Amazon Top 40 Best Seller I didn’t know she was my student the first time I paid to watch her at Voyeur.Once she walked into my classroom, another smiling college freshman, I knew I should stop going. Stop watching. But I couldn’t do it. Everything about her makes me want more, and once I realize she wants me too, the temptation becomes irresistible. The worst part is that she has no idea her … irresistible.
The worst part is that she has no idea her professor is the one watching behind the glass.
I just have to hope that once she finds out the truth, she wants the same thing I do. Because now that I’ve seen all of her, I can’t look away.

I’m contemplating if I should give the book a 5 star or not. I really did enjoy the plot. I think I would have given this book a 5 star if Callum and Oaklyn not go back and forth so much. Everything between them were good, and then the next, there were disagreements. It happened a few times. Just get it together. u2063u2063

I should have looked up what VOYEUR means before I read the book. I honestly did not know what it means. Lol. Here’s the meaning for you though: a person who gains sexual pleasure from watching others when they are naked or engaged in sexual activity. There you go. I didn’t like the whole concept of Oaklyn “faking” it with Jackson. I just want her for Callum. Selfish I know. I have to say though…Callum and Oaklyn are definitely . A LOT of sex scenes. I feel like half of the book is just sex. Maybe some of it can be cut out. I’m scare for them whenever they’re in his office. Please don’t let anyone see or hear them. Lol u2063u2063

Overall, it is an intriguing and intense book. Their love story is a beautiful. Oaklyn is really a badass heroine. She is an independent and determined woman. As for Callum, he’s a broken, tortured, and beautiful man. My heart goes out to him. He can be frustrating sometimes, but it’s because of his past so I’ll look pass it. Sorry for such a long review. u2063u2063
Ahh I love a Teacher/ Student read but I haven’t read one in a while that has me totally unable to put the book down and Fiona cole has done an amazing job with this book because it’s awesome I absolutely loved it can’t wait for what’s to come with this series.
Voyeur draw me into Fiona Cole’s amazing writing. I enjoy the secrecy and the drama of the professor-student forbidden romance. Great read!Voyeur draw me into Fiona Cole’s amazing writing. I enjoy the secrecy and the drama of the professor-student forbidden romance. Great read!
I have to tell you this is the second time I read this book. I don’t know why I didn’t review it the first time because I loved it then, but guess what the saying is true,”The second time around is even better”. I’m guessing life just got in my way. Not this time. This time I’m here to tell you this is a book that deserves to be read and you deserve to read it.
It hits all the right notes. Oakland and Callum are perfectly flawed characters, who will touch all your senses and hit your heart and soul. This author brings to the table subjects that are generally viewed as taboo and brings us in for us to look at in a very realistic way. Sometimes we delude ourselves by believing in fairytale endings. Life continues to move at lightening speed everyday and is ever changing. You never know what or who will change what you thought you knew.
This is a story of trial, error, the unthinkable, understanding, jealousy, wanting, yearning, redemption and hope, above all hope and “true” love. I say true love because love isn’t always sexy and romantic. It can be hard. Don’t worry you get your heat and it’s really good but mostly you get truth. It’s beautiful, tormenting and will touch your heart and soul.
I also love the secondary characters. They very much enhanced the story. I don’t do spoilers. It’s not fair to the author and seriously you want to read the full story without hints from me. You’ll get your highlights from the blurb.
So all in all I guess you’d an tell I loved this book and so will you. So for the second time I will repeat myself. This is a book that deserves to be read and you deserve to read it!
Hot for teacher
Voyeur is a taboo, teacher/student attraction but it didn’t start in the classroom. When Callum first sees the most intriguing woman he’s ever met, I’m fairly certain you wouldn’t expect where that happens!
Oaklyn’s parents are ‘sorry’ to say that they have spent her college fund and now, she’s left scrambling to find a way to stay in school, if it’s possible. Her bestie, Olivia, has a suggestion that’s way out there- feasible, but risque to say the least. The question is…can Oaklyn do what’s required to accept this position that could offer the kind of money she needs???
Callum has caught a glimpse of Oaklyn and is very invested in seeing her again but she hasn’t seen him, or has she? Let’s just say the 1st time she does, neither were expecting the sparks, more like fireworks, that go off in their minds. Who would expect an Astonomy professor to be that darn HOT!!!
Wrong place, wrong time but what if it could be right? Callum is sending mixed signals, but this is a man with issues that are buried deep- tragic, life altering ones and difficult to understand to someone looking in from the outside. Can Callum let in the beautiful woman who is stealing his heart, one piece a time and can he handle what that means if he does?
Wow, Fiona Cole killed me with this book. Such silent suffering for Callum, so much that I would have jumped into this book to hug him myself, if I could have! And Oaklyn…what perception and maturity this 19 year old had with her sweet, sensitive and caring nature. No wonder Callum was falling.
Ms. Cole has me now, this book was so good and of course, the next in this series is already loaded onto my Kindle. Don’t worry though, there is no cliffhanger with Voyeur, but you can look forward to a happy epilogue. It can stand alone and gives the reader both MCs a point of view so you can get right into their heads and this story. Now, more steamy moments await me with Lovers, so off I go! If you haven’t read any of her books, this might be a great place to start. Recommend!
Once I started reading Oaklyn and Callum’s story, it was hard to stop. The pull of their connection was irresistible. Despite both of their personal struggles, the story had plenty of humor to balance the drama. It is hard not to fall in love with the characters and get caught up in the world Ms. Cole created.
As a warning, there is a darkness to the story that may be hard for some to read. However, the path of healing Oak and Cal’s love inspires outshines any of the shadows in the story.
I can’t wait to read the next book in this series!
Something a little different in the student teacher genre, this book has a sensuality to it that I’ve not found in others.
Professor Callum Pierce is a hot yummy bundle with hidden secrets that could destroy everything he’s worked for. Oaklyn is a student who’s struggling to make ends meet do takes a very unexpected job.
Club Voyeur caters for people with different sexual needs it’s where Callum goes to rid himself of his frustrations. When he sees Oaklan he’s instantly fascinated the next time he sees her she’s in his classroom.
I enjoyed the connection between them it’s not all sex sex sex although it plays a large part of their relationship. The story is told in dual point of view, I always find it fascinating getting inside the guys head and Callum has a lot going on.
A journey into the kink of voyeurism I will admit to learning at the same time as Oaklyn. The story flows really well, at no time did I feel the author was trying to sensationalise the subject matter but gives the reader a good well though out book.
This story is a student-teacher romance with an interesting twist. I felt bad for Oaklyn. Her parents stole her tuition and now she is struggling to pay for college. Her friend helps her get a job at a club called Voyeur. Now she is watched by club members as she strips and more. Callum, a physics professor, sees Oaklyn at the club one night and cannot forget her. He is later shocked to learn that Oaklyn is now his student.
Callum’s pain is heartbreaking to read. He has dealt and is still dealing with a terrible past. He finds temporary solace in his budding relationship with Oaklyn. The sad part is that he is too needy and insecure to let the relationship grow. I loved that Oaklyn was written as a strong character that was self-reliant. She loved Callum but she was not going to make decisions based on the whims of one person. This story is sexy and hot but also has moments that may be troubling. This is the first book I have read from this author and I thoroughly enjoyed it.
What a great read!. I believe this book is a first from this author and I really enjoyed it. The storyline and the plot were complicated and deep. The emotions depicted were raw and real. I also thought the sex scenes were very hot!! A truly enjoyable read. This won’t be my last book from this author.
My first Fiona Cole book and I’m already a fan. I loved the fresh take on the student/teacher genre. It was definitely one of those “OMG I WANT SO MUCH TO HAPPEN AND THERE’S NOT ENOUGH PAGES LEFT” books. All that credit goes to Ms. Cole. I was so invested in Oaklyn and Callum and was rooting for their happily ever after.
Just couldn’t get into it. Too slow
The overview made me think this was a teacher/student forbidden romance…it is so much more.
Yes, the main characters are a young college professor and a student, but Callum suffers from PTSD he sustained from events in his childhood. Which follow him in his adult life and hold him back from finding the love and future he longs for.
Oaklyn is a nineteen year old freshman struggling to pay for her education. Due to circumstances beyond her control she is forced to seek employment in a club.
Club Voyeur is where Callum first sees Oaklyn and is immediately drawn to her. Then he finds that she is one of his students.
The attraction is undeniable for both of them, but the past is sometimes hard to leave behind. There is a mind field of old scars and triggers that must be healed before they can reach their Happily Ever After.
This story is packed with emotions that will tug at your heart and have you cheering for Callum and Oaklyn.
I’m looking forward to reading more in this series. Happy Reading:)
I’d been dying to read this for months and months, finding myself drawn towards the interesting blurb and gorgeous cover only to be pulled back by innumerous obligations. Voyeur, my introduction to this author’s writing, exceeded my expectations—a forbidden romance between student and teacher with a hint of voyeurism to intensify the irresistible taboo nature.
“I want the man who looks at me like I’m more than any of those stars.”
Oaklyn Derringer is desperate. Student debts looming and virtually no spending money available, she’s resigned to work at Voyeur, an exclusive club that satiates patrons proclivities to voyeurism. Despite her age, Oaklyn’s emotionally mature with demonstrative sensibility and understanding of others emotions. Combined with an ability to remain level-headed and determined in difficult situations makes this young heroine an admirable character.
“For her, I’d try anything.”
Haunted by childhood traumas, Callum Pierce isn’t without demons. With a dark past that follows, it has become a hindrance in allowing Callum to pursue intimate, romantic relationships—yet, there’s no denying Callum finds an inherent uniqueness in Oaklyn. Her compassionate understanding and gentle nature give this damaged hero hope to flourish and pursue a healthy, long-term relationship.
“I dreamed of making love to her under the stars.”
I loved the slow burn and crackling sexual tension between Oaklyn and Callum. However, the connection isn’t without its complications, as miscommunication and misunderstandings become a dividing factor in this taboo couple’s relationship. But the real issue, in my opinion, is Callum’s inability to approach the situation with maturity and honesty, turning to extreme alcohol consumption (having suffered from addiction beforehand) to somehow combat his issues of jealousy and possessiveness. I also suffered from whiplash—Callum bounced from warm and romantic, to cold and aloof in three seconds. Despite coming across as intelligent, he isn’t very sensible.
If you love forbidden student/teacher romance; a damaged hero; a heroine mature beyond her age; a steam-filled, electrifying chemistry, I recommend Voyeur. Putting aside my issue with Callum, this author’s writing is engaging and she created a world filled with interesting characters that intertwine in various ways.
So the whole professor/student trope is HOT, 1. because he’s the teacher and she’s the young innocent student 2. because it’s a big no-no and 3. AGE-GAP 🙂 definitely ticks all my boxes. I love a broken hero and a heroine that is strong enough to see him through some pretty rocky times and not give up. I loved seeing the development of Cal and Oaklyn’s relationship – even though the attraction was immediate the progress from one point to the next was at a perfect pace. Albeit the majority of that reason was due to Cal and his history and Oaklyn’s job. It was an emotional read at times and the sexy times were off the charts. I’m looking forward to reading Jackson’s story, Lovers next 🙂
There were a lot of great reviews of this and I can see why – the h rescues the H from his dysfunction, but it seemed so unreal, sort of like a candy striper doing a heart transplant. A professional in the therapy field might have had trouble with this one, but it just took the love of a (very young) woman…
I loved that despite the student-teacher given, the author went beyond this and actually told a story of the people involved. There is depth, growth, intensity, and oh-so-fantastic sex. Everything I want in a book to keep me engrossed and very happy.
4.7 stars
“She was my Halley’s Comet. Only coming once in a lifetime.”
Sweet Holy titfire. This book is hotter than an August night in Las Vegas. Teacher-student romances are usually hit or miss for me. Maybe that’s because I work in Education and none of the Professors are who I’d want to see naked. However, If they looked or talked like Callum I’d make an exception.
Add in the voyeur aspect and violá, this book becomes a definite hit for me. This is largely in part because it had a FANTASTIC backstory. I was sympathetic towards the issues Callum dealt with. They hit close to home and I appreciated the author portraying them in such a loving way. Oaklyn did a phenomenal job understanding his needs and giving him exactly what he needed.
I highly recommend this book.
So so
While I didn’t like the idea of a voyeur, this book caught me. The storyline was catching, romantic yet tragic in away. It caught me up and was a very good read.
Ugh, this book. This is the type of book that is so hot that it makes you question whether you should judge yourself for liking it so much. Without giving too much away, the title of the book gives a big clue on a huge theme in the book. But that is just the tip of the iceberg. There are plenty of other very serious topics discussed.
What I loved about this book, besides the writing, is the character development, especially Callum. The writing, as always, is spot on with Fiona’s books. She keeps the reader on their toes and captivated on what is going to happen next. Voyeur is no different.
Fiona created a world with flawed characters with lots of angst interspersed with bouts of hot steamy sex. Who doesn’t like the sound of that?!
