Great!
So this one is as curvy as a mountain road. Best Memory man since The Fix. Decker and Jameson get tasked with quite the mystery that leaves Amos lost and searching till the end. I read it in a week, couldn’t put it down!
All of Baldacci’s books are worth reading.
I have read most of Baldachi’s books.
I love Baldacci but this was too bloody and unpleasant.
3.5
I think I’m just not a big fan of detective fiction. It was interesting and held my attention enough but the thriller aspect doesn’t appeal to me much. There were a few different storylines in this book and I didn’t like the way that some parts were wrapped up. It seemed to be random and I’d guess this was done purposely to make the ending harder to predict? Overall, it was interesting enough and I didn’t guess the people responsible beforehand. I think fans of crime/cop/FBI thrillers would enjoy.
“Walk the Wire: Amos Decker Series, Book 6” by David Baldacci
I thoroughly enjoyed my time in this story. This audio book was the work of a great team. The author’s words and the voices of the narrators. It was worth the wait for my turn to download this story from my state library. Another cannot put it down Baldacci suspense story. Happy Reading ! !
Too many story lines. I had forgotten what the origina line was. And when it was revealed at the end it was dumb. I gave the other Amos Decker books a five. Disappointing
Crazy story. Sub-stories made no sense at all and the main story had no resolution to some of the pieces.
Reads like a Scooby Doo mystery
Great character. Well written interesting plot.
As with all Baldacci books–it was gripping & realistic.
I like Baldacci (in general). Nice to see Robi for a little bit. It did get a little busy at times. May not be his best, but it passed a number of hours for me.
Love Baldacci and this one was great.
Usual entertaining novel as expected from a most talented story teller.
I like anything by Baldacci and the Amos Decker series is very good
Good read
Not his best
Very timely in view of coronavirus. Slow start but picks up later with introduction of familiar past characters Robie-Reel. Nice twist at end.
Love all David Baldacci books, have read most of them and never disappointed!
