A crashed wedding. A scorned vampire. Here comes the blood… the innocent, Damian uncovers something even more sinister than a massacre. With the help of his berserker fairy friend, he may need to prevent an unholy union between ancient demons and the walking dead.
Damian has one chance to stop his sister and ruin the wedding before one hell of an afterparty dooms the world.
Days Gone Bad is the first book in the savagely funny Vesik urban fantasy series. If you like gritty action, undead enemies, and plenty of snark, then you’ll love Eric R. Asher’s heart-stopping tale.
Wolves and the River of Stone (Book 2)
Philip, Zola’s boyfriend from one hundred and fifty years ago, is not nearly as dead as we thought. I really wish he was. Not only has he kidnapped Zola, but he’s raising an army to scour humanity from the earth. Hopefully the local werewolf pack will help. What could possibly go wrong?
Winter’s Demon (Book 3)
Some things can never be undone. The horrors I’ve defeated—or even caused—with my own hands … they are nothing compared to what’s coming. Philip Pinkerton has brought his madness upon my family, my own blood. His army of necromancers is on the move, harbingers of a great darkness. I fear the war has begun … and damn, I don’t get paid enough for this.

I have so many books that I would reread but a favorite is the whole Vesik series by Eric Asher. It’s about a guy with some unusual powers and even more unusual friends. You’ll want to get the whole set by the time you’re done with book 1
I found out about the Vesik books from Bookbub as a free book. About half way through the first book I was hooked. Eric R. Asher mixes adventure, danger, comedy, and magic in such a way that you just can’t put the book down. I started buying the rest as soon as I finished the first book and burned through them so fast that now I have to wait for the next books to come out. It is like Christmas day when the next one is released. If you are a fan of the Dresden series you will love the Vesik series as well.
this set was really fun to read. the witty back talk between the characters was good and made me laugh at times. this is worth reading/buying.
If.tou like necromancers, vampires, fairies and Old Gods this is the series for you
entertaining and action pact with great character development.
I really enjoyed all of there books I wish there was more books in the Series.
Boring
I like the premise, I just could not get into the main character. He is not bad, rather he is someone I just could not relate to.
Amazing series and characters, somehow managed to put New details about the world in every book, both innocuous and major WTF moments. The characters are both interesting and generally relatable and have a lot of room for further growth
Original fiction, quirky and fun. Action packed
Very interesting characters. A lot of humor, but still a lot of action. I highly recommend this to anyone into the fantasy worlds. I will read the rest of the books soon.
I was so pleasantly surprised by how great this book was. It was even more entertaining to me because i live in the st louis area where all the action is taking place. I actually bought the rest of the collection and am waiting for the next book to come out.
The characters and world are much different than any other paranormal book I have read and I think he is going to be a great success. Hoping to meet him at some point since he pretty much lives in my backyard!
Disappointing. Read the trilogy but it is like a TV drama, nothing gets solved. Plus when things get slow they add more weird characters. I won’t any more!
Eric Asher writes in a very inviting way. The characters begin to live in your mind. He downplays the main character and actually makes fun of him quite often. The stories lead you through all kinds of fantasy and provide vivid descriptions of the different individuals met. The action is intense and very entertaining. I have read a lot of fantasy books but his approach of uniting the different species is intriguing. I am looking forward to the new book in the series in 2018.
Would like to have seen the world fleshed out a little more, but love the action and characters.
Great series. I can’t wait to read the rest. I couldn’t put the book down!
This is an amazing book series, it went to the top of my list of favorites right up there with Anita Blake series. I love how he builds the characters and than sets the tone for something to happen out of nowhere that wasn’t even on the playing board. Just like what happens in real life. I plan to get all of these book and than check out some of the others that he has written.
I want many more books like this. Utterly absorbing!
I truly enjoyed Vesik. The Fantasy World is an excellent example of not every thing considered bad is evil. The book has a way of showing real anger, despair and triumph. If you enjoy Urban Fantasy these books are a definite must read.
Great series in a Dresden, but different like fashion.
