Amazon Top 40 Best Seller I didn’t know she was my student the first time I paid to watch her at Voyeur.Once she walked into my classroom, another smiling college freshman, I knew I should stop going. Stop watching. But I couldn’t do it. Everything about her makes me want more, and once I realize she wants me too, the temptation becomes irresistible. The worst part is that she has no idea her … irresistible.
The worst part is that she has no idea her professor is the one watching behind the glass.
I just have to hope that once she finds out the truth, she wants the same thing I do. Because now that I’ve seen all of her, I can’t look away.

Ever since I read Shame Me Not, Fiona Cole has become one of my go to authors to read. Her stories just consume me, they get imbedded in me for so long that I am always itchy to see when she’ll be coming out with her next book and more angsty to know what trope she’s going to write about next.
She definitely delivered with Voyeur. My hat goes down to her for writing a book with such sensitive triggers, yet she nailed it. This book will have you hooked from beginning to end. You will find yourself unable to put it down. It is definitely UN-PUT-A-DOWN-A-ABLE!!
I love reading anything with the word “forbidden” in it because that just makes the book more exciting for me. Anything that has a theme that either people can’t cope with or just will not read is always the type of books I look forward to. I can be a dark reader, I can handle just about anything when it comes to reading.
I especially enjoy a good erotica book that has more to the story than just sex. But I do love a book that has some good sex scenes, you could never go wrong with that in a book!
This was well written, a great story that will have you engaged up to the end. It is certainly not disappointing I’ll tell you that!
Fiona has given me another magnificent story that will be added to my top reads of 2018!
5 STARS!
****4.5 I-Want-A-Prof-Like-Dr. Pierce stars****
I know the blurb says it’s a taboo, forbidden romance but it is the broken hero aspect that made me love this story. I am always drawn to such characters. The challenges he faces, the demons he tries to exorcise, balancing the wants and desires with the pain and memories; I love to see if an author can draw me into the story with this so-called checklist.
Dr. Callum Pierce danced the line of impropriety when he started getting attracted to Oaklyn, his student. Their mutual attraction sizzled yet they started out as friends. Their camaraderie was refreshing despite the circumstances in which he “met” her.
Their quest for HEA was definitely rocky but I liked how issues were not just glossed over and dismissed in a few paragraphs but neither were they unnecessarily dragged out.
Voyeur is hot, sexy and riveting.
Voyeur by Fiona Cole is a contemporary romance novel that I really enjoyed. The story is written in two of the characters’ perspectives: Oaklyn and Callum. It’s about a 19 year old college freshman named Oaklyn Derringer, who is from Florida but is going out of state to college in Cincinnati, Ohio. Oaklyn’s parents used her scholarship money to buy a car instead of giving their daughter her check to pay for her second semester of college. Since even the scholarship wouldn’t cover all of her expenses, Oaklyn had already applied for every student loan that was available through FAFSA, so she knows that her only choice now is to get a job, and to apply for any student jobs that she can possibly get. Oaklyn goes to the Bursar’s office and they decide to allow her to make monthly payments on her tuition. They also allow her to work for the Physics Department as an assistant; Oaklyn is a Biology major, and is already working with the Biology Department. Oaklyn’s good friend, Olivia, whose family has money, offers to lend Oaklyn money, but Oaklyn refuses the loan offer because she knows that money issues can ruin friendships. She had learned that when her parents once borrowed money from their good friends and the money situation ruined their friendship.
Olivia tells Oaklyn that her Uncle Daniel owns a club where Olivia could make some really good money if she has an “open mind”. The club is called, “Voyeur” and it is a place where people can go to watch their employees perform. The club members can watch the employees perform for them while they shower or they can watch them while they perform with another employee in a sex act. Olivia tells Oaklyn that since she has a nice body and is good looking that her uncle would probably hire her. Since Oaklyn doesn’t have a lot of other options she decides to check the club out. When Oaklyn interviews with Olivia’s Uncle Daniel, he explains to her that the employees are not allowed to have sex for money with any of the club members because he “doesn’t run a prostitution ring.” Olivia tells him that she thinks that this is a good thing, but the conversation definitely makes Oaklyn uncomfortable. Daniel also explains to Olivia that he always wants to make sure that his employees are safe, as well as his club members, who pay a lot of money to be members at his club; to do this he has employees and customers alike sign NDA’s, and explains that his employees are never allowed to touch club members, and club members are never allowed to touch his employees. Oaklyn feels a lot more comfortable about possibly working at the club after Daniel explained these and other facts to her, and after everything is explained Daniel offers Oaklyn the job which she accepts.
The book is also about a Physic’s professor whose name is Dr. Callum Pierce. Callum, who is 29 years old, is originally from California, is a club member at Voyeur, and is very attracted to Oaklyn from the first time he sees her walking around the bar there. He chooses her to perform for him, and then after her performance, he can’t seem to get her out of his head. Callum even dreams about having sex with Oaklyn. When classes begin for the Spring semester, one of the classes that Callum teaches is Astronomy for non-Physics majors. As the students walk into class on the first day of class, Callum notices two girls walking in together. The first girl he doesn’t recognize, but the second girl he recognizes as the girl from Voyeur who he’s been fantasizing about. Even though he still is very attracted to Oaklyn, he feels like a pervert since he knows that most of the students in his class are freshman, that she is probably only 18 years old. As it turns out, Oaklyn is also the new student assistant for the Physics Department, and he doesn’t know it but she has a crush on him, too. Oaklyn doesn’t know that Callum is a club member at Voyeaur, and that she has performed for him. What will happen when and if she finds out?
I don’t want to say anything else about what happens in this story because it will give away spoilers to the book. I will say that I really liked this story, and that it turns out to be a much more complex story that I expected. I definitely would recommend this book because it is a sexy, emotional and interesting story with complex characters that romance lovers will definitely enjoy.
I have been begging for someone to write a book with voyuer elements for a long time. Something unique, something that has me turning the pages and obsessing over the characters. Cole did exactly that, mixed it with depth, emotion and totally blew me away. I gotta stand and give her a slow clap, because this book was awesome.
I swooned pretty hard over Callum and Oaklyn. The story, the chemistry and the cover all had me completely engaged. Both characters were lovable, and there were some great moments that tugged at the heartstrings. I know I’m being vague but honestly, this story gave me all the feels and then some.
If you are looking for a book that will make you all warm and fuzzy but also melt you kindle with its hotness, well let me tell you, this is it. I can’t say enough good things about this one.
Wow!! As per my usual MO I went into this book blind and clueless, the cover and title alone made me want to read it. It sucked me in from the get go and kept me captivated throughout the entire story. Not only did it pack some heat, it was also a story full of love and compassion. I do love a good taboo story as well and Voyeur delivered.
Callum “Cal” Pierce first sees Oaklyn at Voyeur, an exclusive club for people that love to watch. He was immediately drawn to her. She grabbed his attention like no other woman had before. Cal got the surprises of his life when he sees her in his classroom. Oaklyn is his student and it’s forbidden. He has to stay away from Voyeur and from her, but it’s impossible. He secretly continue to watch her. His infatuation grow near to obsession. The chemistry between the two is palpable, and the pull is strong.
Callum is a young, attractive professor. He has the looks of Superman and his past is his kryptonite. He is an intriguing and complex character. It was delightful that he was a bit different than the typical alpha male. There’s one thing about him that I wished it didn’t changed toward the end. (view spoiler)
Oaklyn is smart, independent, mature for her age. She’s also very understanding; empathetic. I think this is what made her the perfect match for Cal.
Voyeur is a sexy, steamy forbidden romance with something deeper. I greatly enjoyed Cal and Oaklyn’s story. Fiona Cole did wonderful writing it. I was found myself turning page after page.
4.5 stars
This is a new to me author, but I must say, I was hooked from the first word. I literally fell asleep reading it because I didn’t want to put it down. I love the taboo nature of it with a twist. I love that her love for him helped him heal and move past some of his demons. He wants to be a better man for her. It isn’t all roses and chocolates, but what relationship is. They have their issues and hiccups also my the road, but in the end their love was enough to move past all that. I would love to see a sequel for them, to see how they’re doing. I would and will definitely will be recommending this to anyone looking for a new book and/or author.
This book was recommended to me by my book bestie and is my first by this author, and I can say it won’t be my last as this was a delightful surprise read!
The title, the synopsis and the cover are enticing and set the bait to hook you in, but the story itself soon leads in a very different tangent that keeps the pages turning.
I’ve steered away from erotica over time and although this gives to preconception of such a tale there is so much more to this beautiful book.
I was totally sucked in to this emotional, heart breaking love story that sees its characters endure pain heart break and forbidden lust, to conquer their demons and misconceptions to develop a deep and committed love.
Oaklyn was a refreshing heroine for me, so often the heroine is in need of a hero but in this tale she is the saviour despite seeming to initially be in need of rescue from her financial predicament.
She is mature beyond her years and a determined mix of sweetheart girl next door and closet vixen.
Conversely, Callum is so outwardly the sexy alpha professor but is inwardly damaged, tortured and vulnerable and hiding in plain sight behind a thin veil of control.
As their connection deepens beyond the physical, so the balance of power and strength in their relationship swings and their growing love is tested as their pasts and problems surface.
This is so tenderly and masterfully depicted by the author that you can’t help but feel the depth of emotions along with the characters, my heart in particular torn out for Callum.
This was well worth the emotional investment for me, 4.5 stars!!
Forbidden love. Forbidden desires. A chance to heal.
“Voyeur. I knew that word. Saw it on some porn site maybe? Read it in a book? It’s when someone likes to watch others. Usually in sexual activities.”
— Oaklyn
Oh wow! I knew Fiona Cole would deliver yet another book I would fall in love with but this one, I didn’t expect it to connect with me the way it did, I didn’t anticipate how far I would fall in love with Callum and Oaklyn and I didn’t not think I’d read the Voyeur in only a few hours because I could not put it down!!!!! This book had me impatiently waiting for its release since I first knew it was coming and yet despite all the teasers, the excerpts, I just did not anticipate that this story would be so much more than a “forbidden teacher student” relationship and what it is, well it’s a book I won’t be forgetting in a hurry.
Fiona is super talented at creating erotic romances that are so much more than hot, steamy sex scenes (though she writes those pretty darn well!!) and without spoiling Voyeur, know that this book might start off as two people who shouldn’t have feelings for one another, shouldn’t have found each other at a special kind of sex club, shouldn’t be attracted to on another because of the fact they are student/teacher … and that is a lot to deal with in a book anyway. But Fiona manages to deliver two characters in Callum and Oaklyn who I ached for, who I felt a connection to, who I wanted to be together in spite of the seemingly insurmountable odds. These two face a hell of a lot of hurdles and yet they become stronger – separately and together – and I was so very glad to beat witness to their relationship.
This is a real tough review to write – despite my ramblings There’s so much I want to say about this book, about the story and about Oaklyn and Callum but I won’t because it’s a book that is worth reading for yourself. One click it, buy it, read it and become entranced yourself with the absolutely fabulous characters that Fiona has created, the brilliantly gripping storyline and a book that is going to be one of those at the top of my 2018 reads for sure!!

Fiona Cole is quickly becoming a one-click author for me. After reading Shame and Make it to the Altar last week and enjoying them so thoroughly, I figured why not? When I was tagged in the sign up for an ARC of Voyeur, however, I had my doubts as to whether I’d enjoy it as much. Maybe it was just Kevin and Ana that I loved so much, nothing could compete with them and maybe it was the author at the top of her game and anything else was downhill. Erm, yeah, that’s not true. Fiona Cole’s writing continues to captivate me in a way that is shocking and perfect. I literally (and I use that in the literal sense, not in the exaggerated sense) stayed up all night reading this book. I could not put it down. It made me swoon, it made me laugh, it made me tear up, and full out sob, it was everything I’d imagined and a million things I didn’t. Fiona takes difficult subjects and embeds them so perfectly with the romance that you can’t help but get lost and enamoured by the story. If I thought Kevin and Ana had carved a spot in my heart and soul, well, Oaklyn and Callum have made the hole bigger. Their story is beautiful and heartbreaking.
These characters have become embedded within my soul. I cried for them, I cheered for them, I swooned for them, and I got angry for them. I cannot help the connection I formed with them and I loved every second of it. Callum Pierce is the professor everybody wants; he’s young, he’s sexy, he’s smart, and he’s charming. He’s a complete sweetheart with secrets, and a difficult past. The reveal will make your heart hurt. Oaklyn Derringer is a student on a mission; she will do whatever it takes to become successful, she’s determined, she’s independent, she’s sweet, and she’s smart. She’s knows what she wants and isn’t afraid to fight for it. The way this couple are together is beautiful. The understanding and acceptance is a big part of this story and makes the characters that much more likeable. It’s angsty but not too much. It has the element of forbidden since their teacher-student relationship is frowned upon. The age gap isn’t too big, it felt extremely realistic, as did the issues and feelings they faced. The sex scenes, my god, can FC write a super hot sex scene. It’s enough to melt the kindle. They all fit well with the story and didn’t feel misplaced or used to fill a void in the story. I loved the idea of the club, and it worked really well within the story. The progression of the relationship between Cal and Oak was timed perfectly and never felt rush, or drawn out. It was just everything!
Fiona Cole somehow managed to break my heart and piece it back together again. She broke me in the most beautiful way, and once again, I have this urge to get on my knees and thank her.
Voyeur by Fiona Cole is one of the best novels I’ve read in a very long time. Not only does it have my favorite trope (age gap), but mix in a student/teacher with it??? I’m in heaven. I thought this was such a unique, creative idea and could not wait to read it! This was everything I wanted it to be… and more! Callum is a once in a lifetime kind of character. I love my tortured, vulnerable heroes. There is definitely more to Callum that meets the eye. Oaklyn was a pleasure to read! I loved how independent and strong she was. She had her values and stuck to them! I foresee myself rereading this many times! Voyeur is my new all time favorite of Fiona Cole’s! I can’t wait to see what journey she takes us on next!!
4.5 Stars!
Not what I expected….sooo much MORE! This was a taboo Student-Teacher romance that was different than most, making it hard to put down.
Oaklyn (love this name by-the-way) was a strong character who did what she had to pursue her dream of going to college. You could easily relate to her fight to stay financially a float. I loved her determination and patience. Dr Callum Pierce, a broken soul with secrets that were continuously adding twists to this story.
I cannot recommend this one enough, especially if you enjoy Student/Teacher reads!
5 “All the stars in the sky” Stars!!!!!
Every time I read a Fiona Cole book I think I know what I’m getting myself into, but in the end, she surprises me EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. And here I thought I had my favorite Fiona book already securely placed on my top shelf. I thought I had my favorite Fiona couple permanently written in pen, because surely there was no need to erase. Well, I had another thing coming because Fiona changed that with Voyeur. This story bulldozed right through my heart and every thing before that just burned to ash. I didn’t care about anything other than this story. Nothing mattered, just Callum and Oaklyn. I didn’t want to say goodbye to this story or Cal and Oak. I just want to live in their world for a little while longer. And even though it did indeed have to end, I’m left with the satisfaction that Cal and Oak own a huge chunk of my heart.
Voyeur is so much more than its title. It’s so much more than a forbidden romance. It’s so much more than a student/teacher romance. Yes, you can expect the sex and steam Fiona is known to write. But it’s jam packed with an emotional aspect that’ll have you feeling everything. It’ll take ahold of you and not want to let you go. Add to that, two characters that’ll consume and own you. And you’ll want nothing more than to root so hard for them.
Oaklyn was such a badass heroine. Her independence and determination set her apart. She was strong, supportive and I just adored her. And though the circumstance that she’s in has her doing things she never thought she’d do, she does it because she needs the money. Though it doesn’t make her less than or diminish her worth. I loved, loved, loved her.
CALLUM PIERCE, LET ME COUNT THE WAYS I LOVE YOU!!!!! OMFG, Callum was EVERY! THING! This beautiful and broken and tortured man owned me. The secret that ate at him tore my effing heart to pieces. All I wanted to do was hold him. Hands down my favorite Hero Fiona has written. Don’t come at me with other names because you’re wrong. Callum will forever and always be number 1!
Oaklyn and Callum were everything good. They’re undeniable attraction lit fires. Their chemistry was sizzling. AY DIOS MIO, they had me fanning myself left and right. They were so effing HOT together, I couldn’t get enough. They were so perfectly made for each other. Looooooved them. My OTP!!!
FIONAAAAAA, just so you know I’m giving you a standing ovation right now. Girrrrrrl, I can’t! You hit it out the park! I thought nothing could touch Shame or Kevin and Ana, but I was wrong! There you go and write Voyeur and give me Callum and Oaklyn and I’m like “Kevin and Ana who?” Jk, I still love me some Kevin and Ana, buuuuut they can’t touch Callum and Oaklyn. Oh no, those two are in a league of their own. My heart is so full right now and that’s because of you and this book! I loved, loved, loooooved it. I can’t wait for whatever else you write next!
I HIGHLY recommend this book!!!
This is very unconventional story! Fiona brought Voyeur to the edge and challenged stereotypes that most of us are guilty off.
The story evolves around Oaklyn, pretty much broke college student, and troubled Professor Callum with some serious secrets.
Oaklyn is a very sweet character. Due to some unfortunate events in her life, she is forced take on a job outside her boundaries. What I truly appreciated about the character was that Fiona didn’t write her as yet another shy virgin (-ish) college student girl with no experience. In my opinion, Oaklyn was very refreshing and written in a very relatable way.
Okay, let’s talk about Mr. Sexy Professor. Callum or Cal appears very easy-going to the public eye. As the story enfolds, we get to see more and more of him – the real him. And I enjoyed that! As I said, his life has not been rainbows and butterflies. Overall, he is a very intriguing character.
The story itself is amazing! I like the new approach to the student/teacher romance.
Fiona made this a real page turner! Definitely 5 stars!
Fiona Cole is a master at merging sex and romance together so the end result is an emotional and engaging story with flawed and strong characters. Voyeur is just that. This story is so much more than the title. This isn’t just about a man who gets his rocks off by watching other people indulge in sexual activities. No, there’s so much more to Callum and the young woman Oaklyn who works at Voyeur in her spare time and is his student at college.
Their story is intense, sweet and heartbreaking. I really liked Oaklyn because of her spirit and her determination despite her young age. She’s a fighter who once she sets a goal will do what’s possible for her to achieve it.
Callum is a loving man who carries a secret that has affected him since he was in his teens. He struggles with being intimate with women because of that trauma from his past. How Callum struggles with his demons is flawlessly written. I truly felt his pain and frustration with not being able to let go and to control himself.
The highlight of Voyeur is the evolution of Callum thanks to Oaklyn. Her patience and understanding of him is honest and beautiful. Their friendship is fun and easy. They revel in each other’s company and their progression from friends to lovers is wonderfully written.
There’s so much heat and chemistry between them that I had to fan myself. At times it got really hot I felt I needed a shower. This story was fabulous thanks to two well developed characters and strong writing. Fiona Cole keeps surprising me.
4.5 BadAssDirtyWatchMeStars
WOW!!! JUST WOW!!! VOYEUR By Fiona Cole…Blew My Mind Out of the Water!!! This Book is NOT for the Faint of Hearts and leaves you SPEECHLESS!!! JUST SPEECHLESS!!! Fiona Cole can put you in another World where you can get Lost in the moment from the Very beginning and Wonder WHERE you Ventured to.
Callum and Oaklyn story is NOT your common Student/Teacher Storytelling. Their story takes you Outside the Box like Fiona Cole knows how to do and gives you ALL THE FEELS!!
Dr. Callum Pierce is NOT your Average Alpha Male/Boyfriend material since he deals with skeletons from his childhood that affects his “relationships” but very complex. I Love that he shows his vulnerability that we humans do but also shows his Growth throughout this book.

“Hello, welcome to Astronomy.”
More head nods and a few wide eyes from the girls walking in. I’d been teaching for three years now and was used to it. I was younger than most of the professors in the school, and I wasn’t oblivious to my looks. So, I ignored them and kept my smiles polite and my attention short, not wanting to encourage anything. I looked out over the class and saw almost all the seats filled. Only a few more minutes and then I’d begin.
“Hello. Welc—” My throat closed up over the words when I went to greet the next set of students entering the room.
Two girls.
One a blonde I’d never seen before.
The other? The other was her. The girl from Voyeur. In my classroom. As a fucking student.
As my student. Blood pounded through my veins; the whooshing sound blocking out the chatter and movement of the classroom. My vision narrowed, and I focused solely on her. She was smiling, laughing at something her friend said.
She looked so much the same and yet so different. At Voyeur, she walked with an air of confidence, of maturity. Sometimes wearing only lingerie. But as she strode in wearing her skinny jeans and over-sized sweater, she looked so much like a student that I was kicking myself for not seeing how young she was before. Even worse was that most students in my class were freshmen, but I had to hold out hope that maybe she was older.
Maybe a senior just getting her last requirements ? I cringed, feeling like a pervert for getting off to an eighteen-year-old.
FUCK.
:sighs: Ok I am going to try my best to articulate my feelings on this book.
I am obsessed! I love Cal and Oaklyn so much that it is not even funny! When I was supposed to be working I was daydreaming of these 2! I could not get them out of my mind. I would count down the minutes until I could go read about them some more. When I was not reading about them I was going over what I just read and trying to speculate what would happen next!
I am not going to lie…. they broke my heart a little (or more like a lot!!!) With a name like Voyeur, you expect it to be hot ( and it is SOOOOOOOOO HOT!!!!!), but I was not expecting they story to get so deep! Oaklyn really is the most patient, understanding and compassionate woman, and Cal was really fortunate to have met her. The issues that he has to deal with are very deep rooted and he had been working on them (or so he thought) for a very long time. It seems all you really need is the love of a great woman!
I absolutely LOVED this book! It really did have ALL THE FEELS for me! My attachment to these characters levels on obsession levels. If they were real people I would probably stalk them! I think everyone needs to read this book. It is not JUST a hot read! It gets very serious at times. The love is so strong. (I feel like I am rambling!) So in conclusion…… GET THIS BOOK!!!!
Don’t let the title fool you. Yes, the voyeurism plays an important role in the story…..but deep down it is so much more than that. It is a beautiful and captivating love story that had me hooked from the beginning. I absolutely loved Oakley & Callum’s story and I could not get through the pages fast enough. Plenty of emotion and all of the steamy goodness that I have come to expect from the author. It was amazing!
I really love that Fiona isn’t afraid to push the boundaries of sexuality, but does so in such a way that engages the reader and leaves them wanting more. And I will always want more of what she is writing. I highly recommend this book and this author – trust me, you will not be disappointed!
5 STARS FOR VOYEUR!! OMG, what a freaking fantastic story with all the feels. This is a beautiful emotional love story, that is taboo, but has a sweet side also. Callum and Oaklyn have so much chemistry and these two need each other, even though they should not, the pull is to strong. Fiona Cole pushes the limit in her storytelling in a delicious way and makes you crave more. I voluntarily reviewed an advance reader copy of this book.
Fiona Cole never writes the easy love story. She doesn’t follow the trusted romance path and I love her for it. Her books are always ones that make me think, make me feel, LOTS, and usually make me seriously hot.
Callum is not your average alpha BBF and thank god for that. He’s got demons to overcome and I loved that we got to see a man being equal parts vulnerable and brave. Gah!! He’s a complex man and his growth in the story is amazing.
Oaklyn is such a smart, empowered and empathetic character. I loved her strength and the patience and maturity she showed. So refreshing to see the woman be the saviour for a change.
Then we get the smoking hot chemistry, taste of voyeurism and explorations of people’s sexual boundaries. It’s a delicious blend of emotions and sexual discovery and I devoured every single word. Cannot recommend it enough if you’re looking for smart with your heat.
