Veils and Vows books 4-6 boxset by Jean Oram is a great collection. These 3 books are a marriage of convenience about 3 different couples and how they found their HEA!
You can’t go wrong with all the Veils and Vows book!
This is a delightfully sweet collection of stories about three couples and their marriages of convenience. The couples don’t necessarily start out on the right foot and they have to work towards their HEA. I enjoyed reading about each couple’s journey. All three stories are very well crafted and I was enchanted from the very beginning. They all definitely kept my interest from beginning to end. You will definitely be turning the pages anxious to find out how the story ends.
This is truly a gem of a collection and I highly recommend it!

Three book collection.
I enjoyed all three books very much but I thought the Marriage Pledge was the standout.
Recommend.
4.5
Books 4-6 of the Veils and Vows series a well written set of stories that held my interest throughout. The stories are Accidentally Married, The Marriage Pledge, Mail Order Soulmate, I will be reading the books from 1-6 again at a later time. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
This was a nice collection of three marriages that happened in the beginning of the story and didn’t start with happily every after. In Accidentally Married, Jill and Burke don’t remember eloping when they were drunk until she discovers she was able to get a loan based on her husband’s credit, a credit that he needed to expand his business. To say he isn’t happy is putting it mildly and he was quite the jerk to her in the beginning. They decide to temporarily stay married to help each other’s businesses. In the Marriage Pledge, Amy and Moe are best friends who decide to marry for convenience when she turns 30, so she can start a family. I could see the chemistry between them in Accidentally Married and I don’t know why they were denying their feelings were more than just friends. But their married relationship is also rocky to start as he’s a planner and she’s spontaneous and they have the added stress of problems happening at the pub where they both work and Moe was hoping to own. In Mail Order Soulmate, Catherine is on the run with her son when she agrees to a mail order bride arrangement with Zach. Zach orders a lot of things online when he’s drunk, but he can’t remember ordering a wife. He loves little Xavier like his own and quickly comes to care for Catherine too, but he has secrets of his own. There were a lot of funny, romantic, sweet, some eye rolling, and a few scary intense moments in this Blueberry Springs romance collection.
Fall in love with the small mountain town of Blueberry Springs in the Veils and Vows Romance Collection. These books are great either by themselves or as a collection. You will fall in love with the people of Blueberry Springs as you watch them fall in love.

This has been such a fantastic series set in a little mountain town. These stories are more sexy (but still clean), suspenseful, and action-packed than the first set, but all are funny, romantic, and heart-rending. The characters are well done, as is the dialog.
Wish could live in Blueberry Springs.
This series is amazing! When you think that there is no more creativity to plot wedding romances, Jean Oram does not fail to surprise us. The three couples in this series are charming. The stories are amazing and to follow all the characters of this small and cold city in the snowy mountains is addictive! You can not help but fall in love with these charming characters and their discovery of eternal love.
What a great set! I love all the Blueberry Springs books. The characters show up in all of the books, allowing you to feel connected to them long past their specific book. At the same time, each book holds its own as a stand alone book.
The characters in these books are so relatable and fun!
Jill and Burke in Accidentally Married- Jill is a small business owner, independent woman, but loves hard. Burke has built a huge business but is getting caught up in the money aspect. When they realize they accidentally got married, they want to cut things off, but then realize their marriage can help boost business.
Amy and Moe in The Marriage Pledge- Amy is fun loving and hops back and forth between nurse and bartender as the mood hits. Moe is good ole dependable bartender/manager. The best of friends get married to fulfill a pact that they made, saying they would marry each other if they were single when she turned 30. They are so much more than just friends!
Catherine and Zach in Mail Order Soulmate- Catherine is on the run from her past. Zach is a retired spy just looking for love on drunken online shopping sprees. They both have to work past trust issues to let love in. The suspense aspect to this book is really fun!
Accidentally Married
I so love this series! Burke and Jill were made for each other and didn’t even realize it. Sometimes when you had a really bad marriage, you just can’t see what is in front of you because you no longer trust yourself. Then when there are outside forces against you that you don’t realize, it is hard to move forward. I love the town of Blueberry Springs and the nosey people who are in others business. It made my heart feel good when Burke and Jill would forget about their past and just be theirselves together. Burke’s assistant was so much fun to listen to what came out of his mouth! I loved the story and strongly encourage you to read it. I was given a copy of the book and voluntarily wrote review.
The Marriage Pledge
This is a good book. It is so crazy how two people can love each other, but be so afraid to admit it. Amy and Moe have been best friends for so long and have even tried to be more in the past. I think what they forgot is that it is good to be best friends before falling in love. I just loved Moe and Amy together and how they usually had each other’s back. I really didn’t like the deceased owner’s children. It is funny how other people can see what two people feel about each other, but the two people can’t see it. I love this series, and really enjoyed this book. I strongly encourage you to read the book. I was given a copy of the book and voluntarily wrote a review.

I’m really enjoying all the characters and stories located in Blueberry Springs. Each book has captivated me from the beginning. I’ve routed for the characters to work things and smiled when they did. I look forward to more books in the series.
I received a free copy of this book but truly loved it and voluntarily leaving a review.
Welcome back to Blueberry Springs! The town known for Happily Ever Afters, after meaning that things have to happen first before the happily part.
Book # 4 – Accidentally Married
Burke and Jill
One night of drinking tequila shots leads to a morning of what happened?
The unknown slowly reveals itself to Burke and Jill, married?
Two lives ruined or could it just be a blessing in disguise.
Stubbornness has nothing on these two!
Book # 5 – The Marriage Pledge
Amy and Moe
Lifelong best friends and now co-workers make the plan to marry by the time Amy turns 30 if neither of them is married. They both want to have a family but have no one they trust to share their lives with.
Okay strange plan but can if anyone can pull it off it is these two. Can best friends be lifelong lovers/friends, each others everything? Working side by side to make their dreams come true.
Book # 6 – Mail Order Soulmate
Zach and Catherine
I think this is one of my favorite couples. Zach loves his internet shopping sprees but he really shouldn’t shop while drunk. Let’s see, what’s new that he can’t live without? Hmm how about a bride!
These two bruised lovers are destined to be together but they have to open up and allow each other in. Zach is a retired spy (think 007), now he is a private eye and specializes in security systems along with his buddy and spy partner Logan. Catherine is running from someone and ended up running straight into the arms and heart of Zach. They both have fears of letting someone see the real them.
This is a beautiful story of broken love and tender hearts mending each other while mending themselves.
The town of Blueberry Springs is full of loving people, those who give hope and unconditional love to each other.
I wish this town really existed, I would move there in a heartbeat!
Great Series, give it a try. You won’t be disappointed.
OMG this is a fantabulous boxset that like me once you start you will not be able to put down! From Jill and Burke’s accidental marriage to Zach and Catherine’s mail order bride each story just grabs you and won’t let go! I mean I wanna go to Blueberry springs myself and meet these amazing people! Great friendships & great relationships that all come together no matter what trial or tribulation they face and boy do they face some! Absolutely love these stories and I cannot wait to read more!
Three more awesome books in the small town of Blueberry Springs.
Accidentally married
I love this premise. It’s such a fun one! And the sparks between these two characters? Whew! So many ups and downs. It was a seesaw and thoroughly enjoyable.
marriage pledge:
I liked seeing these two characters finally get their story. It was good. There was good stuff going on outside of them and their own issues to deal with and overcome.
soulmate:
Wow. Romance and suspense! I don’t think I’ve read an Oram book with the crime and suspense bent in it and I absolutely loved it! These amazing characters with colored and hidden pasts and everything that comes with that. Phenomenal!

Accidentally Married – I loved Jill and grew to like Burke. They had a weekend neither can remember but left a mark on each of them. The tattoos were awesome!! She was the sweetest and kindest woman who wanted to do what was right. He ended up being her biggest cheerleader and did so much for her self esteem – her mom made me not happy. Of course there is a snag and a trouble maker but in the end – their love was no accident.
The Marriage Pledge – I loved Amy and Moe and always thought they would make the best couple. This is one of the sweetest romances I have ever read – especially since they thought they were only friends. There is some heat. It was pretty obvious to me that they were already in love but just needed to open their eyes. They face some obstacles and eventually handle them quite well – individually and as a couple. This is my favorite couple in this series.
Mail Order Soulmate – I loved Zach!! Catherine grew on me. He is just the nicest guy with the biggest heart. Loved the modern day mail order aspect of the story – read lots of mail order bride books but they are set in a time period a long time ago. Immediate attraction but also hesitation – what have I got myself into. There is mystery, secrets and of course meddling friends. The revelation is pretty exciting and some unexpected secrets revealed. Loved the ending.
A great collection of small town romances. Blueberry Springs is full of great characters and these stories finds Jill and Bourke accidentally married, especially fun because they have been married for nearly a year before they find out. Moe and Amy have pledged to marry if they are single when they are thirty, with that milestone looming it is time to commit, but as is always the case there are outside influences causing drama before they get their HEA. Then there is Zach and his surprise Mail Order Bride, this one is full of surprises and drama. Lots of fun, misunderstandings, drama and romance in this collection.
Accidentally Married
Accidentally Married is a wonderful addition to the Veils and Vows Series. Jill and Burke are so much alike: proud, stubborn, determined–all traits that are sure to make sparks fly and cause them to butt heads repeatedly. At first, I thought Burke was a “callous you-know-what.” He realized he was acting like a jerk and didn’t want to be that way. His change didn’t happen without setbacks but his true personality definitely won me over. Jill was also a bit unlikable at times but she finally found her footing and allowed her true personality to shine. (Devon Mattson wouldn’t have been close friends with Jill if she wasn’t a terrific person. 🙂 )
I absolutely loved Aunt Maggie. And Gulliver! Gulliver was the perfect counter-point to keep Burke grounded and set him straight. I’d love to see both of them get their own stories.
If you like Cary Grant/Doris Day romantic comedies, I guarantee you’ll love Accidentally Married.
The Marriage Pledge
The Marriage Pledge is an awesome addition to the Veils and Vows series. Amy and Moe are so afraid of losing what they have they can’t see what they could truly be. There were times I wanted to slap them for being so obstinate. But, as they say, the path to true love never runs smooth. Knowing they have such a solid foundation for their friendship and love, I knew they would figure things out eventually.
There are plenty of outside influences to add drama to the story with Moe torn between buying the bar and wondering if he really wants the responsibility. Worrying if he can be a good father or if he will take after his parents. Amy also worries about being a good parent but for different reasons.
I highly recommend reading The Marriage Pledge.
Mail Order Soulmate
Another fabulous story by the amazingly talented Jean Oram. I’ve been rooting for Zach to find his HEA since he was first introduced. Being a unique guy, he had to go about it in a truly unique manner. After threatening to order a bride on-line, it seems he did just that. Or did he? Things aren’t always what they seem and Catherine is hiding some pretty big secrets. I loved watching Zach fall for Xavier as much as he did for Catherine. They always say to watch out for the quiet ones and Zach is no exception. He has a big heart and falls hard. Catherine is determined to guard her heart but she can’t help but fall in love with Zach. And Blueberry Springs.
I laughed at the scene where they tried putting in the car seat for the first time. It brought back memories of wrestling with one.
I do have one major complaint about this story: It is the last book in the series. I hate for the series to end. I hope we continue to see more of these characters as Jean Oram writes more stories set in Blueberry Springs.
I loved catching up with old friends and seeing what was new in Blueberry Springs. It is a wonderful town with wonderful people. Somewhere I would love to live.
I urge you to read the entire Veils and Vows series. It is awesome.
