There’s no peace for this recently resurrected valkyrie. Asgard’s greatest enemy intends to claim both the realm of the gods and the realm of humans for himself, and with the army he’s amassed, the odds aren’t on our side. Even worse? It turns out the gods aren’t so immortal after all. If this power-hungry giant gets his way, my four new lovers will lose not just their home but their lives as … lives as well.
As we gather more gods to join the fight, old tensions flare up. I’m starting to think there isn’t strength in numbers, only a whole lot of arguing. How can I help save the realms when the divine newcomers see me as nothing more than a servant of Valhalla?
In this final battle, we either win or lose everything. But I’m Aria Watson, and I’ll die all over again before I let a giant destroy both my worlds.
Their Dark Valkyrie is a medium-burn reverse harem urban fantasy series. This action-packed, heart-wrenching ride gives you a kickass heroine, four irresistible gods, and Norse mythology like you’ve never seen it before. Series now complete!

What an ending too an amazing story. I absolutely love these characters and sad too see this series end but how it ended was absolutely perfect. Another amazing series by Eva that I truly loved.
Love Arie and her Gods. Can they all get together and stop Surt , or will bickering stop them? Perfect ending to a great series. Love the characters and storyline. Definitely need to read this book.
I love this series! Ari is such a strong character and not only physically but mentally. Hod, Baldaur, Loki and Thor make her stronger emotionally jaut as she makes them better too. The other gods are arrogant but they change some at the end. Great end to a hard fought battle and a fabulous ending to this series. Although my heart stopped at one point but a few minutes later it was all better lol. Fantastic characters, detailed and creative storyline. Another series added to my reread list. If you haven’t read this series you definitely should!
A beautiful series conclusion!!! So many emotional scenes!! From those that both surprise and blow your mind this final edition will keep you captivated! There were scenes that made me cheer and I fell even more in love with Ms. Chase’s writing! We see tremendous character growth throughout this series. So many twisty and turney events that I’ve been glued to each book. I never ever would have guessed the branches that this book would have spurt up. My wishes all came true for this beautifully perfect conclusion. Bravo for an inventive and imaginative series that brought the gods back to life with such a fresh plot! Ms. Chase has outdone herself! If you only choose one mythical RH to dive into, make it this one
Ari has really come to own her new self and isn’t afraid to show those Gods what’s what. Her men are close by her side and support her 100%. The epic battle against Surt is amazing and I love that Ari gets the humans involved. Steam 9/10 * Sweet 9/10 * RH * Alt 1st POV * HEA
I adore Aria Watson, the heroine in Eva Chase’s pretty darn spectacular Their Dark Valkyrie series. She’s just the sort of kick-a** gal that is my favorite kind of character, and the fact that she has her own harem of yummy guys who are literally gods? Pure catnip. But now at long last we have come to the series climax in Waking the Gods (Book 4). The frost giant Surt seems to be pretty darn unbearable but I’d never count Aria out – and we readers get one more funds thrill ride of adventure to enjoy. But for the fact that I’m literally dictating this review to my husband from my hospital bed I could go on and on with praises – the book definitely deserves it. Since I can’t do that I will simply note that the book is most definitely one to read, and it is easy to highly recommend.
OMG! I love, love, love this series! Aria and her gods were amazing. Fighting the bad guys, proving the other gods wrong, protecting all the 9 realms, and still having time for love.
This was the best book of the series, but now I’m sorry it’s over. Ms. Chase did a wonderful job with closing the series. I loved the way she ended everything.
