A first in this genre for USA Today bestselling author, Dani René, comes a emotional, raw, and edgy MMF romance that has a few twists you won’t see coming. My life is perfect, but my story isn’t.My tastes are frowned upon. However, I don’t allow society to dictate my proclivities. I’m cruel. I’m cold. I’m heartless. The list of submissives wanting me to train them is endless. But when two of my … train them is endless.
But when two of my newest students walk in, I’m challenged in every way.
*This is an MM romance with MMF and MFFM scenes.

I’m thrilled that the series ended with Oliver. He is the resident sadist, and while he is willing to train anyone who enters the club he isn’t willing to take on a sub of his own. In walk Chance and Cayleigh and out walks Oliver’s self-control. Oliver is distant to the point of coldness, extreme in his dominance, darker than the other Doms, and his complex nature has called to me from the very beginning. Chance and Cayleigh balance each other out with one being very outgoing and one being more of an introvert. The journey the three of them take to healing and finding their HEA is filled with heat, pain, and explosive passion. There were moments I was frustrated with each, or all, of them and if I could’ve reached into the book and strangled them myself I would have. There are also moments where my heart broke for them and all I wanted to do was comfort them. And through all of that you have the darkness that binds them all together. This is one story that blew me away, both because of the heat level and the emotional connection I had with the characters. As much as I hate to say good-bye to this series, it could’t have ended in a more perfect way. I highly recommend it!
I am sad that this is the last book on this series. Vice, is Oliver story and I really couldn’t ask for a better one. It’s intense, hot and just the right way to finish this series. Dani Rene really takes us thru an amazing journey of the BDSM world, that is hard to forget. I recommend this whole series. Books are standalones but are interconnected. Enjoy.
5 Stars!
This is book is HOT, HOT, HOT!!!!! It draws you in immediately into the world of BDSM and doesn’t let you go. I swear my kindle was gonna burn up with some of these scenes. Oliver is a trainer and never lets anyone in, especially opening up about his past but something changes for him. Chance and Cayleigh..these are eager to learn. Every character fits perfectly into this story. The author did a fantastic job writing this as I fell in love with all these characters!!
Vice was the perfect ending to the amazing Sins of Seven series. With each book the fantastic characters have held me spellbound yet Oliver was the one that kept me intrigued the most and I must say his story was well worth the wait.
Oliver has always been a character that is complex and had so many layers piled high that I couldn’t wait to see what was underneath. Let me just say at the heart of him Oliver is everything I was expecting yet so much more. Training submissives is something Oliver has always excelled at but little did he realize how his two new submissives would shake up his world. Both Cayleigh and Chance took me by surprise and I enjoyed watching them discover just what they each needed. The push and pull between them all kept me riveted from beginning to end.
Just like with the previous books in this series the author played with my emotions and gave me a story that was captivatingly beautiful yet at the same time bittersweet. I’m sad to see this series come to an end but what a fantastic journey these unforgettable characters have taken me on. I can’t wait to see what’s to come next.
It was amazing reading VICE but at the same time it’s a bit sad that this the end to the AMAZING Series by Dani Rene.
I enjoyed every bit of this story and am really happy with how this book ended.
Definately suggesting this to any and everyone out there who likes a wee bit dark romance
Well damn I had been lusting after and in love with Oliver since book one of this series and if I had any doubts as to if he would live up to my expectations before reading this final book they were destroyed after reading the first several pages. Oliver was everything I wanted and at the same time nothing I expected. Then there was Chance and Kayleigh. I loved them because of how their character surprised me. How even when in submissive situations they showed more strength than most dominant characters. I think it’s safe to say this entire series was brilliant and I’m so glad I was able to read it from beginning to end. If I could I’d give it 10 stars and I will most definitely be binge reading it again.
I entire series is exquisite and I am sad to read the last of the “Seven Sins” series.
There are discoveries made in the 3 than 2 main characters. Secrets are poured out and realizations discovered.
Oliver is an a–hole but there is a method to his madness. He is the ultimate dominant, his staff of women are there at his beck and call (towards the end of the book you find out why). Cayleigh wants Oliver to train her and he agrees. Also Chance, who has eyes for Oliver for awhile, gets in on the action. So they sign a contract to be trained. Oliver has feelings that he doesn’t know how to deal with. He has been closed off to any feelings especially love. Cayleigh leaves to find her own way. Chance still wants Oliver but Oliver is closed off even thought he starts to have feelings he doesn’t know how to deal with. Oliver’s past haunts him and made him what he is today. And it does come back to haunt him. Will Oliver conquer his demons and put them to rest and will he open himself up to love? Will Chance be able to break down his defensed? Love this book and couldn’t put it down once started.
Vice by Dani Rene is book 7 in the Sins of Seven Series. Although this series can be a standalone we do interact with other characters in this series, which this book leads to Oliver’s story. Oliver has been a good friend and a strong Dom that just likes to train…no real relationships for him. Then he gets two submissive to test and train, Chance and Cayleigh. They open his eyes to what he doesn’t have and open him to want more than he every had.
This has been such a WOW series for me. I am a fan of Ms. Rene’s writing and this series just reconfirmed why I am a fan.
Vice was hands down my favorite sin! Oliver’s and Chance’s story is beyond hot and through in some Caleigh in there and you are left with a book not to be read alone. Despite all the incredible heat the story line is fantastic and has so much depth and tragic beginnings to both their stories. Oliver is the perfect broken alpha who is incredibly strong and closed off. I loved the sweetness of Chance’s character and at the same time he possessed so much strength and wisdom despite the age difference.
A well written story that had a great flow and did I mention — holy hotness???
Read The WARNING first:
A romantic suspense standalone with BDSM themes, MM/MMF/FFM scenes.
Done with that? You can read more about The book!
Oliver’s story is The last one in Sins of Seven Series but can be read as standalone (I advise reading other books as characters from those appear here).
This story has emotions, kink, Times where I wanted to throw my Kindle outside as I was so raging with emotions and other things.
This story is about three characters Olivier, a she-sub and Chance. Each of them needed something different from The partner and they were looking for it. And… they got what they were looking for – some of it was shocking while reading, but made Total sense. Characters were crafted masterfully to every single piece I could have hoped for. Right now I have to brave myself and fair patiently (do hard!) For The next book from Ms. Rene.
I knew this one would be Good, but The thing served by Ms. Dani Rene outdid everything that I expected.
Will Oliver stop his lazy ways
This is my 2nd book by Dani and I love an author who writes in dual point of view. Dani quickly pulls you into the closed off life of Oliver who avoids commitment by training subs. Oliver’s latest subs are Cayleigh and Chance. Cayleigh is a newbie to the scene who is looking for an escape from her past and her brothers. Chance is a switch who wants to be a sub for Oliver with the hope that Oliver lets him in. But will each find what they are looking for? You have to read to find out and will not put the book down until finished. I need to read the other books in the series now!
Holy he!! does Oliver deal with his emotions in an odd way. When they say find a way to channel your emotions into a more positive, or outgoing method, Oliver excelled at that. He is the perfect, in control Master, or Sir you’ll find. Until something flips that switch. He is SO much more. So much. And it is all very delicious.
Cayleigh is somewhat of an enigma to me. We know her from previous books because she’s Carrick’s sister, and she’s new to Seven Sins. But there’s really not much known about her. She wants to be trained as a submissive, and she wants Oliver to do it. Whatever her reasons may be, she’s learning from the best. Because while she gets Oliver to train her, she also gets the bonus of Chance learning alongside of her.
And speaking of Chance. Wow. We met Chance in earlier books as well. He’s Payton’s brother, and Payton is married to Carrick, who is Cayleigh’s brother. This book brings everything full circle. I love Chance. I really do. He has some of the best ways to describe Oliver I have seen. The good and bad that Oliver can be. When Oliver is good, he is ALL good.
“Oliver Michaelson is not a man; he’s a God. Thunder and lightning shimmer in his gaze.”
~Chance~
But when he’s bad. He’s a total a$$. And that Oliver can kill with just a few words. But they always say, we’re a product of our upbringing.
“Oliver Michaelson is not an ordinary man. He’s a hurricane that rips through every part of you and leaves a wake of destruction in his path.”
~Chance~
None of these people have had the best, or easiest of pasts, and that has made them the people they are. They’ve coped with it in different ways.
Oliver has closed himself off to the point of complete coldness. He let’s no one in. One person knows his past, other than that, nothing or no one gets in.
Chance, is sexualy outgoing. He finds comfort in others, and has a joking facade that most don’t see through.
Cayleigh, is shy and somewhat of an introvert. She keeps to herself and her circle. She knows what she wants and needs, but she’s too unsure to get it for herself.
This book is an explosion of the best of everything you could want. It has heat, angst, characters that have you rooting for them, and a story that has you on the edge of your seat till the very end. So, so much loved this!!
I can’t believe that this is the last book in this series. I have loved them all so much, but it seems that book keep getting better and better. This is an amazing story that you won’t be able to put down. You can read each book as a stand a lone, but you should just do yourself a favor and read them all in order. You won’t be upset that you did.
René took the BDSM genre to a whole new level with this one. It wasn’t your classic Dom finds sub, Dom falls for sub, Dom and sub live happily ever after. No. It was complex, there were multiple players, it was emotional and captivating.
This was more than just BDSM. This was a story about self-discovery and self-affirmation. It was about acknowledging what you want and standing up for what you want. It was about allowing yourself to be TRUE to yourself. To be YOU. And that was beautiful.
Not only does René captivate us with her beautiful theme and words, but this was some of the hottest stuff I’ve ever read from her. Umm, stuff that you tilt your kindle to make sure no one is reading over your shoulder cause you’re on a public bus. Yeah, THAT hot *smirk*
This book was the perfect conclusion to the Sins of Seven series, but I doubt it will be the end for these characters.
Vice is the perfect ending to this outstanding series.
It’s time for Oliver to revel his story and what a story it is!
What a complex character he is.
He’s calm, cool, calculating and always in control.
Oliver is always right there for his friends and the submissives he trains.
Always with words of wisdom when neeeded or an ear for listening when one of them needs to vent.
He’s the loyalist of friends and the caring master submissives yearn to learn from.
When his new submissives,Chance and Cayleigh come into his life all three lives will change.
I loved both Cayleigh and Chance.
I thought they both were the perfect people for not only Oliver to help in their new journey into BDSM but for them in turn to start opening Oliver’s eyes and heart.
They are warm and loving.
Both know exactly what they want and aren’t afraid if they fail. But afraid of never trying.
What a dynamic trio they are!
Ms. Rene takes the reader down an emotional heartbreaking path.
Along with the sadness the author has some incredible sexy as hell scenes that are absolutely sizzling!
So buckle up and enjoy the ride that is Vice.
If you’ve read the seven sins series you’ll understand how Oliver is the perfect end to an amazing series.
Oliver is also so calm, cool, and collected on the outside. He’s built a fortress around himself inside and has lived the dom persona for a long time. He isn’t worried about love. The best thing about this story is being inside of Oliver’s head and knowing his thoughts, feelings, and reasoning. It makes a big impact on the story. Especially when the other characters such as Chance are trying to figure him out, you get to see both sides at once. And when Oliver lets himself go and starts to feel, it’s emotional. You have the hot sexy dom but you always get all the feelings he’s been burying.
I love Chance, especially when he gets riled up. He’s always so passionate. He knows what he wants and what he deserves. He helps bring balance and understating to the story and Oliver. Personally I feel he’s the perfect character !
This story is so much. It brings closure to the series!
This is book seven in the brilliant Sins of Seven series, sadly the last in the series.
We finally get Oliver’s story. He’s a Dom. When two submissives Chance and Cayleigh come into his life it’s about to be changed forever.
I cannot praise this story highly enough. It was everything I wanted and so much more.
Although this can be read as a standalone I cannot recommend highly enough to read the whole series. Has this author saved the best til last? You need to read them to find out. I absolutely loved it. Can’t wait to read more from this author.
What a way to end a series. Sinfully hot finish
This was the first book of Dani Rene’s that I have read and now I look forward to more. I will definitely have to go read the rest of this series. This was a great book! I did not want to put it down and it held my interest throughout. This book tells the story of Oliver, Chance, and Cayleigh. This is a dark and emotional book with great characters! I would recommend this book!
