**In Living Without, Melissa and Dallas’s chemistry skyrocketed. It’s finally time to get up close and personal with this hot couple in their very own novella, Walkout. Get ready to discover what happens when Dallas chases Melissa all the way to Sydney to claim her back.**From her one visit to Melbourne and the Hawks MC compound, Melissa Stevenson knows Dallas is who she wants. There’re just a … There’re just a few problems with that: he’s a douche, a pain in the arse, an…d a stubborn, sexist pig. Still, it’s a whole heap of fun to tease her Viking man.
Relationship. Dallas Gan hates the word. As far as he’s concerned, women are nothing but a good time between the sheets. It’s only when the sassy Melissa shows up that he realises some women give as good as they get. Now she’s under his skin and he can’t seem to get her out.
Even with the warning from Dallas that once he claims her, he will come for her wherever she is, Melissa leaves. It’s now just a matter of time before he makes good on his promise.
Wading through lies and danger, Dallas has a decision to make. Is it easier to walkout on love and never look back, or will he give that dreaded “relationship” word a chance?
Please note: This is book #4.5 in an MC spin-off series. It’s more of a light read and based on the hero finding his love interest than club business.

I absolutely love Dallas. He keeps me rolling in laughter with his situations with Julian and his “arguments” with Melissa. I love that Dallas falls as hard and fast as the rest of the Hawks men. I laughed through all his inner monologues. Melissa is a bad@$$!! She is putting up with a terrible ordeal to help a friend. But Dallas has a claim, so he speeds the process because he has absolutely no patience. This was a great read.
I loved Dallas and Melissa’s story! Melissa is so strong and determined to do the right thing, regardless of the consequences to herself, and Dallas is so determined to be with Melissa, regardless of the fact that relationships and his feelings freak him out! I enjoyed the glimpses of favorite characters from previous stories. This is a short, quick read, set in Lila Rose’s Hawks: Caroline Springs world.
This was a fun, sweet, and alpha story. I enjoyed reading it and devoured it in just a couple of hours. I have read this series out of order so I will state first off that even though the story is a standalone it might be best read after Living Without (Hawks MC: Caroline Springs Charter #4). I have not read that story and I felt like I was missing a large part of Melissa (Tiny) and Dallas’ (Viking Man) relationship.
They started their flirtation in the previous story and built their foundation there. I enjoyed this story and could appreciate their relationship, but I missed out on the building and the development of their passion; and what passion they have!
Melissa is back at home, and married to a man. This goes against all the flirtation and connection that Dallas felt when Melissa was with him. Dallas travels to another town, Melissa’s to find out what is really going own. Though they only got to know each other for a few weeks, previous, Dallas knows there is more going on then what is on the surface.
The passion and steam in this story is amazing and makes the reader really feel their romance. The scenes that they share are bold and busing with heat. I loved the way Dallas treated Melissa and his love for her was obvious, if not to him, to everyone else. I loved the use of the nicknames in this story: Tiny and Viking Man really added to the sweetness of the story. I am going to have to read the previous story now, so that I can see how these nicknames and their passion developed. This story is a deeper look into this couple and for anyone who wanted a bit more. This is also the story that sets up Handle and Della relationship for Brea Out (Hawks MC: Caroline Springs Charter #5.5) that is coming out January 9th, 2018.
This story is what I as an MC reader look for every time. It is full of passion, sass, alpha-ness, a bit of violence, possessiveness, and the right balance of sweet and heat. Lila Rose has become a one-click author for me in this MC genre. Loved It!
Melissa and Dallas’s chemistry was off the charts, but she had something to hide and she run off. Dallas wasn’t giving up and left to find out what was going on. He wasn’t giving up his old lady.
