Danger and desire…for one Interstellar Bride, they prove an irresistible mix.
Whitney Mason is the daughter of a Wall Street con man. When he is sent to prison and her family’s name is destroyed, she is eager for a new life on a new world. Anywhere but Earth. Tested by the Interstellar Brides Program, she is matched to a strong Viken warrior. What she doesn’t know is that her mate and the … that her mate and the other two warriors waiting to claim her are on a secret and dangerous mission for the Coalition Fleet’s Intelligence Core. From the moment she arrives on Viken, they are forced to lie to her… about everything… except their desire.
For Alarr, Oran and Teig, the arrival of a bride is an unexpected complication. The timing couldn’t be worse, but IC command is thrilled. A bride is the perfect cover, giving the fighters access to every inch of the famous pleasure resort where they are working undercover. The males are eager to satisfy their new mate, but keeping her safe is their top priority, even if that means lying to her and using her pleasure to take down the enemy. But their sexy mate’s past will come back to haunt them all, for even if they survive the mission, the truth will be revealed and their beautiful, curvy female can forgive anything—except lies.

Grace Goodwin – Viken Command (Interstellar Brides Book 18)
It was great to have another addition to the series that involved Viken Mates. The three warriors, Alarr (the one she is matched to), Oran(into control and a bit of bondage), and Teig (playboy) make a great match to the matched female, Whitney.
Whitney has joined the Interstellar Brides program to get away from earth and her family. Her father has been involved in a Ponzi scheme and although not a part of this, Whitney has become a victim of this fallout as well.
The chemistry Whitney and her Viken trio is off the chart but something is “off”. The Viken males are actually on a secret mission at a pleasure resort( would have liked to had them have more interaction and play at the resort). The males are sworn to secrecy even from their mate so they must protect her as well as keep their mission hidden.
The one thing that is a dealbreaker for Whitney is dishonesty so she and her males find a way through this mess.
The book was very entertaining, sizzling hot scenes , some intrigue and misunderstandings. Love having Queen Leah and her Kings as a part of the story.
Another enjoyable quick read, page turning visit to the world of Interstellar Brides.
This book is high on the mystery/suspense and angst and lower on the romance side because of it. However still a good read and super hot – as to be expected with 3 mates!
I liked the story but would have enjoyed a bit more detail about the guys as there seemed to be much more about Whitney than them… otherwise though an exciting read.
I really enjoyed reading this entertaining Sci-Fi interstellar bride romance & found the plot exceptionally well-written & intriguing, there is good scene descriptions & world building. The characters are well-developed, strong-willed & delightfully interesting with a variety of traits with a determination to succeed.
There is: a young woman (Whitney) desperate to distance herself from her family’s wrongdoings joins the Interstellar Brides Program & is matched to a Viken warrior ( Captain Alarr) who is part of a triad with ( Oran & Teig) & they are ordered to use her for undercover infiltration then she discovers that, the Prillion warrior commander & I.C. contact (Doctor Helion), friendship, twists & turns, intrigue, drama, secrets, mystery, missions, alibis, adventure, action, secrets, danger, enemies, conflict, violence, deceit, betrayal, memories, family issues, attractions, mates, subtle manipulations, misunderstandings, heartache, emotional turmoil, decisions, determination, confrontation, protectiveness, compromises, contentment, love, happiness, steamy scenes & a satisfying ending. I would recommend this Sci-Fi romance.
I cannot sing my praises about this story enough. I loved the heroine and watching her develop. She starts as almost an ostrich and wanting to bury her head in the sand, but soon decides to face what scares her. I loved the story and well I want to go to Viken!

Hot, hot, hot! This book was an enjoyable quick read. There was a little mystery but mostly romance. All in all another great one.
Whitney Mason knew she was restrained in a chair being tested at the Interstellar Brides Processing Center. But the three guys were amazing! Warden Egara asked if she was okay, then smiled and told her the test was successful and she was matched to a Viken male – and they mate in units of three, one from each sector of their planet. Whitney was eager to meet her mates and to leave Earth. She had not committed a crime, but her family had used a pyramid scheme to steal millions from unsuspecting people. Everywhere Whitney went, he was treated badly, lost friends, could not get a job. She was innocent, but she was the one people could point at and blame.
The three men who had just been matched were deep undercover on a mission for the Coalition Fleet’s Intelligence Core and arguing with Dr. Helion, their commander, that they could not allow their new mate to be there and in danger while they completed their mission tracking the illegal shipments of Coalition weapons being transferred on Viken at the Trixon resort. Leaving the mission now would blow their cover and all that work would be lost. Dr. Helion was not willing to let them go over a female, and they had to acknowledge that he was right. Captain Alarr, Oran, and Teig finally agreed to stay on the mission under certain conditions. Having their bride here would also give them access to more areas of the pleasure resort. This was the best compromise they could do – and she would be protected at all times.
But trust is all-important to Whitney. Because of her family, she will not tolerate or forgive lies for any reason, orders or not. When the truth comes out that her mates lied to her and did not divulge the truth of the situation, would she reject them, despite their love for each other?
This book did it’s job-quick and dirty and a bit of sci-fi fun. I didn’t think there was a lot of story with this one, just conversations where the heroine dithered on about her concerns to anyone who would listen. I feel like usually we get a little more story, which is always interesting to see what kinds of aliens and worlds the author creates!
I LOVE Grace’s Interstellar Bride Program series. So you are probably wondering why I went to 4 stars. While I usually go a straight 5 star when it comes to these books and can’t put these books down. But with this one, I couldn’t connect totally with Whitney. She didn’t do it for me. I mean, I finished the book and enjoyed it. But she didn’t connect for me, so that made the story not as exciting for me as it should have been.
Whitney has a problem with people and trusting them. So that is a massive theme with this story. When her mates end up not telling her everything, she ends up running away and getting into trouble. For me, I couldn’t tell if that was a “human” thing or a “childish” thing.
These are my pet peeves. Whitney does grow up by the end of the book. I have no complaints when it comes to Alaar, Oran, and Teig… 🙂 I mean, how could you.
A quick story to read it is well written and kept me turning pages, I want to read the next book. This is Whitney Mason and Alarr, Oran and Teig the Viken warriors who are a secret mission when she is sent to them through the Interstellar Brides Program. This story kept me on the edge of my seat as I read. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
The Viken are the ones that mate in threes.
But this time there seems to be something wrong. Not that the three men and their matched mate are not compatible. Far from it. Warden Egara did the matching after all!
But the expectations of the new bride and the baggage of her former life are problematic.
Normally I enjoy this author for her sci-fi romance where her earth women are strong and treated very nicely by their new alien lovers, sometimes one male, or two and some get three males for their erotic pleasure.
Whitney is dealing with the fallout from a very deep betrayal by her father and brother and this opportunity for a new start off world has her feeling like she can live again.
We know that Whitney was betrayed and for her lies are a deal breaker so not sure why the author wrote this story where the entire plot is pointing to Whitney being betrayed again. I mean the arrows and neon signs pointing to what was going to happen were ginormous. I kept hoping it was a misdirect and that the author would swing it a different way, unfortunately that was not the case. Will admit once I realized that I lost interest as I could figure out pretty much what would happen in the story.
These stories are a bit of a guilty pleasure and normally I can count on this author providing a little intrigue, mild angst and some war time action to balance out the sexy parts of the story. This one was more angst than anything else and as such we don’t really get to know Alarr, Oran & Teig as well as I would have liked. We get to know their desires but not them as individuals.
For me this one is a bit of a miss, the characters were all likeable just the story didn’t provide enough for them to be fully developed.

I can’t even begin to say how much I liked this story. It was another unique premise within the same over arcing story. I really don’t like the IC leadership in this world. They are true jerks. Whitney was an innocent who they used. The chemistry between her and her men was fabulous. I loved how she stood up for herself and accepted her needs. Great story.
These interstellar bride books are so great. I love this series. All the books are easy reads. And I love that they had so many alien races. It makes the series more interesting because you have differences with a bigger storyline connecting them all.
I have to say tho I HATE Helion. He is a total meanie. I wanted to hurt him a few times while reading!
Whitney’s three Vikens tho were super yummy. And I love the different dynamics that they have just from being from the three different areas on Viken.
Viken Command is the eighteenth book in the Interstellar Brides series, and while there’s an overarching storyline for the series, this book reads well as a stand alone. Whitney is tired of being punished for the sins of her family on Earth, so she volunteers to be an Interstellar Bride. But while she feels an immediate connection to her three mates, can she handle their secrets?
Wow, this book grabbed my emotionally right from the very beginning and I loved each page of this book! Alarr, Oran, Teig, and Whitney had action, secrets, passion, love, and even a bit of heartache. I think one of my favorite parts of this book was that it answered random little questions I’ve had about this series, like what happens to same sex couples. Another favorite part of this book was seeing how Whitney responded to her mates, with an open and trusting heart, with anger, with hurt, and with love. I liked the journey she had to travel through in order to accept her past and reconcile it with her present situation and her mates. I loved how each of the men provided something different for Whitney, didn’t always love what they had to do, but did what they needed to keep Whitney safe. The Viken males are so much fun and I loved being back in this world! This is such a fantastic series, only getting better with each book, and I loved this addition!
Another thrilling sexy story in the interstellar brides program!
Really like the characters and storyline in this one.
Enjoyable read

I couldn’t wait for the next interstellar brides book. “Viken Command” didn’t disappoint. I love the way that she interweaves Whitney’s past into the barriers against trusting her triad’s commitment and learning to overcome them to find love.
Viken Command (Interstellar Brides Book 18)
Whitney and Alarr, Oran and Teig,
Wow this book was so well written and the story plot alone will have u wanting to read this book.
And that how I felt when I was reading this book.
Because Whitney left earth to become a Interstellar Bride due to the fact that her father was a con man and got sent to prison and everything in her world was vold.I can relate to her situation in wanting to start fresh and what better way is to become a
Interstellar Bride.
Alarr, Oran and Teig, are Dedicate
To pleasure their new mate.
But they are not telling Whitney everything and that may cost them
Allot at the end,
My thoughts are that this book has adventure romance and overall great story content between each character you can get a good feel about their true intentions.
Over this book meet my expectations.
I voluntarily read an advance reader’s copy and my opinion are my own.
I like three
As in three mates, cuz that’s how Viken’s mate. It’s a good ratio, three men, to Whitney. She gets matched and off to Viken. But timing is everything and it’s a bad time for Whitney to show up for Alarr, Teig and Oran.
But, steam and action ensue.
