NOW THE STARZ ORIGINAL SERIES OUTLANDER In this rich, vibrant tale, Diana Gabaldon continues the story of Claire Randall and Jamie Fraser that began with the now-classic novel Outlander and continued in Dragonfly in Amber. Sweeping us from the battlefields of eighteenth-century Scotland to the exotic West Indies, Diana Gabaldon weaves magic once again in an exhilarating and utterly unforgettable … an exhilarating and utterly unforgettable novel.
VOYAGER
Their passionate encounter happened long ago by whatever measurement Claire Randall took. Two decades before, she had traveled back in time and into the arms of a gallant eighteenth-century Scot named Jamie Fraser. Then she returned to her own century to bear his child, believing him dead in the tragic battle of Culloden. Yet his memory has never lessened its hold on her . . . and her body still cries out for him in her dreams.
Then Claire discovers that Jamie survived. Torn between returning to him and staying with their daughter in her own era, Claire must choose her destiny. And as time and space come full circle, she must find the courage to face the passion and the pain awaiting her . . . the deadly intrigues raging in a divided Scotland . . . and the daring voyage into the dark unknown that can reunite—or forever doom—her timeless love.
Praise for Voyager
“Voyager is, frankly, an amazing read. An unusual mix of romance, suspense and history. . . . If you can put this huge tome down before dawn, you’re made of sterner stuff than I am.”—Arizona Tribune
“Rousing . . . audacious . . . exciting . . . Gabaldon masterfully weaves . . . flashbacks . . . crossing time periods with abandon but never losing track of the story.”—Locus
“Unconventional . . . memorable storytelling.”—The Seattle Times

This third addition to the Outlander series does not disappoint! The history, the complex characters, the romance – it’s all there!
Claire Beauchamp Randall Fraser has discovered that her 18th century Scottish husband, whom she left on the eve of the Battle of Culloden Moor and traveled through time back to the 1940s – did NOT die in the battle. …
This is one of my favorites of the Outlander book series. I love Gabaldon’s prose in them all—her attention to detail, her acerbic wit, and meticulous research make a wonderful package from cover to cover.
I was hooked as soon as Claire and Jamie started falling for each other. I’ve read the entire series and can’t wait until the next installment. Historical fictiion, adventure & romance all wrapped in a bit of magic.
Each book gets better. I love Jamie and Claire, Brianna and Roger. I am so amazed at the amount of details, adventure, and love each page holds. Diana Gabaldon does such a fantastic job with character and environment description that I feel like I am in the actual locations going on adventures with the characters. I am eager to start the next …
LOVE this series
Historical fiction and Diana Gabaldon go hand in hand! Another great chapter in the Outlander series featuring our favorite characters Claire and Jamie!
Claire and Jamie’s story continues in Voyager. While the TV series is great, the books are so much better because they go into more depth. I could not put this book down. I chuckled out loud in places, chewed my nail in others, and teared up more than once. Oh, and of course enjoyed the romantic elements between Claire and Jamie. SIGH
As an …
Besides book 1, this is the most action packed of the series. Every time you turn around, something new is happening! Since the story is close to a thousand pages long, that’s a lot of action!
Can’t say enough about this series. I love the characters and the plot. A bit of everything history, romance, and great storyline. Could not put it down.
This one was the best by far in the series so far! I enjoyed that the scene was set back in Scotland for the majority of the book. I also thought the ending’s change to the Carribean was entertaining and thrilling. It made the end of the book a real page-turner. The characters have developed nicely. I really believe twenty years have gone by with …
This series has to be some of the best series ever written. As an author, I am in awe of Diana’s story-telling skills, the way her characters come alive on the page. Excellent reading
This is book #3 in the Outlander series and it was page-turner for me as you want to see the main characters reunite after so many years apart. It was interesting to read the flashbacks about Jamie and Claire’s separate but lonely lives as they try to adapt with the possibility of never seeing each other again. In the present day of the 60’s, …
Voyager is the third book in the Outlander series by Diana Gabaldon. It pick up where Dragonfly in Amber left off.
After been parted away with Jamie, Claire is back in her own time bearing his child believing that he had die in the battle of Culloden two centuries ago. She can’t seems to be able to forget about him. Years later, while in Scotland …
Wonderful addition to the Outlander series. Have read all extant volumes more than twice & am anxiously awaiting the next installment to be published this year.
The read was very engaging and exciting. I don’t know how the lady does it. She keeps you on the edge of your seat and flipping through pages in excitement for about 1000 pp.
So much happens in this book that I just cannot possibly give a brief synopsis . The book begins by alternating points of view and time between Jamie in the past with …
I love Jamie. Sam Heughan does a good job on the Starz series, but the book Jamie is better, as all book characters are. I love this series.
Wonderful! All her books are! Waiting for book # 9!
