the character of Emma, where although her past has burned her, she’s also become a stronger person because of it. When her and Marcus meet on accident, a dating app blind date gone wrong if you will, the whole situation had me laughing so much! And while I got that both of them didn’t think they should be together yet continued to get together, I knew it would end badly for one of them. But I hated how Marcus had just cut her off without any warning, and it made me feel for her, although I also feel that she should’ve heard Marcus out on his reason why. I wasn’t aware it was a cliffhanger, so be aware of that, because the cliffhanger is completely abrupt (at least to me), but it makes me so excited to see what happens next with Emma not giving in!
I voluntarily read and reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.
3.5 stars
I see A LOT of potential in the first half of this duet. Emma and Marcus definitely have quite a cute story that carries some deeper emotion, but the connection was just really lacking for me. Particularly with Marcus. Don’t get me wrong, I found a lot I really enjoyed with these two, I just didn’t feel that spark.
Where Emma was quirky, sweet and pretty relatable Marcus was her polar opposite. Normally that doesn’t bother me but he was so extremely stuck in his beliefs of what was good enough for him at times it made him unappealing. That said the light is beginning to dawn for him and I do see how much his starting to grow and I’m looking forward to seeing how much he continues to grow in the next book.
Marcus is the Wall Street Titan, billionaire extraordinaire. Everything in his life has been meticulously planned out, up to and including his future wife. He entrusts this choice to the who’s who of matchmakers and he is set to meet his perfect Manhattan Match. Emma is a cat loving, down on her luck, bookstore employee. Desperate for human companionship she tries out a dating app. In what has to be an incredible twist of fate these two polar opposites meet and mistake each other for their perspective blind dates. So obviously NOT what the other is looking for the two have a horrible first date experience, except things are not quite what they seem. Marcus is undeniably attracted to Emma even though she is not at all his type. For her part, Emma is insanely attracted to the billionaire even if it goes against everything she holds dear. The two are unable to fight their attraction and get together only to quickly fall apart. What does the future hold for these two mismatched lovers will be uncovered in Book 2 ‘Titan’s Addiction’. (I received an ARC and am voluntarily leaving a review).
