Amazon Top 40 Best Seller I didn’t know she was my student the first time I paid to watch her at Voyeur.Once she walked into my classroom, another smiling college freshman, I knew I should stop going. Stop watching. But I couldn’t do it. Everything about her makes me want more, and once I realize she wants me too, the temptation becomes irresistible. The worst part is that she has no idea her … irresistible.
The worst part is that she has no idea her professor is the one watching behind the glass.
I just have to hope that once she finds out the truth, she wants the same thing I do. Because now that I’ve seen all of her, I can’t look away.

This was one very hot and spicy book, and I really enjoyed it.
I couldn’t help but admire Oaklyn. She was put in a very difficult position and it wasn’t even her fault. Instead of doing nothing or blaming others, she realized what she needed to do and made it happen. Would working at Voyeur be something I would have chosen, probably not but it worked for Oaklyn. She worked three jobs and went to school and wouldn’t mooch off her friends. Good for her.
My heart hurt for Cal. On the outside he seems like man who is so put together but yet he is hiding a huge secret and Voyeur is the only place he can feel safe. Watching him work through his issue with Oaklyn was both heartbreaking and wonderful to read.
I work at a college and so the only issue I had with this book was the fact they started messing around when she was his student. I kept thinking, just wait a couple months when she’s not in your class and then go wild. I know in romance this wouldn’t have worked because it added to the suspense of the book but the logical part of me wanted to yell at my kindle.
What a story! Voyeur was a forbidden, age-gap tale that was hotter than hot yet also emotional. This story had endless steamy scenes yet it was so much more than that. Its a story about relationships and how love can help to heal from a traumatic past.
This story was unique and not what I was expecting. It was well written and will have you hooked until the end. I loved Callum and Oaklyn. I was rooting for them throughout the book. This novel was a phenomenal read worthy of more than 5 stars and I would highly recommend it.
“I want the man who looks at me like I’m more than any of those stars.” ~Oaklyn
Holy hell!! I read Student Teacher Forbidden Romance was like they are going out of style. I just can’t seem to get enough of them!! When I saw that Ms. Cole was releasing a new one I needed to read it!
This was my first book by Fiona and I will certainly be seeking out more of her work! She took the typical plot line for a S/T book and blew it up!! KABOOM!! This plot line is like NOTHING I’ve read before. I devoured this book because it was that amazing! She has mastered giving you all the feels! I had goosebumps upon goosebumps from the pure romance and emotion she put into this book!
I envy all of those who get to read this book for the first time!
5 shining stars!!
I have always been intrigued as to how one ends up being a watcher vs a participant. And this book answers this question with regards to Callum. And it has the added twist of him watching his 19 year old student.
I really enjoyed this book and am interested in reading more of Fiona Cole’s stories.
I think this was my 1st book by this author and I adored it.
Taboo love is another troupe I love to read as not everything is as it seems to the world today. Callum and Oaklyn have become one of my favorite couples who went through a lot to get what they both wanted in life.
We all have trials in our life some would be destroyed by them but some come out stronger in the end.
I am glad to have read this book and will definitely read more from this author.
Definitely one of my favorites!
I’ve read, reread and read again! These two have such a connection, and I love thier stuggle to find love.
I didn’t want their journey to end!
This was a very steamy five star read. I was turning the pages so fast that I think I burned my fingers!!!! Excellent job, Fiona Cole!!!!! I’m new to you, but I will definitely read more!!!!!
So much more than just a student teacher romance. Fiona Cole sets up a romance that has way more heart than your average taboo treat. The characters are smart and dynamic. They allow Fiona Cole to explore an issue as complicated as sexual dysfunction in way that’s nuanced and entertaining. Overall this is the swoon-worthy story of H discovering a heroine strong enough and patient enough to help him confront his sexual limits. I loved it! Broken characters are my FAVORITE- so effin’ relatable and endearing. Well done, Fiona.
his is the first book I’ve read by Fiona and I will be reading more now. This was a fantastic read. It has secrets, emotion, angst, happiness, and more. Oaklyn has to find a job after her parents spend her tuition money, so her best friend tells her about her uncle’s club, Voyeur. It is a place people pay to watch their desires play out in front of them. Callum is a professor and has some demons from his past that has gotten in the way of having a serious relationship. One night, he is at Voyeur and sees Oaklyn. When school starts back up he is shocked to see Oaklyn in his class. He knows he should stay away from her but he keeps going back to Voyeur to watch Her. One thing leads to another and they cross the teacher/student line. They have a lot of things to work through to make their relationship work. Will their love be enough or will it all crumble to the ground? I voluntarily reviewed this book. Their chemistry is hot and they have an undeniable connection to each other. Their attraction was instantaneous, even though they both tried to fight it. This will bring out all emotions while reading this book.
This book just blew me away! What an emotional rollercoaster ride. If you are looking for a book that will give you the feels. This one would be it. The writing, storyline and characters went above and beyond my expectations. This book is the first I have read from this author and I am looking forward to reading more. If you want to go for a ride I highly recommend this book to everyone. Phenomenal!
I voluntarily read this as an advanced readers copy!
My favorite Fiona Cole book. What a terrific take on student /Teacher relationship. Loved everything about this book. This story has everything I love in a book, its sexy, full of angst and emotion. This one will definitely go to the re-read shelf. Easy 5 stars.
Ok wild admission here. I love this concept. LOVE it. I have two feelings, one I wish a club like this existed when I was in my early 20s and could work there. Two, I almost wish there was a club like this now where I could be a member. UGH! I hate when book worlds make things I want in real life.
But here’s the thing. This was a fantastic read. I loved every word of this story. I laughed, I cried, I had to step away from the book b/c the read percentage was high and the ending was in sight and I didn’t want it to end. I almost wanted a semi-cliffhanger where I knew there would be a book 2.
Let’s start with Oaklyn. (LOVE the name. L.O.V.E. it) My only “complaint” was her age. 19 felt wrong to be a ‘voyeur’ into her love life. How she ever still speaks to her parents is just BEYOND my comprehension. Who does that to their kid???? WHO?
If I had known there was a chance of professors looking like Callum I would have gone to college. Maybe.
Both of their stories are heartfelt. Not once did I think their age difference or teacher/student status were an issue. You WANT them to be together. You see just how she works for him. You die a little getting his background.
Holy smokes. This book was so hot that I felt like I needed a cigarette after some scenes. I was blown away and surprised by how turned on I was by the nature of the kinks and how the author portrayed them. Lest you think the book is all about sex..it isn’t. There are well fleshed out characters with faults, strengths, and deep capacities for love. I was completely engrossed in their story. Bravo, Ms. Cole.
So one of my book besties (Michelle Clay) suggested I give this book a try and WOAH am I totally glad that I did! Voyeur is my first Fiona Cole read, but after experience a story like this one I know that it certainly will not be my last!
This story takes forbidden romance to a whole new level and will leave you hot and bothered from beginning to end. Fiona Cole sure knows how to write scenes in a way where readers could close their eyes and picture the event completely in their heads. I absolutely adored that undeniable chemistry between Oaklyn and Callum because it was so freaking HOT! Their romantic scenes were amazing and I couldn’t put my kindle down during them.
After reading this sexy and beautifully captivating story I cannot wait to check out her past releases because I have no doubt they are going to be some of my favorite reads!
Fiona Cole is my new favorite writer. I was first introduced to her through the Cards of Love series and her book, The Lovers. With its angst and happy ending, I was hooked. Even more, that book was fiery with Jake and Jackson and Carina. By the end of the book, I was fairly certain that I might need a little CPR from the way the story had me holding my breath through the entire story.
Following that book, I decided to read Voyeur. I understand that it was back-tracking; however, I wanted to read more from this “universe.” However, I was pretty reticent to read the book. In order to fully understand my reticence, you need to understand that I am a professor of writing, so any student/professor stories make me uncomfortable. I personally would never engage in this type of relationship with one of my students, so it engages my vomit reflex with the thought of it.
Voyeur follows the story of Callum and Oaklyn. Callum is a professor who struggles with intimacy due to a past trauma. His inability to connect with others has caused him to buy a membership to Voyeur, so he can watch what he wishes he could engage in. Oaklyn is a student whose parents have used her scholarship money to pay for an emergency expense. Since she is struggling to pay for tuition AND her life expenses, she interviews for and takes a job at Voyeur to pay for her bills. This experience is liberating for her, but she also struggles with it too. One night, Callum spies Oaklyn, and he is entranced by her. Eventually, days later, he realizes she is one of his students, as well as a student aide in his department. He becomes obsessed with her, as he is physically (and eventually, emotionally) attracted to her. This book follows their foray into a relationship and all of the issues related to that.
Even with my trepidation, I loved this book. For one, even though she is a student, Oaklyn is incredibly mature for her age. In fact, there are many times in the story when her emotional maturity surpasses Callum’s, and she is the only adult in the room. Although she is young, she is wise, and it is her wisdom and strength that saves Callum from himself for most of the story. Her character is my favorite part of the story. She is powerful womanhood personified.
Callum is a special male H. He is broken, and he is hiding from living his life because his brokenness holds him down. Yet, instead of staying broken, he comes to the realization that he can actually save himself. Even more, he needs to save himself. Instead of rescuing the female, he rescues himself, and this is a message needed in our own lives.
The ancillary characters of the story offer some additional color, but they are insignificant to the relationship of Callum and Oaklyn. They simply act as “sounding boards” or an impetus for story movement. Each of the main ancillary characters find his/her story in other books: Jake in The Lovers and Olivia in Liar, a current newsletter story. I absolutely recommend you read these stories too.
Voyeur is a story of healing from trauma through love. Callum and Oaklyn’s relationship is powerful, and it reminds us that we can move beyond our pasts to find happiness in the future. Fiona Cole infuses the angst of this story (and her other books) with a message of renewal and love. And she does it with the fire of passion. A worthy combination for romance.
Overall:
Intriguing. Captivating. Forbidden. Complicated. Angtsy. Hot. Emotional. Erotic. Heartbreaking. Beautiful. Intense. Deep.
Just a few words to describe this book, Voyeur.
Fiona Cole was a new author to me until I read her book, Cards of Love: The Lovers, and since finishing that book, I was intrigued by the world of Voyeur. It was mentioned many times while reading, so immediately after I finished The Lovers, I picked up Voyeur. And let me tell you, Fiona Cole DOES NOT disappoint!
She has brought me into the world that she created and I never, ever want to leave!
First off, the cover is absoultely stunning! I love the intimacy and closeness of the two. And the blurb? That’s what hooked me! I love age gap stories and this one has to be one of my favorites!
Throughout the story you follow both Callum and Oakley, feeling and seeing everything that these two main characters are going through with one another and as individuals. The push and pull between these two was intense and driven with so much emotion. You can feel it as you flip the pages, what they shared was undeniable and real.

Callum Pierce.
I fell in love with him so hard!
He’s a perfectly flawed hero, sexy as sin, and a professor. While being haunted by a very tragic and traumatic past, he is not your typical alpha male. He is still dealing with a lot of unresolved and conflicting issues within himself. So much holds him back from wanting a life that he yearns for badly, and he knew that his student would be the one to help him see the light in all the darkness?
Oakley Derringer.
I love her beautiful soul, the way she carried herself, and determination to get things done as a student. While dealing with issues of her own due to her parents and the costs of university and living, she couldn’t deny a job that needed to be done at Voyeur. What she didn’t expect at all was to feel things for her professor. A friendship was made and as times passed, she could no longer deny the growing bond between them, no matter what hidden issues stood behind the glass. She was his light in all of the darkness.
I loved the progression of their relationship, no matter how secretive it was. Even with their personal struggles, love and understanding was present. The emotions, chemistry, and tension Between both Callum and Oakley were off the charts.
Oakley helped Callum in tremendous ways with her caring heart, and even though he had step-backs, he accepted her help because he knew what he wanted.
He wanted her.

I admire Cole so much for bringing light on an issue that not many people talk about, let alone, write. The whole time I was reading, I kept wondering about Callum’s past and why it affected him the way it did. When all was revealed, my heart broke and bled for him! Cole told Callum’s story perfectly, and it made me fall in love with him even more! My new book boyfriend!
Voyeur is definitely one of my top favorite reads of 2018! And I cannot wait to read more of what she has in store for Voyeur!
And Cole has definitely become one of my favorite, one-click authors! I cannot get enough of her writing!
Five Dreamy Stars:
Voyeur was my first book by Fiona Cole and I am left so deeply impressed. I dove into this almost blind, knowing very little. Actually I only knew the title, the cover and that everyone was already raving about it.
The story, as well as the sublime writing style of Fiona Cole captivating. I was addicted to turning every page. Voyeur is full of red hot sizzling scenes, yet they are delicate and classy at the same time. Fiona managed to find a perfect balance between describing hot scenes and developing the personal relationship between Oaklyn and Callum.
Voyeur is simply in another class. With the flawless balance of character and story development and hot but classy scenes it fulfills every erotic romance readers dreams. I can only highly recommend reading this book.
This is my first book by Fiona Cole. I won an ARC copy of Voyeur and I have to admit I was intrigued from all the teasers and blurbs about this book but taken completely off guard by just how much I loved this book! Callum and Oaklynn are amazing together and her maturity and understanding of Callum’s past and the way she approaches the obstacles it causes shows her depth of understanding and compassion. This is by far one of the best books I’ve read this year!
I accepted an ARC of Voyeur for my review
This book is smoking hot! How far would you go to make money to pay for college? Oaklyn is about to find out exactly what she’d do to pay for her college courses! Working at Voyeur isn’t anything Oaklyn ever thought she would do but she’s desperate for money and she can make good money working there. When Callum goes to Voyeur to relieve some stress, he sees Oaklyn and is immediately intrigued, so he pays for a show and he’s blown away by his attraction to Oaklyn. Callum has major intimacy issues stemming from childhood and Voyeur is the perfect place for him and now especially since Oaklyn works there. One thing Callum never expected was for Oaklyn to be one of his new students! He would never cross the line with a student but he can’t get her out of his mind so he continues to pay to see her at Voyeur, unbeknownst to Oaklyn. Things escalate between them but Callum finds it hard to control his jealousy and Oaklyn isn’t going to walk away from a good paying job that she needs. Can this broken professor move on from his past and be the man that Oaklyn deserves or will the past destroy his chance at a happy future?
I’m really kicking myself in the butt for not reading this book sooner. I bought it when it was on sale, and it sat in my eReader for months. This was one of the best forbidden romance / age gap / teacher-student romance books I’ve ever read. At first I thought, “wow this is a fun read.” It’s definitely unique in its setup, with the main female character working at a voyeuristic club. That was new to me and definitely made the story. When you find out the dynamic and relationship between these two as student and professor, it adds a little bit more of the taboo and riskiness to it.
It was a very very heartfelt story, and details which I won’t put in my review, make it so much more than the sexy book it is. Female lead in this book comes across as domineering, successful, and like he has his stuff all put together nicely. Whereas the female lead comes across as a struggling college student.
what surprised me most about this book was how strong the female character was. She helped carry this book so much through the thick and the thin and I loved how her insights and her presence throughout this book really helped guide the storyline. I wish that when I was her age, I was that strong-willed.
Really great book! You definitely need to pick this one up.
