Well damm!
The perfect conclusion to this series!
This book starts where book 2 ends so you better have read books1+2 to understand and follow the highly anticipated conclusion of this series!
That said, prepare yourself for a high octane, fast paced emotional intense roller coaster ride.
This read explores the inner dynamics of El Jefe and Gia. Questions are answered and then the story takes on a completely different course that has you left with your mouth open.
Oh Gia… eres una hija de…”patria”!!
What?!!
El Jefe and Gia perfectly evolved and gave us more their story and their reasons for their actions!
Enough said, read it!
4.5 stars!
Venom and Glory… the final chapter of El Jefe Draco Molinas and La Patrona Gianna Nicotera…3 dark chapters.. I cant ask for more… this are some heavy dark romance read.. its dirty.. heavy cussing language.. sickening threat.. roller coaster angst.. its thrilling..bone chilling.. and to the point of cruel sadistic!
Weak heart… pity.. what can a torture woman can do? You feel guilty.. unsure.. sad.. hopeful.. there was Gia at one point… never thought that it will haunted her.. mistake was happened and there is a price for it.. in their situation… a hefty price…
I cried for Draco.. despite being so fearful.. lunatic crazy leader.. he still a man who have feelings.. a man who love Gia.. many layer of secret and darkness.. heavy hatrred.. this book is the epicenter of getting the answer.. like I want it now! Its crazy good.. i cant stop chasing the thrill.. Draco and Gia are meant for each other.. they would die for each other..my El Jefe and La Patrona..
Never thought, I found another love in Dark Romance…I crave for more…
Once, it was all about the venom. The poison and the power. Now, well, it’s just the passion. Some of the power. Some of the glory.
But mostly just love.
What a turnabout this story takes . You’d think you’ve figured out the course, you’ve sassed the end, but Shanora say – No Baby, the movie isn’t over yet !!
It’s a fast paced thriller, lots of action, bullets, revenge , and hardcore sex.
The book starts where Book 2 finished and Gianna is regretting her actions and licking her wounds. Guilt and longing fills her heart and she’s slapping herself silly . But hindsight, as they say , is 20-20.
This book delves deep into the cartel workings and the revenge part . The Queen is ready to stand by her King but heavy lies the head that wears the crown…..and they are right!!!
Jefe is more powerful, more slaughtering, more cold blooded than he’s ever been. You’d be surprised at how stone hearted or closed off he can be. Shanora shows us why he’s the Boss and the King , in every graphic detail as possible !
I thought I knew what all The Jefe could do. I thought I had him completely figured out. I was wrong. I see now that he would travel thousands of miles and set this world ablaze with each footstep when it comes down to the people he loves. He will let the entire world know he’s on the hunt— that a minor set back doesn’t have shit on his comeback— and there is nothing this world can do to stop it.
He is the boss.
The king.
The fucking Jefe.
He looks almighty and all-encompassing …and HE IS !.
he knows everything, sees everything, senses everything and justifies his kingpin reputation once again.
My heart was pounding throughout. The sex and Jefe mouthing sexy Spanish made me swoon.
Never thought Spanish was an aphrodisiac before !
“Está panochita está bien mojada,”
“Ruégame,”
“Ahora, niñita.”
“Cojeme mas fuerte, Jefe,”
“Eres toda mía, Gianna. Para siempre.”
And Gianna surprises most of all..omg what cojones this woman has. She’s no longer scared, cowering or doubtful. I loved her metamorphosis from a Princessa to Reina-Patrona
Shanora has wound up the story on the same note that is carried in previous two book.
Live by sword , must die by sword. Cartel or mafia life is a one way street and you’re reminded ( hammered) again and again and again. Very graphic, very violent and very scary.
A woman of power.
A woman of strength.
A woman who knows exactly what she wants and what to expect from this fucked up world.
My woman.
She’s no longer the niñita that was shackled and weak.
She is strong.
She has risen.
She is Queen.
Mi reina.
I loved the enormity of the passion in the story , both overt and covert.
I loved the hardcore loyalty of every character -Clark, Patanza, Emilio, Mama Molina, Ruben
I loved the clarity of vision that Shanora instills in both Gia and Draco
I loved the stark truths of Cartel life that Shanora so unapologetically highlights .
I loved the ending, it was so perfect
5 Blue Indigo Stars
WOW!!! I can’t tell you how much I love this Trilogy. I admit I was so nervous considering where book 2 left off.
I needn’t of worried because it played out brilliantly.
I have massive love for Draco he’s a very bad man but he doesn’t pretend to be anything else.
He’s ruthless in all aspects of his life, he’s had to be to survive.
Gia is a force of nature she’s had to toughen up a lot since the beginning of these books but I think deep down she’s always been a little warrior. How could she not be with her upbringing.
I was so swept away with this series it has you on the edge of your seat, sets your pulse racing and leaves you wanting more.
I know this is the third book in the Trilogy but I’m really hoping we get to see Draco and Gia again. I’m not ready to say goodbye.
Also there are some fantastic characters in these books that I’d love to know more about.
Absolutely loved this Trilogy and I’d definitely recommend you read these books.
