He wants all of Mila and won’t be satisfied until he has it.

It’s the End.
At the first line I knew I’d love Mila and knowing she’s a Pallas cat sold me on her. I looove how Suzanne has portrayed Pallas before and they’ve quickly become my favorite shifters in this world. I loved the mafia feel to the wolverine side of the family in this and how her family kept creepily popping up in the end of the book. The plot was amazing and totally original. I kinda was hoping Mila had been wrong about Joel, but as long as Dom and her have a happily ever after I guess I live for her epilogues.

It’s been a hot minute since I’ve delved into the world of shifters, but Suzanne Wright always knows exactly how to draw me back in! I’ve read most of the books in Wright’s Phoenix Pack series and Mercury Pack series (a spin-off series), which all can be read as a standalone if need be, but I think the story flows best when read in order. Both series have a lot of characters that often make crossover appearances, which I always love to see what the rest of the pack is up to! Also, I am always so impressed with the variety of shifters Wright has cleverly weaved in throughout these two series and on occasion, I have done a google image search because I’ve never heard of them, such as a Pallas and margay cat.
Dominic is a pack enforcer for the Phoenix pack and a notorious playboy that never had any desire to settle down. But when he meets Mila, a Pallas cat shifter, everything begins to change for him.
I’ve been waiting for Dominic’s story forever and was so excited for Untamed Delights. This is one wolf shifter’s story I couldn’t wait to get my hands on! Dominic has long been one of my favorite character throughout this series and I’m so excited for him to finally get his story told. Plus, I kinda really adored the fact that Mila had already met her mate and this wasn’t a typical true mate kind of story. Also, I just really appreciated Mila and how fierce she could be!
Although I’m sad to see the ending of Suzanne Wright’s Phoenix Pack series, I think it was a great finish to a series full of amazing characters that I’ve grown so fond of over the years!
5 stars for Suzanne Wright’s Untamed Delights

I’ve been waiting for this book for ages. Dominic. The king of the awful pick-up lines and no boundaries.
Dominic’s early life wasn’t easy and sometimes you have to wonder if his life didn’t get better after his mother left and his father died. Then the unrealistic expectations placed on him by his parents were no longer there and he could just be Dominic. It did have a lasting effect on him, which fueled his reluctance to commit.
Mila wants love, mating, and kits, and everything that goes with it. Unfortunately, when she meets her true mate, he’s already imprinted on someone else. To make it even more awkward, it’s her cousin. Her cat isn’t happy with either of them, so Mila is considering moving to Russia to be with her mother’s family.
But then Dominic walks into a bar where Mila happens to be singing. There’s something about her that calls to Dominic. His wolf recognizes the pain in her eyes. Mila’s cat is not as angry at Dom as she has been with most people of late.
When Mila comes under attack, Dominic takes it personally and does his best to protect Mila while giving her and her cat room to be independent. It’s no small task, but Mila’s cat is amazed at Dominic’s ability to stand back and watch them work.
I thoroughly enjoyed this book and the series. I can’t wait to see more of the Pallas Cats.

Last in series. Have enjoyed all books in this series and love that Mercury Pack members always show up.So happy Dominic got a happy ending and payback for all the times he used cheesy lines on the others mates. Lots of action, sex, laughs and a great ending to this series
This book delivered everything I could’ve possible wanted but I’m not the least bit surprised because Suzanne Wright always delivers!! Reading this book was bittersweet because it’s the end to a series that I’ve loved for years. I can only hope we get more from the children being grownup and finding their mates. So fingers crossed!
Dominic showed another side of himself in this book and I was pleasantly surprised that he accepted and claimed Mila as his so fast. With his history, I expected him to be hesitant but he wasn’t at all! They had a strong bond that was beautiful and amazing from the beginning. But there’s always assholes that gotta get in the middle and cause trouble so they gotta be taught a lesson. Like all Suzanne Wright books, we got a ton of smoking hot sex scenes, action, suspense, witty commentary, laughter, and a lot of alpha men growling and exasperated over their stubborn headed mates who never back down from them or anything else. LOVE LOVE LOVE this book and series!
Finally, we get to have Dominic’s story. It has been a long agonizing wait but it was worth it. As expected we get to have the cheesy Dominic lines and Mila is the perfect match for it. I enjoyed every banter, I was so engrossed with the storyline.. The plot kept me guessing. I especially love love the epilogue it was perfect.
The Phoenix Pack series is a great paranormal shifter series. I enjoyed and love every book. For all those shifter lovers there this is a must read series. Thank you Suzanne Wright
Next is Eli’s Shards of Frost (Mercury Pack Series)
As with every book in this series, fantastic. I loved the story, loved the characters, and was left wanting more Phoenix Pack.
I actually shed a few tears at the end of this book as it is the last in the series…
I will read this series again and again.
So we finally get Dominic’s story, Yay!!!!! Our wise cracking, cheesy, over the top pick up lines and very handsome wolf finally meets his match with Mila Devereaux, a Pallas cat! I truly enjoyed this one and boy was Mila the perfect counterpart to Dominic. I liked Mila very much and really loved her family more, the Olympus Pride! Filled with action, a crazy one night stand with a woman (poor Dominic) who was loonier than a loony bin, her delusional Dad and a mixed up true mate, made for a suspenseful and adventurous read. Though this is the last story for the Phoenix pack, we have not seen or heard the last from them. Ms. Wright hints that we will get another spin off to this wonderful group of shifters and I for one, cannot wait to read more about the Olympus Pride. I love them ever so much, especially Vinnie’s, the Alpha, children, Elle and Damian. Those two are freaking hilarious, not to mention Tate and Luke. We also meet Alex, Mila’s twin brother who is a wolverine shifter, even better and so awesome. He is sneaky and the bouts between him and his sister were so great, Lol. Those pallas cat siblings sure to love fight each other and draw blood, Lol. As the usual we get a glimpse of all our past Alphas, their mates, the Enforces of the Pack and their beautiful children. Just a wonderful, fantastic great read!!!! I always enjoy Ms. Wright books and this was no disappointment! 4.5 AWESOME, STUPENDOUS, AMAZING, STARS*****

Untamed Delights by Suzanne Wright is book 8 in The Phoenix Pack Series. This is the story of Dominic and Mila. I have read the previous book but feel you could make this a standalone book if you wish to do so.
Mila’s fated mate has chosen someone else so she working to get past that even though she has to still see them. Mila’s mind turns to going forward to do an arranged mate and going to Russia. But then Dominic comes into her world. Dominic didn’t have a loving childhood in addition to loosing his parents, so commitment for him was never something he seeked. But when he sees and hears Mila singing, something calls to him. Mila knows that Dominic is a player and tries to resist his pull but she can’t last long.
Enjoyed their story.
I’m so sad The Phoenix Pack series is ending. I’ve loved each book in its own way, and yes, I’ve loved some more than others…but they’ve all had something special.
I have really been looking forward to Dominic’s book. The way he chatted up all the other’s mates, tossing out cheesy lines, and just causing general mischief I just knew it was gonna be epic. I felt a vague dissatisfaction with this book for some reason. I mean, I liked Dom and Mila together (plus Mila’s a pallas cat, which is awesome). I loved how Mila held her ground and didn’t let Dom talk her into doing anything she didn’t want to do. I enjoyed the other characters, the danger and suspense, and Wright’s trademark sexy-times. I just wasn’t “feeling” the book. So I put it aside to think about it before posting reviews. I decided to read it again…and I loved it so much more the second time. I have no idea why but I seemed to connect better with the story and the characters. And the epilogue was so good. I ended up giving this story 4 stars.
I received a copy of this book from the publisher, Montlake, via NetGalley. My thoughts and opinions are my own and without bias or remuneration.
With this story it’s time to bid a last farewell to the Phoenix Pack that I have followed since the beginning. There’s been changes galore, new Pack members and even new alliances but throughout I could count in two things, firstly Greta will never think any female is good enough for her boys and second that Dominic could be relied on for truly abysmal cheesy lines ! So this book was a total surprise as there’s a whole new side to Dominic that the author explores with insight into just why he’s so carefree and seeing him finally grow enough to trust that Mila could and would totally one hundred percent commit to him was a bittersweet and much needed moment. For this big strong Wolf to have feared he would never be enough to find what he needed was a fabulous way to end this series.
Now I mentioned Mila and she’s not exactly a run of the mill character. She has issues with truly annoying relatives but even more shocking is the fact that her Fated Mate doesn’t want her ! I cannot say more but this story stretches the idea of what is destined and just whether or not free will can change things. Add in the anti Shifter movement that creates problems here and you would expect that the author can rest on her laurels but no because there’s more treachery and deceit at work with attack’s you would never expect and a twist that allows these Predators to show just how bloodthirsty they really are. I can honestly say that the final third of this story was so intense I didn’t want to put it down and sleep. Plus there’s an epilogue that just made me smile although if it’s hot and heavy romance you seek then trust me when I say Dominic is not one to take no for an answer! Definitely much more dominant than I ever expected but that’s what I love about this series because every time I get surprised.
This voluntary take is of a copy I requested from Netgalley and my thoughts and comments are honest and I believe fair
NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!! Why does this have to end?!! Why? WHY??!!!! *throws herself to the floor crying like a 4-year-old*
To say I’m not ready for the Phoenix Pack series to end is putting it mildly (clearly displayed at the beginning of this review in case you missed that). I’ve freaking loved this series from the first to the very last book.
Sadly, this is the last one for the Phoenix Pack wolves but I’m hopeful Ms. Wright will manage to squeeze some of them into her upcoming books.
Who doesn’t love Dominic with his alpha ways, charming smile and terrible pickup lines? I’ve been waiting for some female to make him work for it since we met him. And boy, does Mila make him sweat for her attention! This was probably one of my favorite couple’s dynamic in all the books… ha! Who am I kidding, I love them all equally.
Mila found her true mate but he was already in the process of imprinting with another female in her pride. Unable to handle it, she fled to Russia to visit some relatives and ends up considering entering an arranged mating over there. Once Dominic sets his sights on her though, all bets are off, especially when he won’t give her a reprieve from his relentless pursuit.
I totally loved Mila. As a Pallas cat, she is basically a crazy bitch. Her no bs- no drama, as well as her devil may care attitude was one of my favorite things about her. She was funny, snarky and totally bloodthirsty.
Dominic, who we knew to have a relaxed attitude towards everything that isn’t his pack, was actually one super sexy, possessive wolf. I absolutely loved getting to know him better while he shared his true self with Mila. He had everything I expected from an alpha hunky wolf… just FYI, the corny pickup lines never stop.
With action, intrigue, super-hot sexiness, and some new characters I can’t wait to know more of, along with time spent with the Phoenix Pack wolves, this was a bittersweet read. I’m not really ready for this awesome series to end, but Untamed Delights is one hell of a book.

It’s no secret that I love Suzanne Wright, and have for a long time. But this book made me fall in love with her writing all over again. The banter between characters, the mystery element Wright includes in most of her novels, the pacing, all of it was perfect. The mystery actually shocked me the most and kept me flipping those pages to see if my many guesses and speculations were right (they weren’t!). Untamed Delights kept me engaged on all fronts, and I’m so sad to see this series end. But I also can’t wait for the spin-off Olympus Pride series. I need more of Wright’s writing and these characters.
Dominic and Mila were one of my favorite couples in this series, and their struggle to be together despite everything being thrown at them in this book was beautiful.
It’s now the turn of Dominic, the Phoenix pack enforcer famous for his innuendoes and flirting, to meet his mate. Mila Devereux is a pallas cat, one of the most unassuming yet vicious breeds of shifter there is. When they meet Dominic feels an instant attraction but, knowing his reputation, Mila is a little more discerning and really makes him work for it.
I am a huge fan of Suzanne Wright, so much so that I don’t need to read the blurb before I pre-order – just seeing her name is enough to have me one click. She has the knack of creating characters that leave you wanting more from them. There are so many things I loved about this book such finding out there was so much more to Dominic than his cheesy one-liners. He had hidden depths but wasn’t afraid to face his fears. I also loved the fact that, unlike most of the other couples in the series, Dominic and Mila weren’t true mates and despite Mila knowing who her true mate was, she chose to be with Dominic and fate be damned.
It’s sad that this is the end of the Phoenix pack series but at least they’re going out on with a bang and there’s also the anticipation of cameo appearances from Trey, Taryn and the rest of the gang in Suzanne’s upcoming Olympus Pride series.
4.25-4.5 stars. This was a really good book! Untamed Delights is the last book in the Phoenix pack series, which is my favorite shifter series ever. This is Dominic’s long awaited story. Mila is a pallas cat shifter and a singer. Dominic is the flirty, funny enforcer for the Phoenix wolf pack. He sees Mila sing at the shifter club and is interested in her right away. Mila has given up on finding a mate. Her true mate is imprinted to her cousin. She is not interested in him at all, but she does want to be mated so she is considering an arranged mating with a family friend in Russia. But Dominic doggedly pursues her anyway. Mila resists at first, because she knows about Dominic’s past as a manwhore, but he shows her he is interested in her alone. As they spend time together and start to fall for each other, it becomes apparent that someone is out to get Mila. When her life is threatened, Dominic shows her that he will do anything to keep her safe and show her his love.
I adored this book. Mila and Dominic were both great characters and I loved them together. They were a perfect couple- sweet, sexy and funny. There was very little pushing away between them, no real OW drama, awesome chemistry, fun banter and a really good story. The book was nice and long, but they got together and stayed together pretty early and there was no slow burn. There was a good suspense story line, too. Also, I really liked catching up with all the fun characters from previous books in the series. Overall, this was just a really enjoyable read!
Reading this book was bittersweet. I am so sad to see this series end! I loved this book and all the others in this series. The world Ms. Wright has created and her writing in this series is amazing. I can’t wait to see what she comes up with next!
July ’19 Favorite
At last, the dirty jokester of the pack gets his book. I was looking forward to Dominic’s book since he was constantly teasing everyone’s mates. I’m really thankful that the publisher gave me the opportunity to read this book before its release; this is my honest opinion.
Mila is the perfect woman for Dominic. A pallas cat, she doesn’t take shit from anyone and doesn’t surrender to Dominic’s charm. Her cat is not in the best place right now, because her true mate has partially imprinted on her cousin. She’s pissed with him and wants to move to Russia to escape the situation.
Dominic is enamored with her from the first glance. She’s the first female who calls him on his shit and gives as good as she gets. He’s not in a rush to find his true mate, so a fling with her is what he wants at the moment. His protective instincts are coming out, when he finds out that she’s in danger.
The book has the right amount of suspense, action, hotness and funny moments. I was shocked to find out who was really targeting her and the reason why. I laughed so hard when the Phoenix wolves hit her with dirty lines as payback for Dominic’s behavior. Their chemistry is off the chart and their encounters are sizzling hot!!!
I’m really sad to see the series coming to an end. The epilogue left me with happy feelings and I’m really content with how everyone’s story turned out! I’ll be eagerly waiting for the Olympic Pride series next!!!
I’m so torn! I loved this book but I’m so very sad that this series is now over! I absolutely adore Dominic and I was super excited for his story finally… and I wasn’t disappointed. He and Mila are perfect together and the story kept me hooked the whole way through. I sincerely hope we see more of these characters reappearing in other books down the track!
In Untamed Delights we get the much anticipated story of Dominic, the Phoenix Pack’s enforcer and cheesy line deliverer.
Mila, a Palas cat, has a ready answer or put down to every one of Dominic’s lines!
Their path to HEA is full of laugh out loud moments as Dominic continues to deliver his ‘lines’ with impeccable timing and humour.
But that’s not all, just when you think everything is going well, Dominic, Mila and their respective packs are put through the mill.
My advice, read Untamed Delights to find out how wonderfully Suzanne Wright finishes off the Phoenix Pack series!
It’s no secret that I love Suzanne Wright. She is one of my favorite authors. The Phoenix Pack was my favorite of all her series. Dominic stole my heart from book one with his corny pick up lines and playful charm. I was both excited and sad when I got Untamed Delights. Excited that I was finally getting Dom’s HEA. Sad that it is the last book in the Phoenix Pack series. I don’t want my favorite set of sexy badass shifters stories to stop. So I felt a little better at the end of the book when the author notes said we will still see our beloved favorites again in the new spin off series Olympus Pride. Though not my favorite in the series, I still really loved Untamed Delights. Dom was yummy and funny as always. I liked Mila a lot. They had off the wall sexual tension. I loved getting deeper with Dom and seeing new sides to him. I love the pallas cat shifters they are so crazy funny. Mila and Dom made a really cute couple. Seeing all the pack mates again and the kids melted my heart. It sometimes amazes me how attached I can become to a series. Reading this book made me want to go back and reread the whole series. I really loved Mila’s family. Both sides were funny as hell. and I hope her brother Alex gets a book in the new spin off. I think one of my favorite parts in the whole book was the other males giving Dom a little pay back for all the flirting he did with their mates over the years. Overall a really good ending to a much loved series.
