Victoria
I gave up fighting days ago. Our physical relationship is heaven, and I care for Voxx from Zinn. Can I say goodbye to everything I hold dear on Earth?

… from Zinn. Can I say goodbye to everything I hold dear on Earth?
Voxx
I’ve compromised for Victoria, told her I love her, and even sweetened the deal by adding my best friend to the mix. Now the decision is in her hands. If she leaves, my friend Lann and I will both be doomed to loveless lives without her.

I couldn’t put it down. It’s a quick steamy read with characters you fall in love with. Voxx is the rule follower and Lann is more laid back. Thanks Alana for another great page-turner. Also, I have to say that I got an advanced copy of this book for an honest review and that’s what this is. So, just get it and read it already!
I read the book in 3 hours, I couldn’t put it down. Alana has mastered the art of steamy sexual interactions between males & females without being pornographic or sleazy. She incorporates love & mutual respect as well daily life into her stories which makes all the difference. Her characters are well developed & come across as 3 dimensional individuals with feelings for each other which brings more life to the story.
Book Three in the Mastered by the Zinn Alien Abduction Romance Series once I started reading I was not putting the book down. Human Victoria, Voxx from Zinn and Lann, Voxx’s best friend”s story. What an ending. I received a copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.
I received a arc and volunteer to review this book. fantastic series and loved it.
The final book of the trilogy Mastered by the Zinn. It was better than the first and equally good as the second. The romantic relationship develops fully and becomes a threesome which finally completed what Victoria needs to be happy on Zinn. The epilogue of the one year anniversary shows how they face developed a sustainable relationship with healthy dynamics. Overall, the story was fun to read, witty and steamy. The elusive fifth star is just because I was ready for the story to end. I have no beef or desire to revisit these characters and I have no book hangover.
This was an ARC given freely in exchange for an honest review.
I was given this free advanced review copy at my request and have voluntarily left this review. This is the third and final book of Voxx, Victoria and wait for it… Oh Lort! I can’t say, it might be a spoiler… Let me just say it poked my heart and I was so excited and happy! I am so glad the book ended the way it did! I loved this trilogy, it sucks you in from beginning to end and has you feeling all kinds of emotions! I highly recommend this series, you will need to read them in order. I hope there will be more books of other couples in this series in the future, I will defiantly be reading them.
Voxx: Book Three in the Mastered by the Zinn Alien Abduction Romance Series brings us to the end of Voxx and Victoria’s love story where she must choose to stay forever or leave and forever forget.
Heed the warnings, folks: If you don’t want scorching sex in a dubious consent situation and a threesome, move along. If it’s your thing, your hair will singe and you will be left panting for more.
Alana Khan masterfully (chuckle) continues Voxx and Victoria’s journey to love in this third and final installment of a trilogy based on Voxx’s quest to win Victoria’s body, heart and soul in 14 days.
They have been through so much in just a few short days. As much as Voxx has tried to follow all the rules and advice given to him from those “in the know” on his planet Zinn, a planet where every mate relationship is a heavy Dominant/submissive one, it’s not working to reach Victoria’s heart. He realizes late in the game that he has not been good at expressing the depth of his love for her and that it’s probably too late, he’s going to lose her.
Victoria has begun to see with fresh eyes all the ways Voxx has shown his affection for her. As her “Sir” he has shown her the submissive side of her nature, which she has come to accept. He continues to bring her fantasies to life and give her amazing pleasure, but it’s not enough. She decides to experience all she can before going home, but doesn’t plan on falling in love.
Lann is Voxx’s best friend. He has recently aged out of the lottery for a mate Quest and will never have a chance for a mate. In Voxx Book 2 Lann was an interesting arbiter between Voxx and Victoria, showing them how they misunderstand and miscommunicate while being an advocate for them both in the relationship. He is a true friend to Voxx.
Voxx sees how Lann is a buffer and connector for him to Victoria, and he is sad Lann will never experience the joy he has tasted. Voxx sees the sparks between them and invites Lann to help fulfill Victoria’s deepest, darkest fantasy. Lann doesn’t want to lose his best friend, but he’s falling in love with Victoria too. He takes some convincing.
Victoria is firmly set on leaving, so why not give this to Lann? She really, really wants to. She and Lann connect on a far deeper level that just physically too. Now she has TWO gorgeous, amazing Dominant males giving her all the attention, affection and orgasms a girl could want. And Voxx is so loving now, revealing his deeper feelings yet just as dominant and demanding as before. He won’t hide who he is, but he needs her to know what’s in his heart. All three together blows Victoria’s mind and melts her body. So much to consider and so little time!
I enjoyed this journey of discovery with Victoria, Voxx and, ultimately, with Lann. The delicious sexiness never stops but I also reveled in the interplay of their relationships with each other. Know that this is not MM. Voxx and Lann are best friends who end up loving the same woman and give her different things that she needs, which is irresistible to Victoria. This series is well-written, emotionally engaging, INTENSE, thought provoking, kinky, sexy, and full of loving, deep connection that makes me sigh.
This is the final installment in the Voxx trilogy. It really caught me by surprise, I did not see the ending coming. You will not be disappointed with the conclusion to this steamy romance.
I recieved this book in exchange for an honest review.
Hola, that was an intense, rousing journey, with a touching depth that was overwhelming.
Everyone took another turn towards a believable, cuddly ending. Emotionally gripping with handkerchief supplies, Victoria made the decision “spontaneously” herself at the crossroads and with the separate epilogue, Alana Khan managed to get me back on board completely. It’s worth persevering, even if you sometimes swear death and devil in between, it’s only over when it’s over, giving up doesn’t count.
Super built up, excellently lively, understandably and comprehensibly written, a really very good story about 3 books, but the way was also necessary and was masterly completed. The character development was uniquely good and the story arc was outstandingly exciting. The introduction of Lann, the better buddy half of Voxx, helped enormously to make the rating of Voxx from Love/Hate to “he is just right as he is now”. Individually he is still unbearable despite his self reflection and change, although he is great. Optics and self-confidence is not everything, openness and empathy are not wrong either. Voxx without Lann and Lann without Voxx – both make no sense and would still speak against HEA. And Victoria’s actions in the epilogue (to be received via the newsletter) are really great and have satisfied me and made me extremely much love/hate fun. This “walk in my shoes” should happen more often. Fantastic!
Recommended reading, if you heed the warnings.
4 Stars
Voxx: Book Three in the Mastered by the Zinn Alien Abduction Romance
A few warnings here. This book has a threesome, D/S themes and dubious consent. I would not recommend if you are not comfortable with any of these themes. You definitely need to read the first two books in order to understand the third.
Well book three was my favorite of the trilogy and It’s all because of Lann. While I felt that Victoria and Voxx were definitely connecting on a more emotional level through the book, there was still something missing. Lann, while still dominant, provided a softer side that Voxx seemed to have trouble with.
I still struggled along with Victoria regarding her feelings toward a D/s relationship. Voxx had previously proved that he really could not relent in this area. As time is nearly up on their “trial period” and with input from Lann, Voxx starts to see that Victoria needs something more from him. These books and especially the third installment, are so well written and thought provoking. I saw another review that mentioned how many of the D/s type book made them feel sick or uncomfortable. Alana Khan somehow eliminates that feeling in the Voxx book. This is definitely a recommended read for anyone who enjoys science fiction/alien romance.
An advanced copy of this book was provided to me in exchange for an honest review.
This is the third book in the Mastered by the Zinn Alien Abduction Romance series. It concludes the trilogy of Voxx, Victoria, and Lann. When I first started this series, I wasn’t sure if I would like it, but it really enjoyed this last book. I was happy to see the growth and change in Voxx the hero. The addition of Lann was a great addition as he gave Victoria what she needed as well but different from Voxx. It was a great read and would recommend this book. I received an ARC for an honest review.
Disclaimer – I am an alpha/beta reader for the Alana Khan and received a free ARC digital download of this book in exchange for an honest review.
This is the third book in the mastered by the Zinn series, book one was reviewed on the 23/4/20 and book two was reviewed on the 4/5/20 if you would like to check back to those two. This book follows on from the previous, continuing the story of Voxx and Victoria 11 days post abduction.
In book two we are introduced to Voxx’s ‘best friend’ Lann, who quickly becomes involved in Victoria’s life through her adventures on Zinn. At the beginning of the book Victoria is intent on returning back to Earth once her 14 days are up. Voxx is desperate for her to stay, leading him to the decision that bringing Lann even closer might be the answer. Will Lann be able to change Victoria’s mind about staying on Zinn once the quest is finished?
I enjoyed the new dynamic that the book brought with its take on polyamory and the fact that all three main characters are so realistic and dynamic. I found myself liking different things in each and rooting for all three to remain together once time was up. After finishing the book I can only say I hope there’s another in the series to glimpse what the future holds for Victoria and if she really does manage to master 4.
