What if you could make a list of all the bad people in your life, and then take them out one by bloody one? When someone hurts your family you hurt them. It is a pretty easy concept right? He hurt my sister, my twin. I killed him. But, oh our story doesn’t end there. It couldn’t be that simple. Together Kora and I go through the list checking off names, permanently. I’m Kaleb Volpe, and in my … and in my world only one thing matters.
Volpe matter. Volpe above all else.

Ok guys I’m going to be real. I have never read a book like this. I enjoy love and mystery’s and a little kink (not going to deny it). I volunteered to review this book because I found Katy on Facebook and fell for her snark. But let me tell you, this was such a great book.
Disclaimer it has some taboo that can cause issues for people with triggers. But you might love and be empowered by the turn of events.
Dark and twisty revenge at it greatest. Two characters you love but should probably hate. Rooting for the bad-guy (finger quotes inserted here) has never been better. Volpe for ever.
This was an amazing read, WOW, This book grabbed me and did not let go until I finished the very last word. There is so much that I want to say but I do not want to give anything away as this book needs to be read. The book moves along at a great pace, the characters are so real that you feel as though you know them and the story is going to grab you and not let you go till the very last word has been read.
THis has to be on list of books to read. There is no doubt about it.
Woah… this book is DARK! Not my typical read by far. I usually do romance, paranormal, fantasy… this book basically starts of with a bang and just keeps on going. I couldn’t wait to see who the next victim would be and how they would be disposed of. I really want to know what happens next!!!
Come join the twins on this freaking amazing journey of some pretty fucked up shit happening !!! Amazing book and amazing character development !!!!!
So first off I just meant to say that I am slowly entering the dark genre world and let me say this book was right up that alley. They are some pretty intense scenes that can cause triggers. Fair warning.
Anyways you follow the twins Kora and Kaleb who have been through some stuff growing up. However, they were saved by a wealthy family. However, something really bad happens that changes their lives. They uncover illegal activities that people they know are involved. I
I was seriously blown away with this book. The suspense was insane but I was in it and loved every bit of it. I highly recommend this book of you like the dark genre preference.
***This was and advanced reader’s copy***
3 words… TWIN SERIAL KILLERS!!! This book is awesomely creepy. The ways Kaleb and Kora kill are unique and always different. Katy Rose did a fanfreakingtastic job on this book!! It is one of my favorite books!!
Volpe: Book 1
5 stars for Volpe by Katy Rose. This is a book worth reading. Kara and Kaleb are twins in NYC and were adopted by their wealthy family. They have been through a lot while growing up. Something really bad happens to Kara (don’t want to spoil it) at a party they are having. Kaleb comes to her rescue and this sets them off on the journey. These two are out to get justice and revenge. They soon discover this goes a lot deeper than they could imagine. I loved every second of this book. It was dark and filled with suspense. I can not wait for the next book.
loved this book! … deep and full of the unexpected, the characters truly show the bond between a brother and sister … can’t wait for the next one!!
This book has a very interesting concept. Twin serial killers is great concept however this author had so many grammatical/spelling errors it literally made my head hurt. Not only that but she didn’t go into grave detail about the murders. Which made this book flow fast because of the lack of detail. This book feels more like a rough draft. I didn’t like how she made comments about Deadpool and tried to compare him to the killers or even bringing up the TV show Dexter. To me it felt like she had to try to explain why they are like this by comparing where she got the ideas. The killers lack any depth and all the side characters were just tossed in there then killed just as fast as they were mentioned. This book has so much potential but failed to deliver.
