The way God’s Word speaks to all who seek Him and believe.
A sad part of our history. Well researched and authentic.
I loved this book, even tho the Indian life was hard …the family there was as important then as it is today…have all three books and will read again and again if life gets tough here…so good.
I enjoyed the story between Hannah and Rides with Wind. I became somewhat disinterested when the book went in other directions
Great Christian based book , learned a lot and enjoyed the action – packed drama.
Offer MORE Christian books, please especially historical.
Great book! Had a hard time putting it down!
Didn’t want to put it down. Ordered the next two off of Kindle. Have them read, too. Also, excellent. I would read #3 before #2. Just makes it flow better.
This book is about the tensions between tribes & settlers. It is also about getting along with others of all races. includes Custer’s last stand. It is a sad comentary on how we treated the tribes & never even tried to get along but took their land & ousted them out! It is about mixed whites & indians labeled half breeds. Our white race are culpable to blacks & indians! We broke many peace treaties & then expected the indians to be civil! This story is about a Locoda brave & a white woman marrying & the love they had with each other. A lot of tears shed over this book! Stephanie makes you feel like you are there.
Excellant book, very engaging and realistic. It realistically depicts the troubles the settles had in the old west and the plight of the American Indian.
loved it.
Realistic, well-researched and wholesome historical novel.
Well-researched history, sensitive in its treatment of multi-ethnic characters.
Enjoyed this book very much. Can’t wait to read the next book in the searies
This is the first of an inspsiring series set in the complicated time of American missions movement when the Native American were changing their lifestyle. The many prejudices show how judging others leads to hurt and distancing us from other Christians.
Historically it was interesting and realistically events could have happened as described. Mainly it was a good read that was very hard to put down. It was a very enjoyable read.
I really liked the development of the characters. I am now almost finished the next book.
I enjoyed the book very much. I love Christian Romance.
